Abstract
The invention discloses a high-solid-content artificial leather superfine fiber base cloth and a post-treatment manufacturing method thereof. The high-solid-content imitation leather superfine fiber base cloth prepared by the method sequentially comprises the steps of high-solid-content imitation leather primary base cloth preparation, high-solid-content imitation leather primary base cloth dyeing, leather grinding and napping treatment, softening treatment and grain treatment, has good hand feeling and softness, fine wrinkles and velvet feeling like back leather, and is excellent in overall fineness. The softness is more than or equal to 5.5mm (test standard ISO17235: 2002), and the tear strength is more than 70N in transverse direction and longitudinal direction (test standard GB/T8948-2008).
