At present, the anti-loosening forms of the closing-in self-locking nut and the nylon insert nut are widely used in the aerospace field, but the friction force of a thread pair in the anti-loosening form of the nut is large, and the moment is quickly attenuated after the nut is repeatedly disassembled and assembled, so that the anti-loosening performance of the nut is greatly reduced, and the nut cannot be used on parts which are repeatedly disassembled.
In the prior art, chinese utility model patent as CN207879811U discloses a locking type theftproof bolt if grant notice number discloses, the installation cavity has been seted up in the screw rod of bolt, locking spare twists on the internal thread of installation cavity through its external screw thread, the tip at locking spare is equipped with the locking head of round platform shape, the lower extreme of screw rod is equipped with the tight portion that rises, a plurality of slot has been seted up to the circumference of the tight portion that rises, the inner cone of locking head matched with round platform shape is seted up to the inner wall of the tight portion that rises, it makes its rebound to twist the locking head soon, the radial expansion of the tight portion that rises, locking effect has, when needing to dismantle the bolt, reverse twist soon the locking head, drive locking head resets, thereby make the nut of rotation on the screw rod can withdraw from the screw rod.
However, in the anti-loosening anti-theft bolt, the anti-loosening element is screwed into the mounting cavity of the screw rod through the threaded structure, when the anti-loosening bolt is in a vibration environment, the threaded connection between the anti-loosening element and the mounting cavity may be loosened, which causes the anti-loosening element to move downward and release the radial expansion of the tightening part, thereby reducing the anti-loosening effect of the whole anti-loosening anti-theft bolt.
