Background
In the prior art, the water purification treatment usually adopts a filtration membrane technology treatment method. The filtering membrane is a microporous filtering membrane, and the filtering of the filtering membrane is a solid-liquid separation technology which filters water through membrane pores to intercept impurities in the water. The filtration membranes are classified by the size of the intercepted raw water particles, and the membrane pores are divided into microfiltration Membranes (MF), ultrafiltration membranes (UF), nanofiltration membranes (NF) and reverse osmosis membranes (RO) from coarse to fine. The material classification includes mixed fiber microporous filter membrane, polypropylene filter membrane, polyethersulfone filter membrane, polyvinylidene fluoride filter membrane, polytetrafluoroethylene filter membrane, and nylon filter membrane. The existing filtering membrane is usually arranged to face water flow smoothly and positively, so that the capacity and efficiency for intercepting impurities are not high, the existing filtering membrane is difficult to bear the impact of long-time large flow, and the existing filtering membrane is easy to deform or even fall off to influence the filtering effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems that the existing filtering membrane in the prior art is low in impurity capacity and efficiency and easy to deform and even fall off, and provides a transverse folding filter element.
To achieve the above object, an aspect of an embodiment of the present invention provides a transverse pleated filter element including:
the device comprises a cylindrical shell, a plurality of connecting rods and a plurality of connecting rods, wherein end covers are arranged at two ends of the cylindrical shell, and openings are formed in the end covers;
a first filter layer fixedly disposed inside the cylindrical housing;
the second filter layer is positioned below the first filter layer and is a wavy folded filter membrane.
Preferably, the first filter layer is any one of an extruded mesh, a woven mesh, or a non-woven fabric.
Preferably, the second filter layer is any one of a polypropylene filter membrane, a polytetrafluoroethylene filter membrane or a nylon filter membrane.
Preferably, the first filter layer has a pore size in the range of 0.3 to 1 mm and the second filter layer has a pore size in the range of 0.2 to 0.3 microns.
Preferably, the closest distance between the first and second filter layers is greater than 3 centimeters.
Preferably, a plurality of supporting pieces for supporting the second filter layer are arranged in the cylinder shell, and the supporting pieces are provided with grooves matched with the folding angles of the second filter layer.
Another aspect of an embodiment of the invention provides a filter comprising a transverse pleated filter insert according to the preceding.
Through the technical scheme, the first filter layer and the second filter layer are arranged in the cylinder shell of the transverse folding filter element provided by the embodiment of the invention, wherein the first filter layer is used for buffering water flow impact to reduce impact on the second filter layer, so that the second filter layer is prevented from deforming and falling off, and the second filter layer is a wavy folding filter membrane, so that the capacity and the efficiency of intercepting impurities are good.
