Detailed Description
The present invention is further described below in conjunction with the following figures and specific examples so that those skilled in the art may better understand the present invention and practice it, but the examples are not intended to limit the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the water saving and deodorizing toilet of the present invention includes a toilet body 1, the interior of the toilet body 1 is divided into an upper space and a lower space, wherein the upper space is provided with a urinal 3, the bottom of the toilet body 1 is provided with a sewage outlet 11, and the sewage outlet 11 is communicated with a sewer after the toilet is installed. A toilet bowl 6 is arranged in the lower space in the toilet bowl body 1, the upper part of the toilet bowl 6 is provided with an opening, and the bottom of the toilet bowl is provided with a first excrement outlet 7; the excrement collector 6 can move at least between a first position and a second position under the driving of the driving device, and when the excrement collector 6 is positioned at the first position, the space of the excrement collector 6 is communicated with the space 2 of the urinal; when the excrement collector 6 is positioned at the second position, the first excrement outlet 7 at the bottom of the excrement collector 6 is communicated with the sewage discharge port 11 at the bottom of the closestool body 1.
Preferably, a partition plate 4 is arranged between the upper space and the lower space in the toilet bowl body 1, and an opening is arranged at the position of the partition plate 4 corresponding to the opening at the bottom of the toilet bowl 3; the top of the excrement collector 6 is attached to the partition plate 4. A gasket 18 is preferably provided between the top of the waste receptacle 6 and the partition 4 to provide a better seal against air in the space around the waste receptacle entering the space inside the waste receptacle and further entering the room through the opening in the bottom of the bowl.
An air suction cavity 31 is arranged in the upper space in the closestool body 1 around the urinal, and an air suction hole 37 for communicating the air suction cavity with the lower space in the closestool body is arranged on the clapboard; the suction chamber is connected to the suction inlet of a suction device 33 via a duct 32, and the exhaust outlet of the suction device is connected to a waste outlet at the bottom of the toilet body (as shown in fig. 1 and 2) or to an indoor ventilation duct (as shown in fig. 11) via a duct. The air extracting device 33 is a pipeline fan with adjustable power and is electrically connected with the controller.
In the present embodiment, when the waste collection device 6 is moved to the first position by the driving device, as shown in fig. 1, the space of the waste collection device 6 is communicated with the space 2 of the toilet through the opening 22 at the bottom of the toilet, and the toilet is in a usable state. After the user discharges excrement or urine into the urinal, the excrement can fall into the excrement collector 6 from the opening at the bottom of the urinal, and basically no excrement is reserved in the urinal 3. Even if partial excrement is stored in the urinal 3, the urinal 3 can be flushed clean with a small amount of water after the user finishes excrement.
Then, the driving device drives the excrement collector 6 to move to the second position, and after the excrement collector moves to the second position, as shown in fig. 2, the first excrement discharge port 7 at the bottom of the excrement collector 6 is communicated with the sewage discharge port 11 at the bottom of the toilet body 1, and excrement in the excrement collector 6 is discharged into a sewer through the first excrement discharge port 7 and the sewage discharge port 11. Then drives the excrement collector 6 to move back to the first position for the next use.
In the embodiment, no matter the excrement collector 6 is at the first position or the second position, the sewer is not communicated with the space 2 of the urinal, so that the smell in the sewer can be effectively prevented from entering the room without a water seal. Therefore, the water-saving splash-free closestool does not have water at the bottom, so that the problem of water splashing does not exist, and the true splash-free effect is achieved.
In addition, as shown in the embodiment of fig. 1 and 2, the volume of the excrement collector 6 can be designed to be smaller than that of the urinal 3, for example, 1/4-1/2 of the volume of the urinal. When the toilet waste 6 needs to be flushed, the volume of the toilet waste 6 is small, so that the flushing water is very small, and the water saving amount is further improved.
In addition, in order to further save water, an anti-sticking layer can be covered on the inner wall of the urinal 3 and/or the inner wall of the excrement collector 6, and the material of the anti-sticking layer can be a nano high polymer material and the like. The non-stick material makes the excrement less likely to adhere to the inner walls of the urinal 3 and the toilet bowl 6, so that the amount of water for flushing can be further reduced.
During the movement of the waste receptacle 6 between the first position and the second position, the space 2 of the toilet bowl is substantially always isolated from the sewage, and the odor in the sewage cannot enter the room. Even if the short-term communication state occurs when the excrement collector 6 moves to a certain position, because the time is extremely short and is usually only a few tenths of seconds, only a very small amount of gas in the sewer can enter the room, and the gas can be basically ignored.
As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the bottom of the waste collector 6 is arranged on a sliding plate 12, a sliding rail 9 is arranged below the sliding plate 12, the sliding plate 12 can slide on the sliding rail 9, and a sealing gasket is arranged between the sliding plate 12 and the sliding rail 9; a second excrement discharging port 8 is arranged on the sliding plate 12 corresponding to the first excrement discharging port 7, and a third excrement discharging port 10 is arranged on the sliding rail 9 corresponding to the sewage discharging port 11. When the excrement collector 6 is located at the first position, the first excrement discharge port 7 at the bottom of the excrement collector 6, the second excrement discharge port 8 on the bottom plate 21 and the slide rail 9 form a sealing structure together, and excrement in the excrement collector 6 is blocked in the excrement collector 6. When the excrement collector 6 moves from the first position to the second position, the side walls of the first excrement discharge port 7 at the bottom of the excrement collector 6 and the second excrement discharge port 8 on the sliding plate 12 push excrement to move together. When the excrement collector 6 moves to the second position, the first excrement outlet 7 at the bottom of the excrement collector 6, the second excrement outlet 8 on the sliding plate 12 and the third excrement outlet 10 on the sliding rail 9 are communicated with the sewage discharge port 11 at the bottom of the closestool body 1 to form a passage from the inner space of the excrement collector 6 to a sewer pipe, so that excrement in the excrement collector 6 can be discharged smoothly. The excrement collector moving and sewage discharging scheme of the embodiment is simple in structure, low in cost, high in reliability and not prone to damage.
Further preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the upper surface of the slide rail 9 is provided with a longitudinal limit groove, and the slide plate 12 is disposed in the limit groove. When moving, the sliding plate 12 slides along the limiting groove and cannot fall off, and the reliability is further improved. As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the driving device in this embodiment may be implemented by a rack and pinion structure, for example, a plurality of teeth are disposed on the upper surface of the sliding plate 12 to form a rack structure, then a gear 13 engaged with the teeth is disposed above the rack, the gear 13 is driven by a driving motor to rotate, and the sliding plate 12 is driven by the gear 13 to slide along the sliding rail 9. The drive motor may be controlled by a controller for start-stop and direction of rotation. The controller can adopt a programmable controller, and the controller can further control the moving distance of the excrement collector by inputting the time length information for controlling the operation of the driving motor through programming so as to stop the excrement collector when the excrement collector accurately moves to the first position or the second position.
In addition, in the embodiment, the length of the sliding plate 12 can be extended towards the second position, so that when the excrement collector 6 is located at the first position, the sliding plate 12 extends to the third excrement discharge opening 10 to cover the third excrement discharge opening 10, and the access of the sewer to the indoor space can be blocked at any time during the movement of the excrement collector 6.
Of course, as shown in fig. 4 to 6, the wall thickness of the top and bottom of the waste collection device 6 may be designed to be thick enough, so that when the waste collection device 6 moves between the first position and the second position, the waste discharge opening 11 at the bottom of the toilet body 1 is separated from the space 2 of the toilet bowl by the waste collection device 6 as a whole (as shown in fig. 4 and 5), or the opening 22 at the bottom of the toilet bowl and the waste discharge opening 11 at the bottom of the toilet body 1 are respectively blocked by the top wall and the bottom wall of the waste collection device 6 (as shown in fig. 6). That is to say, the waste discharge port 11 at the bottom of the toilet body 1 of the waste collection device 6 and the space 2 of the urinal are always in an isolated state, so that the waste discharge port 11 at the bottom of the toilet body 1 and the space 2 of the urinal can not be communicated at any time, and gas in a sewer is completely prevented from entering a room.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a baffle 34 extends from the top of the toilet 6 toward the first position, and the length of the baffle 34 is such that the baffle 34 can block the opening 22 of the toilet bottom when the toilet 6 is in the second position. The baffle 34 can keep the bottom opening 22 closed during the movement of the toilet 3 and when the toilet is moved to the second position, so as to prevent the user from seeing the inside of the toilet and prevent the peculiar smell in the toilet body 1 from entering the room. The baffle 34 may be formed integrally with the toilet 6, or may be manufactured separately and attached to the upper edge of the toilet 6. A reinforcing bracket can be additionally arranged between the edge of the baffle 34 and the excrement collector 6.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a first position sensor 5 and a second position sensor 23 are provided in the toilet body 1, the first position sensor 5 and the second position sensor 23 are respectively connected to the controller, and the first position sensor 5 and the second position sensor 23 respectively output signals to the controller when detecting that the toilet bowl 6 moves to the first position and the second position. The controller sends a stop signal to the drive motor upon receiving a signal sent from the first position sensor 5 or the second position sensor 23, so that the stop position of the toilet bowl 6 can be controlled more simply and accurately.
In addition, when the toilet stool 6 is not in the first position, for example, when the toilet stool is moved to the second position to perform a waste discharge operation, or if a trouble occurs, the toilet stool 6 cannot be returned to the first position, and at this time, when the toilet stool is used, excrement falls into the space in the toilet stool body 1, resulting in contamination which is difficult to clean. The indicating means and/or the toilet lid locking means 20 may thus be electrically connected to the controller. The indicating device may be an indicator light or a buzzer (not shown in the figure), etc. For example, when the first position sensor 5 senses that the toilet bowl 6 is located at the first position, a first signal is sent to the controller, and the controller controls the green indicator light to be on to indicate that the toilet bowl is in a usable state. When the first position sensor 5 does not sense that the excrement collector 6 is located at the first position, namely the excrement collector 6 is located at other positions, a second signal is sent to the controller, and the controller controls the red indicator light to be on to indicate that the closestool is in an unavailable state. The controller can also control the buzzer to sound independently or simultaneously, thereby achieving the purpose of warning. Of course, the controller can also control the toilet lid locking device 20 to lock the toilet lid from opening, so as to avoid misuse by an inexplicable user.
As shown in fig. 8, in this embodiment, the bottom of the waste collection device 6 is attached to the bottom plate 21 of the toilet body 1; the first toilet drain opening 7 is provided with an opening plate 29, one side of the opening plate 29 facing the first position is hinged to the first toilet drain opening 7 of the toilet waste collector 6, and when the first toilet drain opening 7 is closed by the opening plate 29, the bottom surface of the opening plate 29 is attached to the bottom plate 21 of the toilet body 1. In this embodiment, when the toilet bowl 6 is located at the first position or between the first position and the second position, the bottom surface of the opening plate 29 is attached to the bottom plate 21 of the toilet main body 1 to close the first toilet discharge port 7, so that the excrement in the toilet bowl 6 does not leak out. When the excrement collector 6 is located at the second position, the opening plate 29 is separated from the bottom plate 21 of the closestool body 1, the opening plate 29 is opened downwards under the action of gravity, the inner space of the excrement collector 6 is communicated with the sewage outlet 11, and excrement in the excrement collector 6 is discharged into a sewer through the first excrement outlet 7 and the sewage outlet 11. When the toilet bowl 6 moves from the second position to the first position, the opening plate 29 is closed again by the bottom plate 21 of the toilet body 1, and the first toilet drain port 7 is closed. Preferably, the first discharge port 7 may be designed as a stepped port or a tapered port having a large lower portion and a small upper portion, and a gasket may be provided between the opening plate 29 and the first discharge port 7, thereby further improving sealability.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, in this embodiment, a solenoid valve 24 is provided on the first exhaust port 7, and the solenoid valve 24 is electrically connected to the controller. After the excrement collector 6 moves to the second position, the controller controls the electromagnetic valve 24 to be opened, so that the inner space of the excrement collector 6 is communicated with the sewage discharge port 11, and excrement in the excrement collector 6 is discharged into a sewer through the first excrement discharge port 7 and the sewage discharge port 11. After the sewage discharge is finished, the controller controls the electromagnetic valve 24 to be closed, and then controls the excrement collector 6 to move to the first position. The solenoid valve 24 can adopt a single-flap valve or a multi-flap valve, a sealing gasket is arranged between the valve flap of the solenoid valve 24 and the first defecation port 7, and when the solenoid valve 24 adopts the multi-flap valve, a sealing structure is also arranged between the valve flap and the valve flap, and the sealing gasket can be additionally arranged at the same time. The sealing structure may be stepped as shown in fig. 5, for example.
In the above embodiment, in order to move the toilet waste 6, the guide rail 27 may be provided in the lower space in the toilet main body 1, the toilet waste may be provided on the mounting seat 28, and the mounting seat 28 may be engaged with the guide rail 27 and may slide on the guide rail 27. Due to the sliding fit structure of the mounting seat 28 and the guide rail 27, the toilet bowl 6 is smooth and has small resistance when moving. In other embodiments, the toilet bowl 6 may be moved smoothly by other structures, such as a trolley and a hanger rail.
As shown in fig. 4 to 7, the driving device may adopt a lead screw structure, and the lead screw 25 passes through the mounting seat 28 and is in threaded fit with the mounting seat 28; the screw 25 has one end provided with a driving motor 26 and the other end mounted to the toilet body 1 through a bearing. The drive motor 26 is electrically connected to the controller. The controller outputs a control signal to the driving motor 26, when the control signal is a forward rotation starting signal, the driving motor 26 rotates forward, and drives the screw rod 25 to rotate forward, and under the screw thread matching effect between the screw rod 25 and the mounting seat 28, the mounting seat 28 is pushed to drive the excrement collector 6 to move from the first position to the second position. After the toilet bowl 6 moves to the second position, the controller outputs a stop signal to the driving motor 26, the driving motor 26 stops rotating, the toilet bowl 6 stops at the second position, and the electromagnetic valve 24 can be opened for sewage disposal operation. When the toilet bowl 6 needs to return to the first position, the controller outputs a reverse control signal to the driving motor 26, the driving motor 26 rotates reversely after receiving the signal, and simultaneously drives the screw rod 25 to rotate reversely, and under the screw thread matching action between the screw rod 25 and the mounting seat 28, the mounting seat 28 is pushed to drive the toilet bowl 6 to move from the second position to the first position. After the toilet stool 6 has moved to the first position, the controller outputs a stop signal to the drive motor 26, and the drive motor 26 stops rotating, so that the toilet stool 6 stops at the first position. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that in other embodiments, movement of the waste receptacle 6 from the first position to the second position may be achieved by reverse rotation of the drive motor 26, while movement of the waste receptacle 6 from the second position to the first position may be achieved by forward rotation of the drive motor 26.
The embodiment adopts the driving motor 26 to match with the screw rod 25 to realize the movement of the excrement collector 6, and has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, high reliability and easy control. The driving device may be a pneumatic cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, or other driving structure.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in this embodiment, a flushing hole 19 is further provided at an upper portion of the waste collection device 6, and the flushing hole 19 is connected to a water source through a water pipe 17. The water source can be a water tank 15 of a closestool, and can also be a city tap water network and the like. A plurality of flush holes 19 may be formed around the upper portion of the waste collection container 6, and the plurality of flush holes 19 are connected in series by a water passage provided inside or outside the waste collection container 6, and then the water passage is connected to the water pipe 17. An electric water valve 14 is arranged on the water pipe 17, and the electric water valve 14 is connected to the controller. When the inner wall of the excrement collector 6 needs to be cleaned, water can be sprayed into the excrement collector through the flushing hole 19. Specifically, when the toilet 6 moves to the second position and completes sewage discharge, the controller controls the electric water valve 14 to open, so that water in the water tank 15 or the city tap water pipe reaches the flushing hole 19 through the water pipe 17 and is sprayed out of the flushing hole 19 to clean the inner wall of the toilet 6. The volume of the waste receptacle 6 is small, so the amount of water required for flushing is also small. The flushing time can be realized by programming of the controller, for example, the flushing operation is started after 5-10 seconds of delay after the excrement collector 6 moves to the second position, and at the moment, the excrement in the excrement collector 6 can be completely discharged, so that the flushing effect is ensured. When the flushing structure is applied to the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2, the sprayed water can also play a role of cleaning and lubricating the slide rail 9 at the same time.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a water jet 35 may be provided outside the toilet waste 6, and the water jet 35 may be connected to the water pipe 17. The water of the water pipe is sprayed out through the water spraying port to spray the slide rail, so that the slide rail can be cleaned and lubricated. The bottom of the closestool body is provided with a water chute, one end of the water chute is provided with a drain hole 36, the drain hole 36 is connected to a sewer, and the drain hole 36 is provided with a check valve. The shower water is guided to one end through the water guide groove and discharged into the sewer through the water discharge hole 37. The check valve prevents bad smells in the sewage from entering the room through the drain hole 36.
As shown in the embodiments of fig. 1 and 2, and as shown in fig. 4-7, in these embodiments, the controller is electrically connected to the body sensor 16, and the body sensor 16 may be an infrared sensor. When the human body sensor 16 senses that the toilet is about to be used or the use is finished, a signal is sent to the controller, and the controller controls the completion of the above operations. For example, when the motion sensor 16 senses that a person sits on the toilet and leaves after a certain period of time, the controller firstly controls to flush the toilet bowl 3, then controls the excrement collector 6 to move to the second position to finish pollution discharge, then controls to flush the excrement collector 6, and finally controls the excrement collector 6 to return to the first position. Of course, a switch may be used instead of the motion sensor 16. The switch may be a manual switch or a foot switch located on the floor beside the toilet, or may be integrated with the toilet lid and trigger a signal when the lid is opened or lowered. Of course, both the switch and the motion sensor may be provided.
As shown in fig. 9, an access opening 30 may be provided on one side surface of the toilet body 1 to assemble various components inside the toilet body 1 at the time of production and to repair in the event of malfunction. Preferably, access openings 30 are provided on both sides of the toilet body 1 to accommodate different installation positions of the toilet.
The control system of the invention is shown in the principle of fig. 10, and the controller respectively receives signals from the first position sensor, the second position sensor, the human body sensor, the switch and the like and then respectively outputs control signals to the driving device, the indicating device, the toilet lid locking device, the electromagnetic valve, the electric water valve and the like.
The above-mentioned embodiments are merely preferred embodiments for fully illustrating the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto. The equivalent substitution or change made by the technical personnel in the technical field on the basis of the invention is all within the protection scope of the invention. The protection scope of the invention is subject to the claims.
