Disclosure of Invention
The application provides a processing method, a device, equipment and a storage medium of text content, which are used for solving the problems that omission or neglect easily occurs and the accuracy of correction is uneven when a manual mode is adopted to change and correct the text in the prior art.
In a first aspect, the present application provides a method for processing text content, including:
acquiring text content to be processed;
screening the text content to be processed according to a first preset rule to obtain a first screening result, wherein the first preset rule is used for screening drawing information and/or table information in the text content;
And displaying the first screening result.

if not, displaying second prompt information, wherein the second prompt information is used for prompting that the drawing information is wrong;
wherein the first preset condition includes at least one of: the chart questions meet the chart question naming rule, the chart sequences are continuous, and the chart sequence coding rule is consistent.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
matching the table information in the first screening result with the table in the second screening result, and determining whether the table corresponds to the table information;
and if the first table does not have the corresponding table information and/or the first table information does not have the corresponding table, displaying third prompt information, wherein the third prompt information is used for indicating that the table is not matched with the table information.

The text content processing method, device, equipment and storage medium provided by the application acquire the text content to be processed through the interface of the electronic equipment. The electronic device filters the drawing information and/or the form information in the text content according to the characteristics of the drawing information and/or the form information. Further, the electronic device displays the filtered drawing information and/or table information on a display of the electronic device. In the method, the electronic equipment processes the text content, and the drawing information and/or the form information in the text content are displayed in the display, so that a user can conveniently check and comb the drawing information and/or the form information, omission or neglect phenomena caused by reasons such as text content space, typesetting and the like are avoided, and the effect of improving the accuracy of proofreading is achieved.

For the purposes of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions in the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the present application, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art without undue burden from the present disclosure, are within the scope of the present disclosure.
It should be noted that: like reference numerals and letters denote like items in the following figures, and thus once an item is defined in one figure, no further definition or explanation thereof is necessary in the following figures. Meanwhile, in the description of the present application, the terms "first", "second", and the like are used only to distinguish the description, and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
In the prior art, the process of editing and checking the text contents of books, journals, manuscripts and the like is usually completed on an electronic device by a user. In the process of editing and checking by the user, the display size of the electronic device is limited, so that the whole text content cannot be clearly displayed, and the user needs to look up and down to check the drawing information or the table information due to text space, typesetting and the like. Manual roll-over processes are often unstable and are prone to omission or neglect, resulting in uneven accuracy of the collation.
In order to solve the problems, the application provides a method, a device, equipment and a storage medium for processing text content. In the application, the electronic equipment screens the drawing information and/or the table information in the text content by using the preset rule, and displays the screened content. The user can check and screen the obtained drawing information and/or form information through the electronic equipment, so that the drawing information and/or form information can be combed integrally, the editing and checking of text content are facilitated, and the effect of improving the checking accuracy is achieved.
The execution main body of the application is electronic equipment, and the electronic equipment can be electronic equipment such as a mobile phone, a tablet personal computer, a notebook computer, a server and the like which can be integrated with a display or can be externally connected with the display, so that the application is not limited.
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a method for processing text content according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, with the electronic device as an execution body, the method of the present embodiment may include:
s101, the electronic equipment acquires text content to be processed.
The scheme is mainly used for verifying the contents such as the graph and/or the table in the text contents, and firstly, the electronic equipment needs to acquire the text contents to be processed. Generally, an electronic device may obtain text content to be processed through an interface.
Among them, the presentation forms of the interface for acquiring the text contents to be processed include, but are not limited to, windows or web pages. The interface may be displayed on the same electronic device as the processor or on a different electronic device than the processor. The user selects the text content to be processed through the interface, and then the text content is transmitted to the electronic equipment and is processed by the processor of the electronic equipment.
The obtained text content to be processed may be books, journals, manuscripts, etc.
S102, the electronic equipment screens the text content to be processed according to a first preset rule to obtain a first screening result, wherein the first preset rule is used for screening drawing information and/or table information in the text content.
In this embodiment, in order to enable a user to conveniently and quickly confirm whether the drawing information and/or the form information are correct, without repeatedly browsing the text content, the electronic device needs to acquire all the drawing information and/or the form information from the text content. In a specific implementation, the electronic device screens the text content according to a first preset rule.
The screening condition of the first preset rule may be a feature of the drawing information and/or the table information, for example, the first segment is a sequence or a table sequence. The drawing or Table refers to a header of drawing information or Table information, for example, in the drawing information or Table information, the drawing+digital part information may be drawing+digital, fig+digital, table+digital, or the like.
And the electronic equipment screens the text content by adopting the rule to obtain a first screening result.
Wherein the first screening result comprises drawing information and/or table information in the text content. Wherein the correct drawing information and/or form information may be included, or the drawing and/or form may have been deleted but the corresponding deleted drawing information and/or form information has been forgotten, etc.
S103, the electronic equipment displays the first screening result.
In this embodiment, the drawing information and/or the table information are obtained by screening in S102, and the electronic device displays the first screening result on the display.
Wherein the drawing information and/or the table information may be displayed in a list or table manner, and the list or table may be displayed on a window or web page of the electronic device.
Preferably, the electronic device may associate the first screening result with the text content. And clicking and displaying a piece of drawing information or form information on the window or the webpage by the user, and correspondingly skipping the text content to the corresponding position of the drawing information or the form information. The use of the jump function can facilitate a user to process a piece of drawing information or form information after viewing the drawing information and/or form information.
According to the text content processing method, the text content to be processed is obtained through the interface of the electronic equipment. The electronic equipment screens the drawing information and/or the form information in the text content according to the characteristics of the drawing information and/or the form information. Further, the electronic device displays the filtered drawing information and/or table information on a display of the electronic device. The electronic equipment can skip the text content to the position of the corresponding drawing information or form information by clicking one piece of the drawing information or form information. In the method, the electronic equipment processes the text content and displays the processing result in the display, so that a user can conveniently check and comb the drawing information and/or the form information, missing or neglecting phenomena caused by reasons such as text content space, typesetting and the like are avoided, and the effect of improving the accuracy of correction is achieved. The electronic equipment can also be used for conveniently processing the drawing information or the form information by associating the drawing information and/or the form information with the text content, so that the modified content and the modified position can be more accurately positioned in the process of editing and checking the text content, and further, the effect of improving the accuracy of checking is realized.
Based on the embodiment shown in fig. 1, in conjunction with fig. 2, the text content to be processed in S102 in fig. 1 is screened according to a first preset rule, so as to obtain a first screening result, where the first preset rule is used to describe in detail a specific implementation manner of screening the drawing information and/or the table information in the text content.
Fig. 2 shows a flowchart of a method for processing text content according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the method of the present embodiment may include:

The implementation of S201 is similar to that of S101 in the embodiment of fig. 1, and this embodiment is not repeated here.
S202, the electronic equipment screens the text content to be processed according to a first preset rule to obtain a first screening result, wherein the first preset rule is used for screening drawing information and/or table information in the text content.
The implementation of S202 is similar to that of S102 in the embodiment of fig. 1, and this embodiment is not repeated here.
S203, the electronic equipment screens the text content to be processed according to a second preset rule to obtain a second screening result, wherein the second preset rule is used for screening the drawings and/or the tables in the text content.
In this embodiment, in order to more accurately collate the drawing information and/or the form information, the electronic device also needs to acquire the drawing and/or the form from the text content.
In the text content, the drawings are used as drawings for explaining the text, cover drawings for covering, and in-line pictures for adding contents such as formula symbols. In the above description of the drawings, the cover drawings and the in-line drawings are not used for explaining the text, so the cover drawings and the in-line drawings do not need drawing information and do not belong to the screening result. In the tables, the situation of continuing the tables may occur because of the position and the space of the tables. Because the form information of the form appears before the form and the form information does not need to be repeatedly added before the form is continued, the form is continued to be the same as the screening result.
In order to ensure that the drawing and/or the table screened in the step does not include the cover drawing, the in-line drawing and/or the continuous table, in the step, the electronic device may screen all the drawing and/or the table from the text content and further screen the drawing and/or the table to screen the cover drawing, the in-line drawing and/or the continuous table.
The screening rule of the cover drawings is to screen out the preset drawings before the cover drawings, and the preset number of the drawings is determined according to the text content.
The screening rule of the in-line drawings is to screen out drawings without independent segments or drawings with the width of the drawings being less than half of the width of the layout.
In the process of screening the continuation list, whether the continuation list is judged by comparing the positions of the two continuous tables. If a first table appears at the end of a first page and a second table appears at the beginning of a second page, and no text other than headers and footers is present between the two tables, then the second table is considered to be a continuation of the first table, and further, the continuation is screened out.
And the electronic equipment screens the text content by adopting the rules to obtain a second screening result.
Wherein, the second screening result comprises drawings except the cover drawing and the in-line drawing and/or tables except the follow-up table. Wherein, the drawings and/or tables with correct drawing information and/or table information or the drawings and/or tables with missing drawing information and/or table information may be included.
In the present embodiment, the execution of steps S202 and S203 is not in order.
S204, the electronic equipment matches the drawing information in the first screening result with the drawing in the second screening result, and whether the drawing corresponds to the drawing information is determined.
In this embodiment, existing text contents such as books, journals, manuscripts, etc. are taken as examples, and the drawing information is used for simply explaining the drawing and is conveniently referenced in the text. Accordingly, the drawing information generally appears below the drawing and is located immediately below the drawing. Therefore, in this step, the electronic device matches the drawing and the drawing information next to the drawing according to the drawing information in the first screening result and the position of the drawing in the second screening result.
In addition, in the text content of Chinese, the drawing information contains Chinese drawing information, and English drawing information or drawing information of other languages can appear below the Chinese drawing information. In the English text content, the drawing information contains English drawing information, and Chinese drawing information or drawing information of other languages can appear below the English drawing information.
S205, if the first drawing does not have the corresponding drawing information and/or the first drawing information does not have the corresponding drawing, the electronic equipment displays first prompt information, and the first prompt information is used for indicating that the drawing is not matched with the drawing information.
In this embodiment, in the matching process of the electronic device, if the drawing information exists at a position next to the drawing below the drawing, the drawing and the drawing information are successfully matched. Otherwise, if the drawing information does not exist in the position, which is close to the drawing, below the drawing, or the drawing information does not exist in the position, which is close to the drawing, above the drawing information, the matching is unsuccessful, and the electronic equipment displays the first prompt information.
The first prompt information displayed by the electronic equipment is used for indicating that the attached drawing is not matched with the attached drawing information. The first prompting information is displayed together with the drawing or the drawing information and is used for prompting the attention of a user, and the drawing is missing the drawing information or the drawing information may be redundant drawing information.
S206, the electronic equipment takes the drawing information successfully matched with the drawing in the second screening result in the first screening result as a third screening result.
In this embodiment, in the matching process of the electronic device, if the matching of the drawing and the drawing information is successful, the drawing information in the drawing and the drawing information that are successfully matched is used as the third screening result.
S207, the electronic equipment determines whether the drawing information in the third screening result meets a first preset condition. If the information is not satisfied, the electronic equipment displays second prompt information, and the second prompt information is used for prompting that the drawing information is wrong.
In this embodiment, the drawing information of the third screening result is drawing information successfully matched with the drawing. In order to facilitate the user, the electronic device further judges the drawing information and is used for analyzing whether the drawing questions or the drawing sequences of the drawing information are wrong. And if the drawing questions or the drawing sequences are wrong, displaying second prompt information.
The first preset condition is used for judging whether the drawing questions or the drawing sequences of the drawing information are correct, and specifically may be that the content of the drawing questions is correct, the number of the drawing sequences is correct, the coding rules of the drawing sequences are consistent, or one or more of the above combinations.
When the first preset condition is used for judging whether the content of the chart is correct, the first preset condition includes but is not limited to the following conditions: the content of the questions is not more than 50 characters, the ending position of the questions cannot be a semicolon, comma or question mark, the Chinese text content must have Chinese questions, and the English text content must have English questions.
If the drawing information does not accord with the first preset condition, the electronic equipment displays second prompt information.
The second prompting information is used for prompting that the drawing information is wrong in drawing. The second prompting information is displayed simultaneously with the drawing information and is used for prompting the attention of a user, and the drawing of the drawing information does not meet the requirements and needs to be modified.
When the first preset condition is used for judging whether the number of the sequence in the drawing information is correct, the first preset condition includes, but is not limited to, the following conditions: whether the numbering is consistent and whether the numbering is continuous.
Wherein, the numbering mode has two kinds of numbers of whole number and chapter number. Throughout the numbering, the numbering of the sequences starts at 1 and increases in sequence. Such as fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, … …, fig. n. In the chapter number, the number of the drawing sequence is a chapter number+a connector+a number. In each chapter, the numbers are sequentially incremented from 1, and the chapter numbers are also sequentially incremented from 1. Connectors include, but are not limited to "," or "-". Such as fig. 1-1, fig. 1-2, … …, fig. 1-n, fig. 2-1, fig. 2-2, … …, fig. 2-m.
If the whole number and the chapter number appear in the text content at the same time or the connection symbols of the chapter numbers are inconsistent, the electronic equipment displays second prompt information.
The second prompting information is used for prompting that the figure sequence numbering mode of the drawing information is wrong. The second prompting information is displayed simultaneously with the drawing information and is used for prompting the attention of a user, and the numbering modes of the drawing sequences in the drawing information are inconsistent.
If the numbers of the sequences in the text content are not from 1 and are sequentially increased, or in each chapter, the numbers are not from 1 and are sequentially increased, the electronic equipment displays the second prompt information.
The second prompting information is used for prompting sequence number continuity errors of the drawing information. The second prompting information is displayed simultaneously with the drawing information and is used for prompting the attention of a user, and the numbers in the drawing information are discontinuous.
When the first preset condition is used for judging whether the coding rules of the sequences in the drawing information are consistent, the first preset condition comprises, but is not limited to, the following conditions: the text portion of the drawing is inconsistent or the number type of the drawing is inconsistent.
The coding rules are consistent, the text content of the text part of the figure sequence is required to be consistent, and the number type of the number part of the figure sequence is required to be consistent. The text content of the image sequence is consistent, and the text content of the image sequence can be one of the forms of image + number, image + number or figure + number. The number type of the figure sequence is consistent, and can be one of Chinese number, english number or Roman number, etc., for example, the number type of the figure sequence is one of one, two, 3 or IV, etc.
And if the text parts of the graphics in the text content are inconsistent or the number types are inconsistent, displaying second prompt information.
The second prompt information is used for prompting that the coding rule of the image sequence is wrong in the drawing information. The second prompt information is displayed simultaneously with the drawing information and is used for prompting the attention of a user, and the drawing information has a picture sequence with inconsistent coding rules.
When the first preset condition is used for judging that one or more conditions are complained, the first preset condition can be whether the content of the drawing is correct, whether the number of the drawing is correct or not, and whether the coding rule of the drawing is consistent or not. If the graph questions or the graph sequences in the text content do not meet the one or more conditions, the first prompt information displayed by the electronic equipment comprises one or more prompt information corresponding to the one or more conditions.
S208, the electronic equipment displays the first screening result.

As shown in table 1, a table format display example of the first screening result is shown. In the following, referring to table 1, the electronic device uses a computer as an example, and the specific steps of the user processing the text content are as follows:
step 1, a user imports text content to be processed through an interface of a window.
And step 2, the electronic equipment obtains a first screening result through processing by a text content processing method. Table 1 is one example in which the first screening result is displayed in the form of a table. The table includes drawing information and a chapter number (chapter number) of the drawing, a sequence (number) of the drawing information, a title (title) of the drawing information, first hint information and second hint information (error type) of the drawing information, and a modification suggestion (modification suggestion) generated correspondingly according to the first hint information, the second hint information and the drawing information. The form may be displayed in a window on the electronic device or in a web page.
And 3, clicking a sequence number or a picture title of a piece of picture information in the display window by a user, and correspondingly jumping to a position of the picture information in the text content by a cursor so as to facilitate the user to modify the picture information of the text content.
And 4, after the drawing information is modified, the user synchronously sees the modified drawing information in a display window or a webpage. Furthermore, the user can conveniently and quickly comb all the drawing information and check the modification effect through the display window or the webpage.
According to the text content processing method, the text content is acquired through the electronic equipment. The electronic equipment screens the drawings in the text content according to the second screening rule, and matches the drawings with the drawing information obtained by screening according to the first screening rule. And the electronic equipment judges the successfully matched drawing information according to the first preset condition. And the electronic equipment respectively generates and displays the first prompt information and the second prompt information according to the matching result and the judging result. In the application, the electronic equipment displays the drawing information in a form of a table, the first prompt information and the second prompt information, and correspondingly generates the modification suggestion according to the first prompt information, the second prompt information and the drawing information. The information displayed by the electronic equipment can assist the user to sort the drawings and the drawing information in the text content, avoid omission or neglect phenomena caused by reasons such as the space of the text content, typesetting and the like, and therefore achieve the effect of improving the accuracy of the proofreading.
On the basis of the embodiments shown in fig. 1 to fig. 2, in conjunction with fig. 3, the filtering of the text content to be processed according to the first preset rule in S102 in fig. 1 is performed to obtain a first filtering result, where the first preset rule is used to describe in detail a specific implementation manner of filtering the drawing information and/or the table information in the text content.
Fig. 3 shows a flowchart of a method for processing text content according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the method of the present embodiment may include:

S303, the electronic equipment screens the text content to be processed according to a second preset rule to obtain a second screening result, wherein the second preset rule is used for screening the drawings and/or the tables in the text content.
The implementation of S303 is similar to that of S203 in the embodiment of fig. 2, and this embodiment is not repeated here.
S304, the electronic equipment matches the table information in the first screening result with the table in the second screening result, and determines whether the table corresponds to the table information.
In this embodiment, taking existing text contents such as books, journals, manuscripts, etc. as an example, table information is used to simply describe a table, and it is convenient to refer to the table in the text. Thus, the form information typically appears above the form and is located immediately adjacent to the form. Therefore, in this step, the electronic device matches the table and the table information next to the table according to the positions of the table information in the first filtering result and the table in the second filtering result.
In addition, in the text content in chinese, the form information is form information in chinese. In the text content in english, the table information is english table information.
S305, if the first table does not have the corresponding table information and/or the first table information does not have the corresponding table, the electronic device displays third prompt information, and the third prompt information is used for indicating that the table is not matched with the table information.
In this embodiment, in the matching process of the electronic device, if there is table information in a position immediately above the table, the table is successfully matched with the table information. If the number of the representation in the text content is not from 1 and is sequentially incremented, or in each chapter, the number is not from 1 and is sequentially incremented, the electronic device displays a fourth prompt.
The fourth prompting information is used for prompting the sequence number continuity error of the table information. The fourth prompting information is displayed simultaneously with the form information and is used for prompting the attention of a user, and the numbers in the form information are discontinuous.
When the second preset condition is used for judging whether the coding rules expressed in the table information are consistent, the first preset condition includes, but is not limited to, the following conditions: the text part of the questions is inconsistent or the number type of the questions is inconsistent
The coding of the table sequence can be divided into a character part of the table sequence and a digit part of the table sequence, and the coding rule is consistent, so that the character content of the character part of the table sequence is required to be consistent, and the number type of the digit part of the table sequence is required to be consistent. When the second preset condition is used for judging that one or more conditions are complained, the second preset condition can be whether the content of the table questions is correct, whether the numbers of the table sequences are correct or not, and whether the coding rules of the table sequences are consistent or not. The information displayed by the electronic equipment can assist the user to sort the table and the table information in the text content, avoid omission or neglect phenomena caused by reasons such as the space of the text content, typesetting and the like, and therefore achieve the effect of improving the accuracy of the proofreading.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a processing apparatus for text content according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 4, where the processing apparatus 10 for text content according to the present embodiment is used to implement operations corresponding to an electronic device in any of the above method embodiments, the processing apparatus 10 for text content according to the present embodiment may include:
an obtaining module 11, configured to obtain text content to be processed.
The processing module 12 is configured to screen the text content to be processed according to a first preset rule, so as to obtain a first screening result, where the first preset rule is used to screen drawing information and/or table information in the text content.
Optionally, the processing module 12 is further configured to screen the text content to be processed according to a second preset rule, so as to obtain a second screening result, where the second preset rule is used to screen the drawing and/or the table in the text content.
Optionally, the processing module 12 is further configured to match the drawing information in the first screening result with the drawing in the second screening result, and determine whether the drawing corresponds to the drawing information. If the first drawing does not have the corresponding drawing information and/or the first drawing information does not have the corresponding drawing, displaying first prompt information, wherein the first prompt information is used for indicating that the drawing is not matched with the drawing information.
Optionally, the drawing information includes a drawing sequence and a drawing topic, and the processing module 12 is further configured to use the drawing information that is successfully matched with the drawing in the second screening result in the first screening result as the third screening result. And determining whether the drawing information in the third screening result meets a first preset condition. If the information is not satisfied, displaying second prompt information, wherein the second prompt information is used for prompting that the drawing information is wrong. Wherein the first preset condition includes at least one of: the chart questions meet the chart question naming rule, the chart sequences are continuous, and the chart sequence coding rule is consistent.
Optionally, the processing module 12 is further configured to match the table information in the first filtering result with the table in the second filtering result, and determine whether the table corresponds to the table information. If the first table does not have the corresponding table information and/or the first table information does not have the corresponding table, third prompt information is displayed, and the third prompt information is used for indicating that the table is not matched with the table information.
Optionally, the table information includes a table order and a table topic, and the processing module 12 is further configured to use the table information in the first screening result, which is successfully matched with the table in the second screening result, as a fourth screening result. And determining whether the table information in the fourth screening result meets a second preset condition. If the information is not satisfied, fourth prompt information is displayed, and the fourth prompt information is used for prompting that the form information is wrong. Wherein the second preset condition includes at least one of: the table meets the naming rule of the table, the table sequence is continuous, and the coding rule of the table sequence is consistent.

The processing device 10 for text content provided in the embodiment of the present application may execute the above method embodiment, and the specific implementation principle and technical effects of the method embodiment may be referred to the above method embodiment, which is not described herein again.
In the present application, the processing device of the text content may be divided into functional modules according to the above method example, for example, each functional module may be divided into respective functions, or two or more functions may be integrated into one processing module. The integrated modules may be implemented in hardware or in software functional modules. It should be noted that, in the embodiments of the present application, the division of the modules is merely a logic function division, and other division manners may be implemented in actual practice.
Fig. 5 shows a schematic hardware structure of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, the electronic device 20, configured to implement operations corresponding to the electronic device in any of the above method embodiments, the electronic device 20 of this embodiment may include: memory 21, processor 22, display 24, and interface 25.
A display 24 is coupled to the processor 22 for displaying the results of the processing by the processor 22. The display 24 is a display device in the electronic device 20 for displaying information.
The processor 22 is coupled to the display 24 for sending the processing results to the display 24. The processor 22 is connected to the memory 21 for transmitting information to be stored to the memory 21 or for reading information to be used from the memory 21. The processor 22 is connected to an interface 25 for obtaining input information via the interface 25. The processor 22 is a data processing device on the electronic device 20 for executing computer programs stored in the memory to implement the processing methods of text content in the above-described embodiments. The memory 21 is connected to the processor 22, and is used for receiving data to be saved sent by the processor 22, or for sending data requested to be read by the processor 22, and is also used for storing a computer program. The memory 21 is a storage device on the electronic device 20 for reading and writing data and computer programs.
An interface 25 is connected to the processor 22 for sending information to be processed to the processor 22.
