Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of antirust performance detection, in particular to a gasification type antirust performance testing method.
Background
The antirust film is a short name of a gas-phase antirust plastic film (VCI anti rust film), and is a new-generation innovative high-tech product based on the combination of a high polymer material and the VCI gas-phase antirust technology development. After the rustproof metal object is packaged and sealed by a rustproof film (which can also be made into various plastic bag shapes), VCI contained in the film body begins to sublimate and volatilize rustproof gas factors, and the gas factors are diffused and permeated to the surface of the rustproof object and adsorbed on the surface of the rustproof object to form a dense protection film layer with a single molecular thickness, so that various factors inducing rust are isolated from contacting the surface of the rustproof object, and the generation of rust is effectively prevented.
The anti-rust paper is a short name of gas-phase anti-rust paper series, and is prepared by processing and refining high-quality anti-rust base paper and a special high-efficiency compound gas-phase corrosion inhibitor (VCI LIQUID) through a special process. In the sealed packaging space, VCI contained in the paper body begins to sublimate at normal temperature and normal pressure to volatilize rust-proof gas factors, and the VCI diffuses and permeates to the surface of a rust-proof object and is adsorbed on the surface of the rust-proof object to form a monomolecular dense protective film layer, so that the aim of rust prevention is fulfilled.
After the existing enterprises produce the anti-rust films and anti-rust papers with different specifications, gasification type and contact type anti-rust performance tests are needed to be carried out on the anti-rust films and the anti-rust papers so as to detect whether the anti-rust films and the anti-rust papers have qualified anti-rust performance or not. In general, the national standard GB/T19532-2018 is adopted for detecting the antirust performance of the product, a constant-temperature and constant-humidity salt spray box is adopted for simulating an environment easy to rust, the process is complicated, and the detection time span is large.
Therefore, a new solution is needed to solve the above problems.
