Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the invention provides a yarn drying device for spinning, which comprises a box body 1, wherein:
two clapboards 2 which are oppositely arranged are arranged in the box body 1, the two clapboards 2 divide the interior of the box body 1 into a drying chamber 3 and two hot air chambers 4 which are positioned at two sides of the drying chamber 3, and an exhaust pipe 22 communicated with the drying chamber 3 and an air guide pipe 23 communicated with the two hot air chambers 4 are arranged on the box body 1. A supporting mechanism for placing yarns and an air guide mechanism for guiding hot air in the two hot air chambers 4 into the drying chamber 3 are arranged in the drying chamber 3. Hot air is introduced into the hot air chamber 4 through the air guide pipe 23, the hot air in the hot air chamber 4 is introduced into the drying chamber 3 through the air guide mechanism to dry the yarn on the supporting mechanism, and finally the hot air is discharged from the exhaust pipe 22.
The air guide mechanism comprises a driving motor, a driving wheel 5, two piston cylinders 6, two first connecting rods 7 and two second connecting rods 8. The driving motor is installed on the inner wall of the box body 1, an output shaft of the driving motor is in transmission connection with the driving wheel 5 and is used for driving the driving wheel 5 to rotate, and eccentric pin shafts 9 are arranged on two sides of the driving wheel 5. Two piston cylinders 6 are respectively horizontally arranged on the two partition plates 2, the two piston cylinders 6 are respectively provided with an air inlet pipe 10 communicated with the two hot air chambers 4, a one-way air inlet valve is arranged in the air inlet pipe 10, an air outlet pipe 11 is arranged on the piston cylinder 6, a one-way air outlet valve is arranged in the air outlet pipe 11, and a piston 12 is arranged in the piston cylinder 6. One end of each of the two first connecting rods 7 extends into the two piston cylinders 6 to be connected with the piston 12, the other ends of the two first connecting rods 7 are hinged with one ends of the two second connecting rods 8, and the other ends of the two second connecting rods 8 are hinged with the two eccentric pin shafts 9.
The working principle of the air guide mechanism is as follows: the driving motor drives the driving wheel 5 to rotate, the driving wheel 5 drives the eccentric pin shaft 9 to rotate, the eccentric pin shaft 9 drives the first connecting rod 7 to horizontally move through the second connecting rod 8, the first connecting rod 7 pulls the piston 12 to move back and forth in the piston cylinder 6, and hot air in the hot air chamber 3 enters the piston cylinder 6 through the air inlet pipe 10 and then enters the drying chamber 3 through the air outlet pipe 11. Through set up hot-blast room 4 in 3 both sides of drying chamber, can realize the preheating function of drying, improve the stoving effect.
The supporting mechanism comprises a supporting beam 13, a plurality of yarn hanging rods 14, a limiting beam 15, two movable rods 16 and two racks 17. A supporting beam 13 is horizontally arranged above a driving wheel 5, two ends of the supporting beam are respectively connected with two partition plates 2, a plurality of yarn hanging rods 14 are vertically arranged and distributed linearly, the bottom ends of the yarn hanging rods 14 are rotatably connected with the supporting beam 13, gears 19 are fixed at the bottom ends of the yarn hanging rods 14, strip-shaped grooves 20 are formed in positions, located on two sides of the plurality of yarn hanging rods 14, of the supporting beam 13, and the length direction of the strip-shaped grooves 20 is consistent with the line connecting direction of the plurality of yarn hanging rods 14. The limit beam 15 is positioned between the driving wheel 5 and the support beam 13, and a limit pin 18 is fixed on the limit beam 15. Two racks 17 are positioned at two sides of the plurality of yarn hanging rods 14, and the two racks 17 can be movably arranged on the supporting beam 13, and the two racks 17 can be meshed with the gears 19 at the bottom ends of the plurality of yarn hanging rods 14. The middle parts of the two movable rods 16 are hinged with a limiting pin shaft 18, one ends of the two movable rods 16 penetrate through the two strip-shaped grooves 20 respectively to be hinged with the two racks 17, the other ends of the two movable rods 16 are provided with limiting grooves 21, the eccentric pin shafts 9 on the two sides of the driving wheel 5 are clamped in the limiting grooves 21 of the two movable rods 16 respectively, and the eccentric pin shafts 9 can slide back and forth in the limiting grooves 21.
The working principle of the supporting mechanism is as follows: the driving wheel rotates to drive the eccentric pin shaft 9 to rotate, the eccentric pin shaft 9 can drive the movable rod 16 to swing left and right, the movable rod 16 drives the rack 17 to move left and right, the rack 16 drives the gear 19 to rotate, the gear 19 drives the yarn hanging rod 14 to rotate, the yarn hanging rod 14 rotates to enable yarns on the yarn hanging rod to be heated uniformly, and the drying effect can be effectively improved.
