A smart meter as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the wire clamping mechanism comprises a fixed rubber insulating seat (9), a movable rubber insulating seat (10), a first wire clamping groove (901), a second wire clamping groove (1001) and a fastening bolt (11), and the fixed rubber insulating seat (9) is fixedly connected to the surface of the intelligent electric meter body (1) at the bottom side of the binding post (3); a first wire clamping groove (901) is formed in the surface of the fixed rubber insulating seat (9), and a movable rubber insulating seat (10) is attached to the surface of one side of the fixed rubber insulating seat (9) where the first wire clamping groove (901) is formed; a first wire clamping groove (901) is formed in one side, close to the fixed rubber insulating seat (9), of the movable rubber insulating seat (10), and a fastening bolt (11) is connected to the surface of the movable rubber insulating seat (10) in a threaded mode.

A smart meter as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the mounting and fixing mechanism comprises a fixing plate (4), a clamping plate (5), a fixing block (6), a fixing seat (7) and a fixing bolt (8), and the fixing plate (4) is fixedly connected to the back surface of the intelligent electric meter body (1); the surface of the bottom of the right side of the fixed plate (4) is fixedly connected with a clamping plate (5), and the surface of the clamping plate (5) is connected with a fixed block (6) in a clamping manner; fixed block (6) right side fixed surface is connected with fixing base (7), and fixing base (7) surface threaded connection has fixing bolt (8).
