The invention discloses a round billet surface slag channel and air hole defect control device which comprises an alloy adding hole (1), a vacuum degasser, an exhaust hole (4), an air blowing pipe (5), an ascending pipe (6), a descending pipe (7) and a steel ladle (8) for containing molten steel (9); the vacuum degassing machine is arranged above a ladle (8), an alloy adding hole (1) is formed at the top end of the vacuum degassing machine, a vacuum groove (3) is formed inside the vacuum degassing machine, the bottom end of the vacuum degassing machine is communicated with an ascending pipe (6) and a descending pipe (7), the tail ends of the ascending pipe (6) and the descending pipe (7) extend into molten steel (9) in the ladle (8), and an air blowing pipe (5) is fixedly connected with the wall of the ascending pipe (6) in a sealing mode; an exhaust hole (4) is arranged at the upper part of the vacuum degasser, which is close to the alloy adding hole (1). The round billet surface slag channel and air hole defect control equipment effectively controls the defects of the slag channel and the air hole and stabilizes the surface quality of a casting blank.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of casting, in particular to equipment for controlling defects of a slag runner and an air hole on the surface of a round billet.
Background
The types of defects on the surface of the round bar are very many, and the defects can be classified into: cracks, scabs, slag inclusions, ears, folds, warping, scratches, etc. After the round billet is rolled, a large number of linear cracks are distributed on the surface of the rod material along the rolling direction, and the length of each crack is different from 10mm to 50 mm. Generally, the decarburization needs to be carried out at a higher temperature (above 800 ℃) and at a higher temperature for a certain period of time. According to the characteristics of decarburization at the crack part of the sample and oxidation round points near the crack, the defects are judged not to be formed in the rolling process, but are the characteristics that the macroscopic morphology and the microstructure of the crack defects brought by the casting blank have obvious casting blank surface pore defects after rolling, and the defects formed after the general casting blank surface pore defects are rolled are characterized in that: blunt crack tail, iron oxide and oxidized round point, and decarbonization of crack edge. Therefore, the continuous casting slab with the slag channel and the air hole defects on the surface is easy to oxidize in the rolling process, and surface cracks are formed, so that the production is strictly controlled.

The invention aims to provide a round billet surface slag runner and air hole defect control device which effectively controls the defects of a slag runner and an air hole and stabilizes the surface quality of a casting blank.
In order to achieve the aim, the invention provides equipment for controlling the defects of a slag channel and a gas hole on the surface of a round billet, which comprises an alloy adding hole, a vacuum degasser, a gas exhaust hole, a gas blowing pipe, an ascending pipe, a descending pipe and a steel ladle for containing molten steel; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the vacuum degasser is arranged above the steel ladle, an alloy adding hole is formed at the top end of the vacuum degasser, a vacuum groove is formed inside the vacuum degasser, the bottom end of the vacuum degasser is communicated with the ascending pipe and the descending pipe, the tail ends of the ascending pipe and the descending pipe extend into molten steel in the steel ladle, and the gas blowing pipe is fixedly connected with the pipe wall of the ascending pipe in a sealing way; and the upper part of the vacuum degasser is provided with an exhaust hole close to the alloy adding hole.
Preferably, the number of the exhaust holes is two, and the two exhaust holes are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the vacuum degassing machine.
Preferably, both vent holes are horizontally and coaxially arranged.
Preferably, an observation window is arranged between the alloy adding hole and the exhaust hole on the vacuum degassing machine.
Preferably, the riser and the downcomer are of equal length and are arranged in parallel.
Preferably, a raised splash is formed within the vacuum tank.
According to the technical scheme, the vacuum degassing treatment is carried out by RH in rainy season, measures such as furnace charging structure, alloy and raw and auxiliary material baking are changed, and the defects of slag channels and air holes on the surface of the casting blank can be effectively controlled.

Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a round billet surface slag runner and air hole defect control apparatus, which comprises an alloy adding hole 1, a vacuum degasser, an exhaust hole 4, an air blowing pipe 5, an ascending pipe 6, a descending pipe 7 and a steel ladle 8 for containing molten steel 9; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the vacuum degasser is arranged above the steel ladle 8, the top end of the vacuum degasser is provided with an alloy adding hole 1, the inside of the vacuum degasser is provided with a vacuum groove 3, the bottom end of the vacuum degasser is communicated with the ascending pipe 6 and the descending pipe 7, the tail ends of the ascending pipe 6 and the descending pipe 7 extend into the molten steel 9 in the steel ladle 8, and the gas blowing pipe 5 is fixedly connected with the pipe wall of the ascending pipe 6 in a sealing way; an exhaust hole 4 is arranged at the upper part of the vacuum degasser, which is close to the alloy adding hole 1.
In the present embodiment, in order to optimize the exhaust effect of the exhaust holes 4, it is preferable that the number of the exhaust holes 4 is two and the two exhaust holes 4 are symmetrically disposed at both sides of the vacuum degasser.
In order to form a more unobstructed gas path and to allow the gas in the vacuum degasser to be more smoothly exhausted, it is preferable that both exhaust holes 4 are horizontally and coaxially arranged.
In the actual use process, in order to facilitate an operator to visually and conveniently observe the operation condition in the vacuum degassing machine from the outside and timely find and remove operation faults, an observation window 2 is preferably arranged between the alloy adding hole 1 and the exhaust hole 4 on the vacuum degassing machine.
Furthermore, in order to optimize the rate and flow of gas in and out, it is preferred that the riser 6 and the downcomer 7 are of equal length and are arranged in parallel.
In order to prevent the splash, it is preferable that a raised splash 10 is formed in the vacuum chamber 3.
Through the technical scheme, the defects of slag channels and air holes on the surface of the casting blank can be effectively controlled by performing vacuum degassing treatment on RH in rainy seasons and changing measures such as charging structure, alloy and raw and auxiliary material baking.

3. The round billet surface slag channel and air hole defect control device according to claim 2, characterized in that the two air discharge holes (4) are both horizontally and coaxially arranged.
4. The round billet surface slag runner and air hole defect control equipment according to claim 1, characterized in that an observation window (2) is arranged on the vacuum degasser between the alloy adding hole (1) and the exhaust hole (4).
5. The round billet surface slag runner and blowhole defect control apparatus of claim 1, characterized in that said riser pipe (6) and said downcomer pipe (7) are equal in length and are arranged in parallel.
6. The round billet surface slag runner and blowhole defect control apparatus of claim 1, characterized in that a raised splash (10) is formed within the vacuum trough (3).
