Background
The hydraulic transmission is fluid transmission which uses liquid as a working medium and utilizes the kinetic energy of the liquid to transmit energy, and a hydraulic coupler, a hydraulic torque converter, an automatic transmission and the like are typical hydraulic transmission devices.
The impeller converts the rotation speed and torque input by a power machine (an internal combustion engine, a motor, a turbine and the like) and drives the working part of the machine through an output shaft. The hydraulic transmission oil interacts with impellers arranged on the input shaft, the output shaft and the shell to generate the change of momentum moment, thereby achieving the purpose of transmitting energy. Hydraulic transmissions differ greatly in principle, structure and performance from hydraulic transmissions that rely on hydraulic pressure energy to transfer energy. The input shaft and the output shaft of the hydraulic transmission are only connected by using liquid as a working medium, and the components are not in direct contact, so that the hydraulic transmission is non-rigid transmission.
