The user behavior data in the embodiment of the invention comprises at least one of the following: communication information of the user, multimedia information browsed and/or downloaded by the user, system information and historical target recommendation information.
Here, taking each of the user behavior data described above as an example, the following is exemplified to acquire the user behavior data and generate the user behavior database:
(1) obtaining communication information of user
When a user uses an instant chat tool to chat with different characters by voice (or chat by video), the voice contents of different characters in different scenes are recorded, the audio contents are converted into Chinese contents, and the Chinese contents of different characters are distinguished for recording.
(2) Obtaining multimedia information browsed and/or downloaded by user
Recording the contents watched by a user when the user reads text contents such as news and electronic books; or, when the user watches the video, the subtitle is automatically identified, the page can be captured into a picture, characters and contents (including the picture) in the picture are identified, and the information of the text and the picture is recorded; or acquiring the content of the current user browsing page.
(3) Obtaining system information
The geographical location, time of occurrence, weather, etc. at the time the user communicates information and/or browses multimedia information are recorded.
(4) Historical target recommendation information
Storing the previous historical target recommendation information.
Based on the information, each piece of information can be marked to generate label information, and the weight value of the label information is set so as to facilitate later searching and be displayed on a recommendation interface according to the weight value.
In the following, a specific marking process is shown as follows, taking as an example the marking of the communication information base of the user:
for a piece of speech, it can be labeled from different angle attribute features, and its attribute features can include at least one of the following:
(1) the time tag is used for recording the complete time of the voice generation, including morning, noon, afternoon, evening and the like;
(2) a voice time label and a voice keyword label;
(3) the character tag records the names or voice head portraits of the user and the voice objects, wherein the names of the voice objects can be obtained by semantic analysis in the initial call of the conversation;
(4) and exchanging environment tags, and recording weather and geographical position conditions when voice occurs. The geographical position can be obtained through a positioning system, and the weather condition can be obtained according to the system time and the geographical position;
(5) the emotion tag analyzes whether moods of two parties are low, happy, calm or other according to the current moods of the two parties when voice occurs;
(6) and the frequency tag records the frequency of the voice use and determines whether the voice content is the idiom of the user or the current network popular language.
And respectively setting initial weight values for the label information so as to display in a recommendation interface according to the weight values. Here, the user behavior database may be generated from the user behavior data described above.
And step 320, acquiring target information input from the input method interface when the input method is called for information input.
As shown in fig. 4, target information "keyword 1, keyword 2" from the input method interface is acquired.
Step 330, receiving a first input operation on the input method interface.
As shown in fig. 5, the refer function of the first input operation is triggered when the input method interface receives a specific character (e.g., # symbol) input by the user. Here, the back button may be directly clicked when the user does not want to activate the refer function (e.g., sometimes wants to input a # symbol). Alternatively, a virtual button may be provided on the input method interface, and when a trigger operation of the virtual button is received, the reference function is triggered.
Step 340, responding to the first input operation, and displaying a recommendation interface.
Here, the recommendation interface includes at least one candidate information related to the target information acquired in the user behavior database.
The recommendation interface is described in detail below in conjunction with FIG. 6.
As shown in fig. 6, the recommendation interface may include at least one of the following areas:
the system comprises a keyword input area, a limited condition input area, a label information display area and a candidate information display area; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
a keyword input area for displaying target information (for example, following the example "keyword 1, keyword 2" in fig. 4);
a definition condition input area for displaying additional condition information defining target information; wherein the additional condition information comprises the accessory condition information input by the user and/or the optional accessory condition information generated based on the user behavior database (for example, time limitation 'this year'; or emotion limitation 'talking when good mood').
Here, the restriction conditions in the embodiment of the present invention may be flexible, for example, when the user only remembers a piece of content of a certain book, but the name of the book is not clear, in this case, only the content related to the book may be searched by inputting "book" in the restriction condition input area; for example, the user may enter or select a time limit simply remembering that the content was viewed in the last year or period of time; for example, if the user remembers that a section of the video subtitle has been spoken by the actress, the "video", "subtitle" and "actress" may be input or selected in the limited condition input area; for example, a user only wants to search the content of a currently browsed article, or manually specifies to search only in the context of the currently browsed article, records the tag information of the content in the limited condition input area, and displays the content in the tag information display area to optimize options of a recommendation interface; for example, the user may manually specify a contextual search for a currently viewed article, and after a plurality of times, the user may default to the contextual search until the user manually deletes the default contextual search.
A tag information display area for displaying at least one tag information related to the target information, wherein the tag information is used for matching at least one candidate information (for example, tag information of candidate information related to keywords "keyword 1", "keyword 2", time limit "this year" and emotion limit "good mood", for example, character name, book name and publication time of "keyword 1" related to "keyword 1") from the user behavior database;
and the candidate information display area is used for displaying at least one candidate information, and the candidate information comprises information matched in the user behavior database according to at least one of the target information, the additional condition information and the label information. Here, the candidate information presentation area may specifically include a thumbnail display area and a search content presentation area.
For example: there are 3 candidate information related to "keyword 1", 5 candidate information related to "keyword 2", and 3 candidate information related to "keyword 1, keyword 2" displayed in the thumbnail display area, where if there are more candidate information, part of the candidate information may be displayed. If all the candidate information is desired to be displayed, the pop-up button may be clicked, so that all the candidate information may be displayed by searching the content display area. Here, in another possible example, the candidate information presentation area may display target recommendation information.
Therefore, based on the above areas, the recommendation interface provided by the embodiment of the present invention may receive the keyword 1 and the keyword 2 input by the user through the keyword input area, perform semantic analysis on the keyword 1 and the keyword 2, identify information that the user wants to recommend, receive the content input by the user in the limited condition input area and/or the tag information display area, quickly locate a sentence or a segment that the user wants to refer to in the user behavior database, and recommend the sentence or the segment to the user based on the input method.
Thus, based on the plurality of regions, how to display at least one candidate information according to the target information in the embodiment of the present invention is further described.
At least one candidate message is sequentially displayed in the candidate message display area according to the sequence of the matching degree and/or the priority from high to low, and the matching degree and the priority are respectively explained.
(1) And sequentially displaying in the candidate information display area according to the sequence of the matching degree from high to low.
Acquiring a first matching degree of candidate information related to the target information, a second matching degree of candidate information related to the target information and the additional condition information and a third matching degree of candidate information related to the target information, the additional condition information and the label information in a user behavior database; sequentially displaying at least one candidate message related to the target message according to the sequence from the third matching degree, the second matching degree to the first matching degree; the first matching degree is smaller than the second matching degree, and the second matching degree is smaller than the third matching degree.
For example: when "keyword 1, additional condition 2, and tag information 3" are input in the keyword input area, there are 3 pieces of candidate information related to "keyword 1", 5 pieces of candidate information related to "keyword 1, additional condition 2", and 3 pieces of candidate information related to "keyword 1, additional condition 2, and tag information 3" acquired in the user behavior database generated in step 310. At this time, a first matching degree of 3 pieces of candidate information related to the "keyword 1", a second matching degree of 5 pieces of candidate information related to the "keyword 1, additional condition 2", and a third matching degree of 3 pieces of candidate information related to the "keyword 1, additional condition 2, and tag information 3" are obtained, respectively, where the first matching degree is smaller than the second matching degree, and the second matching degree is smaller than the third matching degree. Thereby, at least one candidate information related to the target information is sequentially displayed in the order from the third matching degree, the second matching degree to the first matching degree.
It should be noted that, based on this possibility, the recommendation interface should include a keyword input area, a limited condition input area, a tag information display area, and a candidate information display area, and information such as the keyword 1, the additional condition 2, and the tag information 3 input by the user needs to be acquired in the corresponding area.
(2) And displaying in the candidate information display area in sequence according to the order of the priority from high to low.
Acquiring at least one candidate message related to the target message from a user behavior database, wherein each candidate message in the at least one candidate message carries at least one tag message, and a weight value corresponding to the tag message is related to the priority; respectively calculating the total weight value of each candidate message; and sequentially displaying at least one candidate message related to the target message according to the sequence of the total weight value from high to low.
Based on the classification of the user behavior data in step 310, and when the corresponding tag information is marked, a weight value of each tag information is obtained.
Here, each candidate information may be analyzed, it is determined that at least one tag information is included in the candidate information, a total weight value corresponding to each candidate information is calculated, and at least one candidate information related to the target information is sequentially displayed in order of the total weight value from high to low.
It should be noted that, when a user determines target recommendation information from at least one candidate information, a weight value corresponding to tag information in the target recommendation information may change, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for adjusting a weight value of tag information according to the target recommendation information, which may specifically include that, when the determined target recommendation information includes tag information 1 (weight value 10), tag information 2 (weight value 16), and tag information 3 (weight value 5), before calculating a total weight value next time, the weight values of tag information 1, tag information 2, and tag information 3, such as tag information 1 (weight value 15), tag information 2 (weight value 21), and tag information 3 (weight value 10), need to be increased. In this way, the weight value corresponding to the tag information in the target recommendation information is repeatedly revised and determined, and the optimal weight setting is achieved.
In addition, another way of sequentially displaying in the candidate information display area according to the order of priority from high to low is further provided in the embodiments of the present invention, which specifically includes:
according to the user behavior data, the user behavior data which is experienced most recently is higher than other user behavior data in priority, the user can select the user behavior data which is the longest to display preferentially on the recommendation interface, the priority can also be the input operation received in the input area of the limited condition, semantic recognition is carried out according to the input content related to the input operation, the effect of sequencing based on priority is achieved, and therefore the user can quickly locate the target recommendation information.
And step 350, determining target recommendation information in the at least one candidate information, and displaying the target recommendation information on the input method interface.
Receiving a second input operation for determining target recommendation information in at least one candidate information; and responding to the second input operation, and displaying the target recommendation information on the input method interface.
Here, as the second input operation of the user is received for multiple times, the recommendation interface continuously and dynamically adjusts at least one piece of candidate information, and in order to avoid the situation that the content in a single piece of candidate information is too much and cannot be displayed, some label information which is related to the candidate information and accounts for a high ratio to the current search according to the preset information can be displayed in the recommendation interface so as to facilitate the quick selection of the user; simultaneously, a pop-up button is also displayed beside the list item of each candidate information so as to check all contents of the candidate information according to the pop-up button for confirmation of a user, after the user confirms target recommendation information in at least one candidate information, one part or a plurality of parts in the target recommendation information can be selected for copying (if the target recommendation information is a picture, the picture can be subjected to screenshot to obtain a plurality of sub-pictures); and finally, the user clicks a confirmation button after selecting (or copying) the target recommendation information, and the selected (or copied) target recommendation information is displayed on an input method interface.
