Abstract
The invention provides a teaching quality assessment method, which comprises the steps of designing a structured teaching outline; the teaching outline arranges the knowledge point information of each chapter according to each chapter; in the teaching process of each course, the teaching activities are associated to specific knowledge points through specific teaching designs; in the final examination, each test question in the test paper is designed and related to a specific knowledge point in the teaching outline; and carrying out quantitative evaluation on the teaching quality by using a quantitative index R of the final teaching quality, namely (PKN + EKN)/TKN, wherein PKN is the number of process evaluation knowledge points, EKN is the number of final evaluation knowledge points, and TKN is the data amount of general knowledge points in the teaching outline. The invention realizes the objectivity evaluation of the teaching quality and avoids the subjective bias in the current teaching quality evaluation.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of education management, and particularly relates to a teaching quality assessment method, a teaching quality assessment system and a storage medium.
Background
The teaching quality assessment of school is the key link in school's daily work, and how to evaluate a teacher's teaching quality height is the problem that generally meets in the school's teaching management, and to teacher's teaching quality assessment, mainly there are three kinds of modes at present: 1. and (6) leader evaluation. 2. Compared with the prior art, the teaching quality evaluation method, the teaching quality evaluation system and the storage medium have the following advantages:
(1) the invention realizes the objectivity evaluation of the teaching quality and avoids the subjective bias in the evaluation of the teaching quality at present;
(2) the invention realizes the long-term and stable collection of the teaching quality evaluation data, avoids the stage and periodicity in the current teaching quality evaluation, and the objective and non-inductive collected data can reflect the teaching quality more truly;
(3) the method and the device improve the efficiency of teaching quality evaluation, do not need to manually and specially collect, arrange and analyze a large amount of subjective evaluation natural languages, do not influence all links of the existing teaching process, and naturally generate the quantitative result of the teaching quality evaluation when all teaching links are finished.

The teaching quality evaluation system of the invention is shown in figure 1:

As shown in FIG. 3, the system architecture of the present invention includes a presentation layer, a business layer, a data access layer, and a data layer; and a teaching outline unit, a teaching process unit, an examination center unit, a data cockpit and a resource center are arranged in the business layer.
The teaching outline unit is used for designing a structured teaching outline, and the teaching outline arranges the knowledge point information of each chapter according to each chapter.
The teaching process unit is used for associating teaching activities to specific knowledge points through specific teaching design in the teaching process of each course.
The examination center is used for designing and relating each test question in the test paper to a specific knowledge point in the teaching outline in the final examination.
The final examinations in the examination center comprise on-line examinations, off-line examinations and practice training collection.
The invention also provides a computer storage medium, which stores computer-executable instructions for executing the teaching quality assessment method when the instructions are executed.
The invention realizes the objectivity evaluation of the teaching quality and avoids the subjective bias in the current teaching quality evaluation.
The invention realizes the long-term and stable collection of the teaching quality evaluation data, avoids the stage and periodicity in the current teaching quality evaluation, and the objective and non-inductive collected data can reflect the teaching quality more truly.
The method and the device improve the efficiency of teaching quality evaluation, do not need to manually and specially collect, arrange and analyze a large amount of subjective evaluation natural languages, do not influence all links of the existing teaching process, and naturally generate the quantitative result of the teaching quality evaluation when all teaching links are finished.

s4: in the final examination, each test question in the test paper is designed and related to a specific knowledge point in the teaching outline;
s5: and carrying out quantitative evaluation on the teaching quality by using a quantitative index R of the final teaching quality, namely (PKN + EKN)/TKN, wherein PKN is the number of process evaluation knowledge points, EKN is the number of final evaluation knowledge points, and TKN is the data amount of general knowledge points in the teaching outline.
2. The teaching quality assessment method according to claim 1, wherein: in step S1, the method specifically includes editing a teaching outline, auditing the teaching outline, issuing the teaching outline, and generating a teaching calendar.
3. The teaching quality assessment method according to claim 1, wherein: the teaching design in the step S3 includes a class question, a group task, a class test, and an online job.
4. The teaching quality assessment method according to claim 1, wherein: in step S4, the final examination includes an online examination, an offline examination, and practice training collection.

8. A teaching quality assessment system according to claim 5, wherein: the examination center is used for designing and relating each test question in the test paper to a specific knowledge point in the teaching outline in the final examination.
9. A teaching quality assessment system according to claim 8, wherein: the final examinations in the examination center comprise on-line examinations, off-line examinations and practice training collection.
10. A computer storage medium, characterized in that: the storage medium having stored thereon computer-executable instructions for performing the teaching quality assessment method of any of claims 1-4 when executed.
