The rotary screen dryer for non-woven fabric production according to claim 1, wherein a heating rod (13) is fixedly installed on the inner side of the drying air knife (12), an air port of the drying air knife (12) faces downwards, and one end of the drying air knife (12) is communicated with an external air pump through a conduit.

The cylinder drying machine for non-woven fabric production according to claim 1, wherein two liquid guide sloping plates (19) are fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the upper side of the casing (1), the two liquid guide sloping plates (19) are respectively positioned on two sides of the drying air knife (12), and one end of the liquid guide sloping plate (19) close to the driving wheel (5) is lower than the other end.

10. A working method of a rotary screen drying machine for producing non-woven fabrics is characterized by comprising the following specific steps:
step one, penetrating a non-woven fabric from a feed port (101), enabling the non-woven fabric to pass through the lower part of a guide roller (21) close to one side of the feed port (101) and pass through the upper part of a drying net cylinder (2), enabling the bottom surface of the non-woven fabric to be in close contact with the upper part of the outer peripheral surface of the drying net cylinder (2), starting a driving motor (4), enabling the output shaft end of the driving motor (4) to rotate and driving a driving wheel (5) to rotate, enabling the driving wheel (5) to drive a driven wheel (6) to rotate through a belt, enabling the driven wheel (6) to drive a rotating shaft (3) to rotate and driving the drying net cylinder (2) to rotate, enabling the non-woven fabric to rotate while the drying net cylinder (2) rotates and pass through the lower part of the guide roller (21;
step two, starting a drying air knife (12), wherein air is fed into the drying air knife (12) through a guide pipe, air enters the drying air knife (12), is heated by a heating rod (13) inside the drying air knife (12) and is sprayed downwards, air flow sprayed by the drying air knife (12) dries the upper surface of the non-woven fabric, meanwhile, a fan (8) is started, the fan (8) performs air draft and guides the air into a heating box (9), the air entering the heating box (9) is heated by an electric heating pipe (11), is guided into an air inlet pipeline (16) through an air guide pipe (10), enters a drying net cylinder (2) through the air inlet pipeline (16), is sprayed out through a through hole in the annular side wall of the drying net cylinder (2), and dries the bottom surface of the non-woven fabric;
and step three, water vapor generated during drying is condensed on the bottom surface of the liquid guide inclined plate (19), and slides down to the lowest position of the liquid guide inclined plate (19) along the bottom surface of the liquid guide inclined plate (19), when excessive moisture is accumulated at the lowest position of the liquid guide inclined plate (19), the water drops drop downwards, the water drops pass through the through groove of the interlayer plate (7) and fall into the funnel groove (20), the water drops fall into the collecting groove (14) below through the funnel groove (20) for collection, and hot air in the shell (1) is guided out to the outside through the air outlet (103) at the top of the shell (1).
