Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of compressors, in particular to a horizontal scroll compressor with an oil supply channel and a vehicle-mounted air conditioning system.
Background
The scroll compressor mainly comprises a control part, a driving part, a compression part and an exhaust device, wherein the compression part is provided with a pair of scroll disks, a fixed disk and a movable disk, and the fixed disk is meshed with the movable disk. The main compression process of the scroll compressor is realized by the pair of scrolls. Air is compressed into high-temperature high-pressure gas through a scroll, the high-temperature high-pressure gas is discharged from an exhaust hole in the center of the fixed disc, and the high-temperature high-pressure gas is discharged from an exhaust pipe after circulating to the inner space of the compressor. There are two types of scroll compressors on the market today. The first is a high-temperature high-pressure chamber compressor: that is, most of the motor and the scroll are positioned in the high-temperature high-pressure cavity at the exhaust end. The second is a low-temperature low-pressure cavity compressor: the motor and the scroll are mostly positioned in a low-temperature low-pressure cavity at the suction end. The two kinds of compressors realize the compression process by the scroll disk, but in the process of compressing gas, the movable disk is meshed with the fixed disk, the tooth tops and the tooth walls are mutually rubbed, the bottom of the movable disk is also rubbed with the connecting part of the driving shaft, the same compression process is repeated, the driving shaft, the fixed disk and the movable disk are easily abraded, the service life of parts is shortened, and the gas leakage is easily caused. Therefore, it is a problem worth to be studied intensively to reduce friction between various moving parts, increase lubrication and prolong service life.

The invention aims at the problems that each moving part in the scroll compressor moves repeatedly, is easy to wear and reduces the service life of the part. The horizontal scroll compressor and the vehicle-mounted air conditioning system are provided with the oil supply channel.

A horizontal scroll compressor with oil supply channel, the fixed disk and the movable disk are engaged; the fixed disc is provided with a sealing groove, the fixed disc sealing groove and the back of the fixed disc are respectively provided with a hole, and the hole on the back of the fixed disc is communicated with the hole on the fixed disc sealing groove through a channel; the movable disc is provided with a through hole, the through hole on the movable disc is communicated with an oil groove on the back surface of the movable disc, the oil groove is provided with a blind hole, and the blind hole is communicated with the through hole on the movable disc; and oil passages are arranged between the blind holes and the centers of the movable disks.
The depth of the blind hole on the back of the movable disc is 6 mm; the diameter of the holes on the fixed disc and the movable disc is 2 mm; the position of the through hole on the movable disc is superposed with the tail part of the sealing groove of the fixed disc; the exhaust hole is arranged at the circle center of the fixed disc; and air supplement holes are also arranged around the exhaust holes.
As shown in fig. 1, it is an overall appearance of the scroll compressor; comprises a controller 2, a casing 1, an air inlet 3, an air outlet 4, a front cover 5, a pair of scroll plates, a rear cover, a bracket and a driving system which are arranged in the casing.
The inner space of the shell 7 is divided into a low-temperature low-pressure cavity and a high-temperature high-pressure cavity which are isolated from each other, the fixed disc is positioned in the low-temperature low-pressure cavity, and the support and the driving system are positioned in the high-temperature high-pressure cavity; the scroll comprises a fixed disc and a movable disc, and the driving system comprises a motor, an electronic part, a rotor and a driving shaft; the support comprises a main support and an auxiliary support. The periphery of the main bracket is firmly fixed on the inner wall of the casing by welding; both the air inlet and the air outlet are arranged on the compressor shell.
The controller is also provided with a temperature detector which can monitor the temperature of high-temperature and high-pressure gas which is compressed by the scroll disk and then discharged from the central exhaust port in real time, and the detected temperature is not interfered by factors such as motor heating, pipeline cooling and the like; the temperature signal is directly connected into the compressor controller, and the controller accurately adjusts the running power of the compressor according to the real-time temperature data, so that potential safety hazards caused by overhigh temperature of gas in the compressor are avoided.
The low-temperature low-pressure refrigerant gas is introduced into the low-temperature low-pressure cavity from an air inlet on the shell and then enters a compression space of the movable disc and the fixed disc through an air suction port on the fixed disc, the compression space is formed by mutually meshing the fixed disc and the movable disc, the motor drives the movable disc to do plane motion with small radius around the center of the fixed disc through the driving shaft, the refrigerant gas is continuously extruded in the compression space to move towards the center of the fixed disc, the refrigerant gas is gradually compressed into high-temperature high-pressure gas along with the extrusion from the outer side of the fixed disc to the inner side of the fixed disc, and when the refrigerant gas is compressed to the center of the fixed disc, the high-temperature high-pressure gas is discharged from a central exhaust hole of the fixed disc; and the exhaust enters the sealing cavity discharged from the central exhaust port and is discharged from the exhaust port through the sealing cavity.
Before the compressor works, all rotating parts can be coated with lubricating oil for lubrication, so that the smooth running of related parts is ensured, in the process that refrigerant gas enters from a gas inlet to a gas outlet and is discharged, when the gas is compressed to the central position of the fixed disc and is discharged to a gas outlet, oil and gas are mixed together, the oil is larger in density than the gas and falls due to gravity in the rising process, so that oil and gas separation is realized, and at the moment, the oil falls onto the back of the fixed disc and is gradually accumulated on the back of the fixed disc; because the pressure of the back of the fixed disc is larger than that of the front, the oil is extruded by force, as shown in figure 3, enters the sealing groove hole 6 of the front through the oil channel from the hole of the back, and as shown in figure 2, the oil flows from the high-pressure side to the low-pressure side in the sealing groove along the arrow direction; as shown in fig. 4, until the fluid flows into the movable plate bottom hole 7 which is overlapped with the tail part of the sealing groove; as shown in figure 5, oil flows into the oil groove 9 of the thrust surface of the movable disc along the through hole of the bottom plate hole of the movable disc, the oil flows along the oil groove, and when the oil flows to the blind hole 8 of the thrust surface of the movable disc, the oil enters the movable disc bearing through a passage between the blind hole and the movable disc bearing.
