Claims (10)

1. A remote safe wind control management method for an offline prepaid card acceptance terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when a preset condition is reached, the terminal establishes communication connection with the background monitoring end;
the terminal sends sign-in information to a background monitoring terminal;
the terminal downloads the transaction parameter items from the background monitoring terminal, and stores and locally stores the transaction parameter items;
and the terminal judges whether the transaction is allowed according to the currently downloaded transaction parameter item in an offline state.
2. The method for remote security wind management of an offline prepaid card acceptance terminal according to claim 1,
each time a predetermined condition is reached, the method comprises:
establishing communication connection between the terminal and the background monitoring terminal every time a preset duration passes;
or/and the terminal establishes communication connection with the background monitoring terminal when the preset transaction times are reached;
or/and the current transaction of the terminal does not accord with the currently downloaded transaction parameter item, and the terminal establishes communication connection with the background monitoring end.
3. The method for remote security wind management of an offline prepaid card acceptance terminal according to claim 1,
when the terminal machine reaches a preset condition and does not establish communication connection with the background monitoring end, the terminal machine establishes communication connection with the background monitoring end when executing a first transaction after reaching the preset condition, and sends sign-in information to the background monitoring end; the terminal downloads the transaction parameter items from the background monitoring terminal, and stores and locally stores the transaction parameter items;
and if the communication connection with the background monitoring end cannot be established, stopping executing the first transaction and stopping the transaction operation of the terminal.
4. The remote security wind control management method for the offline prepaid card acceptance terminal according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the step of sending the sign-in information from the terminal to the background monitoring terminal comprises:
the current transaction parameter items of the terminal machine, the number of times of the offline transaction completed by the terminal machine before the preset conditions are reached, the time of each offline transaction and the information of the prepaid card of the offline transaction.
5. The remote security wind control management method for the offline prepaid card acceptance terminal according to claim 1 or 2,
the background monitoring end provides a preset condition operation port and a transaction parameter item operation port for a user, and performs addition, deletion, modification and check on transaction parameters, addition, deletion, modification and check on state parameters of each terminal and addition, deletion, modification and check on state parameters of the background monitoring end.
6. An off-line prepaid card acceptance terminal remote security wind control management system is characterized by comprising: a terminal and a background monitoring terminal;
the terminal machine can read the information of the prepaid card and realize the transaction process in an off-line state;
establishing communication connection between the terminal and the background monitoring end when the terminal reaches a preset condition;
sending sign-in information to a background monitoring terminal;
downloading the transaction parameter items from the background monitoring end, and storing and locally storing the transaction parameter items;
in an off-line state, judging whether the transaction is allowed according to the currently downloaded transaction parameter item;
and under the normal communication connection state, transmitting transaction process information to the background monitoring terminal in real time, and finishing the transaction process after the verification of the background monitoring terminal is passed.
7. The remote security wind management system for offline prepaid card acceptance terminals according to claim 6,
the background monitoring end receives a communication connection request sent by the terminal every time a preset condition is reached; or a communication connection control instruction is sent to the terminal when a preset condition is reached; establishing communication connection with a terminal;
the background monitoring end receives the sign-in information sent by establishing communication connection and sends a transaction parameter item to the terminal;
and the background monitoring terminal receives the transaction process information of the terminal machine in a normal communication connection state with the terminal machine, verifies the transaction process information and sends verification information to the terminal machine.
