技术领域
本发明涉及杀菌灯技术领域,具体为一种可替换的接插式UV LED杀菌装置,可用于手机磁吸式充电的同时进行杀菌。
背景技术
UV LED即紫外发光二极管,波长范围为:10-400nm,通常常见的UV LED波长有400nm,395nm,390nm,385nm,380nm,375nm,365nm,310nm,254nm等。UV LED广泛应用于电子、精密零件、磁头、光学镜片、液晶显示板、微电机、医疗用品、工艺品、光纤连接器、液晶、LCD、马达、硬盘以及其它新兴领域。
UV LED常用为其的杀菌作用,现有的很多UV LED杀菌灯使用在对于流体的杀菌处理。在对流体杀菌处理时,容易沾到水分和灰尘;需要防尘防水,还需要经常拆卸进行清理,维护,以免杀菌效果降低。因此,我们提出一种可替换的接插式UV LED杀菌装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可替换的接插式UV LED杀菌装置,灯座和固定座之间便于固定安装和拆卸,且USB插口和USB插头配合便于连接通电,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种可替换的接插式UV LED杀菌装置,包括固定座和灯座,所述灯座的上部固定连接有防护罩,所述防护罩的内部安装有菱镜式反射罩,所述菱镜式反射罩的口部密封粘接有平透镜,所述灯座的上部中心安装有UV LED模组,所述灯座的底部表面开设有圆形凹槽,所述圆形凹槽的顶部开设有用于给UV LED模组供电的USB插口,所述灯座的底部固定粘贴有铁皮,所述固定座的上部固定连接有条形开关磁座,所述铁皮通过磁力吸合固定在条形开关磁座上,所述固定座的内部安装有蓄电池,所述蓄电池上通过导线连接有与USB插口配合的USB插头。
优选的,所述UV LED模组的光波波段为250nm-310nm。
优选的,所述平透镜设置为全氟丙基全氟乙烯基醚和聚四氟乙烯的共聚物复合石英质封装的透光防水透镜。
优选的,所述菱镜式反射罩的内壁表面涂覆有抗UV型反射涂层。
优选的,所述条形开关磁座的一端安装有用于控制磁力开闭的开关旋钮,所述条形开关磁座的宽度小于圆形凹槽的直径,所述条形开关磁座的长度大于圆形凹槽的直径。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、通过固定座、灯座和条形开关磁座的设计,灯座和固定座之间便于固定安装和拆卸,且USB插口和USB插头配合便于连接通电,该接插式UV LED杀菌装置便于进行拆卸清理更换或维护;
2、通过平透镜的设计,在对紫外光透光率影响较低的情况下,起到了防水防尘的作用,防护罩起到保护和散热的作用;
3、本发明通过磁吸方式与手机连接充电,同时可通过紫外光进行杀菌,相当于手机磁吸杀菌模块,其具有携带变换,可替换,杀菌简单的优点。

具体的,UV LED模组5的光波波段为250nm-310nm。此波段紫外光可以破坏流体中所含细菌的DNA,脂蛋白和脂多糖进而杀灭细菌,抑制细菌繁殖。
具体的,平透镜7设置为全氟丙基全氟乙烯基醚和聚四氟乙烯的共聚物复合石英质封装的透光防水透镜。该平透镜7对于紫外线的阻挡较小,相比普通玻璃提升了透射效率。
具体的,菱镜式反射罩6的内壁表面涂覆有抗UV型反射涂层。通过抗UV型反射涂层提高反射效率,进而增加杀菌效果。
具体的,条形开关磁座12的一端安装有用于控制磁力开闭的开关旋钮13,条形开关磁座12的宽度小于圆形凹槽8的直径,条形开关磁座12的长度大于圆形凹槽8的直径。通过条形开关磁座12吸住灯座1,便于固定。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可替换的接插式UV LED杀菌装置,其特征在于:所述条形开关磁座(12)的一端安装有用于控制磁力开闭的开关旋钮(13),所述条形开关磁座(12)的宽度小于圆形凹槽(8)的直径,所述条形开关磁座(12)的长度大于圆形凹槽(8)的直径。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种可替换的接插式UV LED杀菌装置,其特征在于:所述防护罩(2)设置为环保聚乙烯防护罩,所述防护罩(2)的外部设置有环形散热槽(3),所述环形散热槽(3)的表面开设有散热通孔(4)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种可替换的接插式UV LED杀菌装置,其特征在于:所述灯座(1)的内部安装有用于驱动UV LED模组(5)的UV LED驱动器(18),所述UV LED驱动器(18)的电源端与USB插口(9)连接。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种可替换的接插式UV LED杀菌装置,其特征在于:所述固定座(16)的一侧开设有与蓄电池(15)连接的充电口(14),所述固定座(16)上开设有安装孔(17)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种可替换的接插式UV LED杀菌装置,其特征在于:所述USB插头(11)一端连接的导线上安装有床头开关(19),所述床头开关(19)上串联安装有通电指示灯(20)。
