Background
In industrial products, shaft parts are widely used and used, and are suitable for maintenance operation of one or more numerically-controlled machine tool machined parts, electronic devices (such as power distribution cabinets and circuit breakers) and the like. The shaft part is one of typical parts frequently encountered in hardware fittings, is mainly used for supporting transmission parts, transmitting torque and bearing load, and can be generally divided into three types, namely an optical axis, a stepped axis and a special-shaped axis according to different structural forms of the shaft part; or divided into a solid shaft, a hollow shaft, etc.
In using, the solid shaft has seted up the hole groove in its surperficial different positions, has the dislocation between the hole groove moreover, and the structure is complicated, if place it and examine (like observation hole groove such as printing opacity), difficult rotation operation, inconvenient fine setting has reduced work efficiency in the holding hole.

Aiming at the problems, the invention provides the inspection tool for the shaft parts, which has a simple structure, is convenient to operate and saves time.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the inspection device comprises a base plate, an inspection seat and a fine adjustment assembly, wherein the inspection seat is cuboid, and a containing hole is formed in the center of the inspection seat and used for containing a shaft body;
the inspection seat is connected to a base plate, a pair of vertical rods are arranged on the base plate, a pair of vertical holes are formed in the inspection seat, the vertical rods are correspondingly arranged in the vertical holes one by one, and the accommodating hole is positioned between the vertical holes;
a first hole and groove group is arranged on the inspection seat, and a second hole and groove group corresponding to the first hole and groove group is arranged on the shaft body;
the fine adjustment assembly is used for rotating a shaft body in the inspection seat.
The fine adjustment component comprises a T-shaped rod, a T-shaped hole is arranged on the base plate and communicated with the containing hole,
the top of the transverse end of the T-shaped rod is provided with an adhesive layer, and the bottom of the vertical end extends out of the substrate.

The base plate is provided with a through hole, a seal cover is detachably arranged in the through hole, and the seal cover is used for supporting the shaft body.
And a push block is arranged on the outer side of the push rod.
The first hole groove group on the inspection seat is as follows: one end of the inspection seat is provided with a first positioning hole, the other end of the inspection seat is provided with a second positioning hole, and the first positioning hole and the second positioning hole are respectively communicated with the accommodating hole;
the second hole groove group on the shaft body is as follows: a first positioning groove is formed in the outer side of one end of the shaft body, and a second positioning groove is formed in the outer side of the other end of the shaft body;

In the work of the invention, the shaft body is placed in the accommodating hole of the inspection seat, the inspection seat is placed on the base plate, and the inspection seat is convenient to reliably support by arranging the connection form of the upright rod and the vertical hole;
in the inspection process, because the structure of axis body is complicated (namely the hole groove group two of axis body can not be corresponding with the hole groove group one on the inspection seat), need rotate it, can rotate it through the fine setting subassembly, make things convenient for follow-up inspection, improve the reliability of inspection.

The invention is shown in figures 1-7, and comprises a substrate 1, a checking seat 2 and a fine adjustment assembly 3, wherein the checking seat is cuboid, the center of the checking seat 2 is provided with a containing hole 20 for containing a shaft body;
the inspection seat 2 is connected to the base plate 1, a pair of upright rods 11 are arranged on the base plate, a pair of vertical holes 21 are formed in the inspection seat, the upright rods are correspondingly arranged in the vertical holes one by one, and the accommodating hole is positioned between the vertical holes;
a first hole and groove group is arranged on the inspection seat 2, and a second hole and groove group corresponding to the first hole and groove group is arranged on the shaft body 4;
the fine adjustment assembly 3 is used for rotating a shaft body in the inspection seat.

The sealing cover is arranged and used for supporting the shaft body in the inspection process; after the inspection, the shaft body is convenient to open and drop; and sealing again, and replacing the other shaft body for inspection. In practical application, the aperture of the through hole can be larger than the diameter of the shaft body, so that the shaft body can fall off conveniently.

then placing the first positioning plate in the first positioning hole and the first positioning groove, and placing the second positioning plate in the second positioning hole and the second positioning groove; the first positioning plate is vertical to the second positioning plate, and the first positioning groove and the second positioning groove are arranged in a staggered mode;
if the first positioning plate and the second positioning plate are placed in a matching mode, the shaft body is qualified; and other products of the shaft body are unqualified, so that the labor is saved, and the working efficiency is improved.
