Description

Air suction muffler for refrigerator compressor
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The invention belongs to the technical field of compressor silencers, and relates to a suction silencer of a refrigerator compressor.
[ background of the invention ]
Noise level is an important indicator of refrigerator compressor performance. The suction muffler of the refrigerator compressor is mainly used for reducing the flow noise of the refrigerant. Currently, the main structure of the suction muffler of the refrigerator compressor commonly used comprises a shell, a flow guide pipe and partition plates for separating different chambers, and some mufflers also add a micro-perforated structure to weaken high-frequency noise. The multi-chamber silencer has a good silencing effect in a middle frequency range. However, because the structure in the refrigerator is compact, the volume of the inner chamber of the silencer is limited, and if the noise with lower frequency is reduced, the flow area of the flow guide pipe needs to be reduced, so that the pressure loss is increased, and the air inflow of the refrigerant is reduced. Therefore, the noise of lower frequency cannot be effectively reduced on the premise of ensuring the air input of the refrigerant at present.
[ summary of the invention ]
The invention aims to solve the problem that the noise of lower frequency cannot be effectively reduced on the premise of ensuring the air inflow of a refrigerant in the prior art, and provides a suction muffler of a refrigerator compressor, which has a good noise reduction effect on the noise of below 3000Hz, particularly 400-1500 Hz.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme to realize the purpose:
a refrigerator compressor suction muffler comprising:
the air inlet outer pipe and the air outlet outer pipe are arranged on the shell, and a flow guide pipe, a horizontal partition plate and a vertical partition plate are arranged in the shell;
the inlet of the flow guide pipe corresponds to the air inlet outer pipe, and the outlet of the flow guide pipe corresponds to the air outlet outer pipe;
the edge of the horizontal partition plate is abutted against the side wall of the shell, and the inner cavity of the shell is divided into two parts which are independent up and down;
the vertical partition plate is arranged on the horizontal partition plate, the edge of the vertical partition plate is abutted against the inner wall of the top of the shell and the upper surface of the horizontal partition plate, and an upper inner cavity of the shell is divided into two parts which are independent from each other;
the inner cavity of the lower part of the shell is a first cavity communicated with the air inlet outer pipe; the inner cavity of the upper part of the shell is a second chamber and a third chamber respectively; the third chamber is communicated with the air outlet outer pipe.
The invention further improves the following steps:
the part of the flow guide pipe positioned in the first chamber is divided into two paths, wherein one path of the inlet flow guide pipe is divided into two paths and penetrates through the horizontal partition plate to enter the second chamber, and the other path of the inlet flow guide pipe penetrates through the horizontal partition plate to enter the third chamber; the part of the draft tube positioned in the third chamber is divided into two paths, wherein one path of outlet end draft tube is communicated with the second chamber by penetrating through the vertical partition plate; the outlet of the flow guide pipe is arranged on the flow guide pipe pipeline in the third chamber.
The cross section of the inlet of the flow guide pipe is larger than that of the air inlet outer pipe, and the cross section of the outlet of the flow guide pipe is larger than that of the air outlet outer pipe.
And the first branch pipeline and the second branch pipeline at the inlet of the flow guide pipe are smoothly connected through a fillet.
The sum of the flow areas of the first pipeline and the second pipeline which are divided at the inlet of the flow guide pipe is not less than the flow area of the inlet of the flow guide pipe.
The honeycomb duct entering the third chamber from the first chamber is smoothly connected by adopting an elbow.
The wall thickness of each part of the guide plate is the same.
The air inlet outer pipe and the air outlet outer pipe are respectively circular pipes or rectangular pipes.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention divides a plurality of chambers by the partition plates, thereby widening the effective noise elimination frequency band. Under the condition of ensuring that the equivalent flow area of the flow guide pipe is not reduced, the flow guide pipe has a better noise elimination effect on the noise of lower frequency. The diversion part of the flow guide pipe is smoothly connected by adopting a round angle, so that the pressure loss and the flow noise are reduced. The silencer has simple internal structure, no redundant parts and convenient processing and installation.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings:
referring to fig. 1, the suction muffler of the refrigerator compressor of the present invention comprises a housing 1, a draft tube 2, a horizontal partition plate 3 and a vertical partition plate 4. An air inlet outer pipe 5 and an air outlet outer pipe 6 are connected to the shell 1. The edges of the horizontal partition plate 3 and the vertical partition plate 4 are connected with the inner wall of the shell 1, and the inner cavity of the shell 1 is divided into three independent chambers. A first chamber 7, a second chamber 8 and a third chamber 9, respectively; the second chamber 8 and the third chamber 9 are located above the first chamber 7, the second chamber 8 being located to the left of the third chamber 9. The first chamber 7 is connected with the air inlet outer tube 5, the third chamber 9 is connected with the air outlet outer tube 6, and the air inlet outer tube 5 and the air outlet outer tube 6 can be round tubes, rectangular tubes and the like. The inlet of the draft tube 2 in the first chamber 7 is opposite to the air inlet outer tube 5, and the outlet of the draft tube 2 in the third chamber 9 is opposite to the air outlet outer tube 6. The cross-sectional area of the inlet of the flow guide pipe 2 is larger than that of the outer gas inlet pipe 5, and the cross-sectional area of the outlet of the flow guide pipe 2 is larger than that of the outer gas outlet pipe 6. The diversion part of the diversion pipe 2 adopts round angle smooth connection. The total of the flow areas of the two parts of the flow guide pipes after the flow division is not less than the flow area of the flow guide pipe 2 before the flow division, namely: the sum of the branched flow areas of the draft tube 2 in the first chamber 7 is not less than the flow area of the inlet end of the draft tube 2; the sum of the branched flow areas of the draft tube 2 in the third chamber 9 is not less than the flow area of the outlet end of the draft tube 2; the flow areas of the two sections of the draft tubes 2 in the second chamber 8 are the same. The first chamber 7 draft tube 2 and the third chamber 9 draft tube 2 are smoothly connected by adopting an elbow. The inlet 10 of the flow-guide tube is divided into two parts in the first chamber 7, one part entering the third chamber 9 and the other part entering the second chamber 8. The outlet 13 of the flow-guide is likewise divided into two parts, one part being connected to the second chamber 8 and one part being connected to the flow-guide 2 in the first chamber 7.
The wall thickness of each part of the draft tube 2 is the same, the draft tube 2 is arranged on the horizontal partition plate 3 and the vertical partition plate 4, and a part of the draft tube 2 divided from the inlet 10 of the draft tube extends into the second chamber 8. A part of the flow-guide tube 2, which is divided by the outlet 13 of the flow-guide tube, extends into the second chamber 8.
The positions of the horizontal partition 3 and the vertical partition 4 are determined according to the actual compressor dominant noise frequency band. When the dominant noise frequency band is low, the horizontal partition 3 may be moved down or the vertical partition 4 may be moved right as appropriate.
The noise reduction effect of the silencer at a low frequency band can be improved by properly reducing the distance between the inlet 10 of the draft tube and the air inlet outer tube 5.
The noise reduction effect of the silencer at a low frequency band can be improved by properly reducing the distance between the outlet 13 of the guide pipe and the air outlet outer pipe 6.
The flow areas of the inlet-side and outlet-side draft tube sections 11, 12 of the second chamber 8 are determined according to the dominant noise frequency band of the compressor. When the frequency band of the dominant noise is low, the cross-sectional areas of the inlet-side draft tube segment 11 and the outlet-side draft tube segment 12 can be appropriately reduced.
The transmission loss of the silencer is shown in fig. 2, and the silencer has good silencing effect in medium and low frequency bands, and the whole silencing frequency band is wide.
The working process of the invention is as follows:
the silencer is arranged on an air inlet pipeline of a refrigerator compressor. The refrigerant enters the muffler from the outer gas inlet pipe 5 and then enters the draft tube 2 through the draft tube inlet 10. The refrigerants are divided in the flow guide pipe 2 of the first chamber 7, one refrigerant enters the second chamber 8 through the inlet end flow guide pipe branch pipe 11, then is merged with the other refrigerant in the third chamber 9 through the outlet end flow guide pipe branch pipe 12, and the merged refrigerant leaves the flow guide pipe through the flow guide pipe outlet 13 and finally leaves the muffler through the air outlet outer pipe 6. After the sound waves enter the silencer from the air inlet outer pipe 5, the air outlet outer pipe 6, the flow guide pipe 2 and branch pipes of the flow guide pipe 2, the first chamber 7, the second chamber 8 and the third chamber 9 have abrupt cross sections, and the sound waves are reflected at the abrupt cross sections to attenuate noise. Because the cross-sectional area of the branch pipe of the draft tube in the second chamber 8 is smaller, the silencing performance of the second expansion chamber 8 in the middle and low frequency bands is better.
The above-mentioned contents are only for illustrating the technical idea of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby, and any modification made on the basis of the technical idea of the present invention falls within the protection scope of the claims of the present invention.
