The invention discloses a water-based inorganic clear water concrete protective agent and a preparation method thereof, wherein the water-based inorganic clear water concrete protective agent comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 70-80% of water-based inorganic silicate, 1-2% of film-forming additive, 6-15% of fluorine-containing silicon acrylate modifier, 1-3% of thickening agent, 0.1-0.2% of defoaming agent, 0.2-0.3% of wetting agent and the balance of water. The emulsion particle of the water-based inorganic clear water concrete protective agent has small particle size and good permeability, can deeply permeate into pores of concrete, and improves the permeability of chloride ion resistance; the clear water concrete has high transparency, and the color difference of the clear water concrete before and after application is very small, thereby meeting the requirement of the clear water concrete on the primary color.

Proportioning: 150g of water-based inorganic silicate, 3g of film-forming additive, 10g of fluorine-containing silicone-acrylate modifier, 4g of thickening agent, 0.3g of defoaming agent, 0.5g of wetting agent and 32.2g of water.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: diluting 4g of thickener and 4g of water, mixing with other components, stirring uniformly, and finally supplementing water and stirring uniformly.

Proportioning: 234g of water-based inorganic silicate, 5.4g of film-forming additive, 12g of fluorine-containing silicone-acrylate modifier, 6g of thickening agent, 0.45g of defoaming agent, 0.75g of wetting agent and 41.4g of water.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: diluting 6g of thickening agent and 6g of water, mixing with other components, stirring uniformly, and finally supplementing water and stirring uniformly.

Proportioning: 420g of water-based inorganic silicate, 6g of film-forming additive, 18g of fluorine-containing silicon acrylate modifier, 6g of thickening agent, 0.6g of defoaming agent, 1.2g of wetting agent and 148.2g of water.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: diluting 6g of thickening agent and 6g of water, mixing with other components, stirring uniformly, and finally supplementing water and stirring uniformly.
Example 4
Proportioning: 480g of water-based inorganic silicate, 12g of film-forming additive, 36g of fluorine-containing silicon acrylate modifier, 18g of thickening agent, 1.2g of defoaming agent, 1.8g of wetting agent and 51g of water.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly diluting 18g of thickening agent and 18g of water, then mixing and stirring uniformly with other components, and finally supplementing water and stirring uniformly.
