Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of automobile part manufacturing, and particularly relates to a fixing structure of an automobile nitrogen-oxygen sensor with protection and wire harness straightening functions. It includes fixed bolster and heat insulating mattress. The fixing support is used for fixing the nitrogen oxygen sensor and is connected with a whole vehicle frame, and is provided with two T-shaped structures and a side arc, so that redundant nitrogen oxygen sensor wire harnesses can be effectively fixed, and the wire harnesses are prevented from being worn; the top of the nitrogen-oxygen sensor is a sealing surface without an opening, so that the probability of the nitrogen-oxygen sensor contacting rain and snow can be effectively reduced, and the risk of water inlet damage is reduced. The heat insulation pad is arranged between the fixed support and the nitrogen oxygen sensor control box, is made of a non-metal composite material, has a good heat insulation effect, and adopts a steel sleeve to provide reliable rigid contact. The nitrogen-oxygen sensor can be firmly fixed on the automobile, the probability of abrasion, water inlet and heat damage of the nitrogen-oxygen sensor wire harness is effectively reduced, the structure is simple, the fixing is convenient, and the assembling production takt of the whole automobile can be effectively shortened.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of automobile part manufacturing, and particularly relates to a fixing structure of an automobile nitrogen-oxygen sensor with protection and wire harness straightening functions.
Background
In order to meet the increasingly stringent emission regulation requirements, diesel vehicles use nitrogen-oxygen sensors to monitor the content of nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas, thereby determining whether the exhaust gas is out of compliance. Factors such as wire harness abrasion, water inflow, high temperature and vibration can cause damage to the nitrogen oxygen sensor, so that detection of emissions is influenced; and the nitrogen oxygen sensor is high in price, and if the nitrogen oxygen sensor is damaged, great economic loss is brought to users and the whole automobile factory.
Patent CN204328415U (published by 20150513) discloses a nitrogen oxygen sensor fixing bracket, but it does not design a structure for fixing a nitrogen oxygen sensor wire harness. In consideration of generalization, nitrogen oxide sensor suppliers generally adopt relatively long wiring harnesses (about 1 meter) to meet various arrangement environments, but an actual vehicle often does not need the wiring harness of 1 meter, and redundant wiring harnesses may be damaged due to interference with other components or vibration and other factors.
The heat insulation composite material and the heat insulation plate adopted in patent CN204328415U (published as 20150513) are both made of C304 stainless steel, and the heat insulation effect is poor.
Patent CN204328415U (published as 20150513) comprises fixed bolster, heat insulating board, thermal-insulated combined material and lid, and the structure is complicated, and assembly efficiency is lower.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a fixing structure of a vehicle nitrogen-oxygen sensor, which has a simple structure, can firmly fix the nitrogen-oxygen sensor on a vehicle, effectively reduces the probability of abrasion, water inlet and heat damage of a nitrogen-oxygen sensor wire harness, has protection and wire harness straightening functions, and solves the problems of the existing fixing support of the nitrogen-oxygen sensor.
The technical scheme of the invention is described as follows by combining the attached drawings:
a fixing structure of a vehicle nitrogen oxygen sensor with protection and wire harness straightening functions comprises a fixing support 1 and a heat insulation pad 2; the fixed support 1 is integrally formed and comprises a first plane, a second plane and a top surface 5 which is arranged between the first plane and the second plane and is vertical to the first plane and the second plane; the left end and the right end of the first plane are in a T-shaped structure 3; one end of the second plane extends rightwards to form an arc curved surface 4, and the other end of the second plane extends leftwards to form a third plane; a fourth plane extends from the lower end of the second plane; a fifth plane extends from the left end of the fourth plane; the left upper end and the right lower end of the heat insulation pad 2 are respectively provided with two steel sleeves 6; the two steel sleeves 6 are respectively contacted with the second plane and the third plane of the fixing bracket 1 and the nitrogen-oxygen sensor; the second plane and the third plane fix the nitrogen-oxygen sensor through two M6 projection welding nuts 7; the lower end of the fourth plane is connected with the frame through two M10 projection welding nuts 8.
The fixed bracket 1 is formed by stamping St12 cold-rolled steel plates.
The second plane has a length greater than a length of the first plane.
The top surface 5 is a non-open sealing surface.
The middle layer of the heat insulation pad 2 is made of ceramic fiber felt, the inner layer is made of silica gel-coated high silica fiber cloth, and the outer layer is made of silica gel-coated glass fiber cloth; the overall thermal conductivity is not more than 0.04W/m.K.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) the fixing support has two T-shaped structures, two reliable binding belt binding points are provided for the wiring harness of the nitrogen oxygen sensor, and the redundant wiring harness can be prevented from interfering with other parts and the sensor damage caused by the vibration of the unfixed wiring harness can be eliminated.
2) The side arc of the fixing support provides a good guide structure for the nitrogen-oxygen sensor wire harness, and the nitrogen-oxygen sensor wire harness can be prevented from being damaged due to contact with a sharp edge of metal.
3) The top of the fixed support is a sealing surface without an opening, so that the probability of the nitrogen-oxygen sensor contacting rain and snow can be effectively reduced, and the risk of water inlet damage is reduced.
4) The main materials of the heat insulation pad are silica gel coated high silica fiber cloth, ceramic fiber felt and silica gel coated glass fiber cloth, the heat conductivity coefficient is not more than 0.04W/m.K, and the heat insulation pad has an excellent heat insulation effect.
5) The heat insulation pad comprises two steel sleeves, and the steel sleeves are in rigid contact with the nitrogen-oxygen sensor and the fixing support, so that the insecure fixation and vibration caused by the fact that the non-rigid heat insulation pad is compressed in the using process are prevented.
6) The fixing support is only composed of the fixing support and the heat insulation pad, the fixing support is provided with two M6 projection welding nuts and two M10 projection welding nuts which are respectively used for fixing the nitrogen oxygen sensor and connected with a frame, the structure is simple, the fixing is convenient, and the assembling production takt of the whole vehicle can be effectively shortened.

Example one
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a fixing structure of a vehicle nitrogen oxygen sensor with protection and wire harness straightening functions comprises a fixing support 1 and a heat insulation pad 2.
The fixed support 1 is formed by stamping St12 cold-rolled steel plates with the thickness of 2mm, and can adapt to the complex and violent vibration conditions of the whole vehicle.
The fixed support 1 is integrally formed and comprises a first plane, a second plane and a top surface 5 which is arranged between the first plane and the second plane and is vertical to the first plane and the second plane; the left end and the right end of the first plane are of T-shaped structures 3, two reliable binding belt binding points are provided for the wiring harness of the nitrogen oxygen sensor, redundant wiring harnesses can be prevented from interfering with other parts, and sensor damage caused by vibration of the non-fixed wiring harnesses can be eliminated.
One end of the second plane extends rightwards to form an arc curved surface 4, the arc curved surface 4 extends out of the bracket main body by 70mm, the inner bending radius of the side arc 4 is 20mm, a good guide structure is provided for the nitrogen oxygen sensor wire harness, and the nitrogen oxygen sensor wire harness can be prevented from being damaged due to contact with a sharp metal edge; a third plane extends leftwards from the other end of the main body; a fourth plane extends from the lower end of the second plane; a fifth plane extends from the left end of the fourth plane;
the top surface 5 of the fixed support is a sealing surface without an opening, so that the probability of the nitrogen oxygen sensor contacting rain and snow can be effectively reduced, and the risk of water inlet damage is reduced.
The middle layer of the heat insulation pad 2 is made of ceramic fiber felt, the inner layer is made of silica gel-coated high silica fiber cloth, and the outer layer is made of silica gel-coated glass fiber cloth. The integral heat conductivity coefficient is not more than 0.04W/m.K, the integral thickness is 10mm, and the heat insulation effect is excellent.
The heat insulation pad 2 comprises two steel sleeves 6, the inner diameter and the outer diameter of each steel sleeve are 7mm and 16mm respectively, and the steel sleeves 6 are in contact with the nitrogen-oxygen sensor and the fixing support 1 to prevent the insecurity in fixation and vibration caused by the fact that the non-rigid heat insulation pad 2 is compressed in the using process.
The fixing support is provided with two M6 projection welding nuts 7 and two M10 projection welding nuts 8 which are respectively used for fixing the nitrogen oxygen sensor and connected with the frame.
During specific assembly, the nitrogen-oxygen sensor is placed on the heat insulation pad 2, and a bolt of M6 penetrates through a mounting hole of the nitrogen-oxygen sensor and the steel sleeve 6 and is in threaded connection with the M6 projection welding nut 7 to fix the nitrogen-oxygen sensor. And an M10 bolt is screwed with the M10 projection welding nut 8 to be connected with the whole vehicle frame. And after the nitrogen oxygen sensor wire harness is guided by the side arc 4, the nitrogen oxygen sensor wire harness is bundled with the T-shaped structure 3 by using a binding belt so as to reliably fix the redundant nitrogen oxygen sensor wire harness.
Example two
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a fixing structure of a vehicle nitrogen oxygen sensor with protection and wire harness straightening functions comprises a fixing support 1 and a heat insulation pad 2.
The fixed support 1 is formed by stamping St12 cold-rolled steel plates with the thickness of 3mm, and can adapt to the complex and violent vibration conditions of the whole vehicle.
The fixed support 1 is integrally formed and comprises a first plane, a second plane and a top surface 5 which is arranged between the first plane and the second plane and is vertical to the first plane and the second plane; the left end and the right end of the first plane are of T-shaped structures 3, two reliable binding belt binding points are provided for the wiring harness of the nitrogen oxygen sensor, redundant wiring harnesses can be prevented from interfering with other parts, and sensor damage caused by vibration of the non-fixed wiring harnesses can be eliminated.
One end of the second plane extends rightwards to form an arc curved surface 4, the arc curved surface 4 extends out of the bracket main body by 60mm, the inner bending radius of the side arc 4 is 15mm, a good guide structure is provided for the nitrogen oxygen sensor wire harness, and the nitrogen oxygen sensor wire harness can be prevented from being damaged due to contact with a sharp metal edge; a third plane extends leftwards from the other end of the main body; a fourth plane extends from the lower end of the second plane; a fifth plane extends from the left end of the fourth plane;
the top surface 5 of the fixed support is a sealing surface without an opening, so that the probability of the nitrogen oxygen sensor contacting rain and snow can be effectively reduced, and the risk of water inlet damage is reduced.

The fixing support is provided with two M6 projection welding nuts 7 and two M10 projection welding nuts 8 which are respectively used for fixing the nitrogen oxygen sensor and connected with the frame.
During specific assembly, the nitrogen-oxygen sensor is placed on the heat insulation pad 2, and a bolt of M6 penetrates through a mounting hole of the nitrogen-oxygen sensor and the steel sleeve 6 and is in threaded connection with the M6 projection welding nut 7 to fix the nitrogen-oxygen sensor. Claims (5)
1. A fixing structure of a vehicular nitrogen-oxygen sensor with protection and wire harness straightening functions is characterized by comprising a fixing support (1) and a heat insulation pad (2); the fixed support (1) is integrally formed and comprises a first plane, a second plane and a top surface (5) which is arranged between the first plane and the second plane and is vertical to the first plane and the second plane; the left end and the right end of the first plane are in a T-shaped structure (3); one end of the second plane extends rightwards to form an arc curved surface (4), and the other end of the second plane extends leftwards to form a third plane; a fourth plane extends from the lower end of the second plane; a fifth plane extends from the left end of the fourth plane; the upper left end and the lower right end of the heat insulation pad (2) are respectively provided with two steel sleeves (6); the two steel sleeves (6) are respectively contacted with the second plane and the third plane of the fixed bracket (1) and the nitrogen-oxygen sensor; the second plane and the third plane fix the nitrogen-oxygen sensor through two M6 projection welding nuts (7); the lower end of the fourth plane is connected with the frame through two M10 projection welding nuts (8).
