Description

High-viscosity low-volatility adhesive for CPVC (chlorinated polyvinyl chloride) pipes and production process thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of alloy smelting, and particularly relates to a high-viscosity low-volatility adhesive for a CPVC (chlorinated polyvinyl chloride) pipe and a production process thereof.
Background
CPVC pipe material, such as CPVC water supply pipe, is a novel water supply pipe material produced by using chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin as a main raw material and performing extrusion molding through an extruder.
The greatest advantage of CPVC service pipe applications is the relative high temperature resistance. If the raw materials of the formed CPVC pipe contain a large proportion of graphite filler, the pipe can also be used as a heat conducting pipe, the pipe is only started in recent years in domestic application, is mainly used in pipelines for transporting cold and hot water, thermochemical solution and waste liquid, the maximum infusion temperature can reach 120 ℃ after long-term use, and the service life can reach 40 years.
For the adhesive for the CPVC pipeline, Chinese patent with publication number CN109385232A discloses a special sealing adhesive for PVC pipeline and a preparation method thereof, wherein the raw materials of the sealing adhesive comprise: perchloroethylene resin, polyvinyl chloride resin, alkyd resin, polyamide resin, polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer, acetone, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, dibutyl phthalate, epoxy castor oil, light calcium carbonate and polyethylene wax. The preparation method comprises the steps of firstly putting perchloro-ethylene resin, polyvinyl chloride resin and polyamide resin into acetone, ethyl acetate and butyl acetate for swelling and dissolving, then adding alkyd resin, polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer, epoxy castor oil and dibutyl phthalate, standing, then adding light calcium carbonate and polyethylene wax, and grinding to obtain the polyvinyl chloride resin. The PVC pipe sealing leakage-proof device not only can meet the use performance and construction requirements of PVC pipe sealing leakage prevention, but also can be suitable for leakage prevention treatment of plastic-steel doors and windows and sewer pipe systems. However, the adhesive for PVC pipes disclosed in this patent is not specific to PVC pipes, and it is not clear whether it is applied to CPVC pipes, and the amount of each resin used is large, and the production preparation cost is high.

If the insertion is difficult, the bell mouth is expanded in warm water, a file or sand paper is not required to be used for processing the socket surface, and the bell mouth is not required to be baked and heated by open fire. The adhesive is generally uniformly coated by a paint brush or a brush pen in sequence, the inner wall of the bell mouth of the pipe fitting is coated firstly, then the outer surface of the spigot mouth is coated, and the coating is thin and uniform. Once the adhesive is applied, the socket is inserted and connected, and the socket is required to be aligned and inserted into the socket, so that the situation that the socket is inclined to cause local adhesive to be scraped off and a leakage channel is generated is prevented. When the plug-in is carried out, the plug-in needs to enter the bellmouth according to the requirement without loosening, and the rotary plug-in is forbidden.
