By arranging the four hoisting ropes 20, the four hoisting ropes 20 can be conveniently utilized to hoist the four corners of the furniture 200, and the hoisting stability is further improved.
For example, the invention also provides a hoisting method adopting the mechanical household hoisting system.
The hoisting method comprises the following steps:
firstly, enabling the sliding block to slide along the sliding guide rail frame 10, so that the hoisting assembly 40 moves to the upper part of the furniture 200;
step two, aligning the four hoisting ropes 20 to four corners of the furniture 200 respectively, and screwing the threaded columns 30 on the four hoisting ropes 20 into the four threaded holes respectively; and
and step three, winding and contracting the four hoisting ropes 20 by using the winding motor to hoist the furniture 200 so as to clean the ground below the furniture 200.
For example, it is particularly important that the lifting assembly 40 further includes four mounting brackets 43, in order to facilitate adjustment of the horizontal rotation angles of the four lifting arms 41, and the four lifting arms 41 are respectively rotatably mounted on the mounting column 38 through the four mounting brackets 43. The bottom end periphery of the mounting post 38 is provided with a stop ring protruding outwards. Each mounting frame 43 includes a ring 431, a mounting portion 432 and a rotating shaft 433, the ring 431 is rotatably sleeved on the mounting column 38, the mounting portion 432 is convexly arranged on the periphery of the ring 431, and the end portion of the hoisting arm 41 is rotatably arranged on the mounting portion 432 through the rotating shaft 433. The rotation center of the lantern ring 431 is the central axis of the mounting column 38, and the central axis of the rotation shaft 433 is perpendicular to the mounting column 38. The collars 431 of the four mounting brackets 43 are stacked and abut against the upper surface of the stop ring. The height positions of the mounting parts 432 of the four mounting frames 43 are equal, a supporting plate 435 is formed at the lower part of each mounting part 432, and the supporting plate 435 supports the hoisting arm 41 so that the limit position of the downward rotation of the hoisting arm 41 is a horizontal position. By arranging the four mounting frames 43, the four lifting arms 41 can rotate around the mounting posts 38 and also rotate upwards around the rotating shafts 433, so as to adjust the lifting posture and further conform to the shape of the furniture 200. And the horizontal rotation angle of the lifting arm 41 can be adjusted. The mounting column is in the shape of a cylindrical rod.
For example, for the furniture 200 such as a sofa, the two threaded holes at the top of the cushion are higher, the two threaded holes on the cushion are lower, in order to facilitate tilting and positioning of two of the four lifting arms 41, i.e. to adjust tilting and positioning of part of the lifting arms 41 of the four lifting arms 41, an arc-shaped rod 411 is convexly disposed at a position of each lifting arm 41 adjacent to the mounting column 38, an arc-shaped groove 412 is formed through the arc-shaped rod 411, the mechanical home lifting system further comprises a clamping assembly 50, the clamping assembly 50 comprises two rotating rings 51, four clamping frames 53, a rotating motor 54 and a disc-shaped abutting shell 55, the two rotating rings 51 are rotatably sleeved on the mounting column 38, arc-shaped arms 513 are convexly disposed at two opposite sides of each rotating ring 51, an arc-shaped through groove 514 is formed on each arc-shaped arm 513, the two arc arms 513 of each rotating ring 51 are aligned with the arc rods 411 of the two lifting arms 41. The four locking frames 53 are respectively installed on the arc-shaped rods 411 of the four hoisting arms 41, and are used for connecting the four hoisting arms 41 to the corresponding rotating rings 51. Wherein two oppositely arranged lifting arms 41 are connected to the same rotating ring 51. The locking frame 53 includes a large arc-shaped beam 531, a small arc-shaped beam 532 and two connecting arms 534 disposed oppositely. In each of the positioning frames 53, one of the connecting arms 534 is inserted into the arc-shaped through groove 514 of one of the arc-shaped arms 513, the other connecting arm 534 is inserted into the arc-shaped groove 412 of the arc-shaped rod 411 of one of the hoisting arms 41, opposite ends of the large arc-shaped beam 531 are respectively connected to the same end of the two connecting arms 534, and opposite ends of the small arc-shaped beam 532 are respectively connected to the other ends of the two connecting arms 534. The large arched beam 531 is located above the small arched beam 532. The distance between the two connecting arms 534 is gradually reduced in a direction toward the small arc-shaped beam 532. The outer diameter of the abutting shell 55 is gradually reduced along the vertical upward direction, the abutting shell 55 is screwed on the mounting post 38 in a rotating manner, and the abutting shell 55 is located below the two rotating rings 51 and above the four lantern rings 431. The two rotating rings 51 and the four collars 431 cannot move up and down relative to the mounting post 38 and can only rotate. The holding shell 55 is an elastic shell, and is made of a thin iron sheet, for example. An arc-shaped surface 555 is formed on the upper surface of the abutting shell 55, and the arc-shaped surface 555 abuts against the small arc-shaped beams 532 of the four clamping frames 53. A deformation cavity is arranged in the abutting shell 55, an arc abutting body (not shown) is arranged in a part of the deformation cavity, the arc abutting body abuts against the abutting shell 55 so that the abutting shell 55 abuts against two of the clamping frames 53, the arc abutting body cannot deform, and the abutting shell 55 contacted with the other two clamping frames 53 can deform. The rotating motor 54 is mounted on the mounting post 38 and is used for driving the abutting shell 55 to rotate relative to the mounting post 38. Specifically, be formed with vertical passageway in the erection column 38, the rotating electrical machines 54 install in the bottom of erection column 38, the scarce groove of bar has been seted up to the global of erection column 38, lack the groove along the length direction of erection column 38 extends and with vertical passageway intercommunication, the fixed cover of output shaft of rotating electrical machines 54 is equipped with drive gear, drive gear part expose in lacking the groove. A sleeving hole is formed in the center of the abutting shell 55, the sleeving hole is sleeved on the mounting column 38, threads are arranged on the upper portion of the sleeving hole, the threads are screwed on the mounting column 38, a gear ring is arranged on the lower portion of the sleeving hole, the gear ring is meshed on the driving gear, and a smooth interval section is formed between the gear ring and the threads. The length of the driving gear along the self axial direction is larger than that of the gear ring along the self axial direction, so that the gear ring can be ensured to be meshed with the driving gear even if the gear ring moves upwards. For example, the drive shaft of the rotary motor 54 is offset from the central axis of the vertical channel so that the drive gear is located to one side of the slot. I.e. the outer diameter of the driving gear is much smaller than the diameter of the vertical channel.
When the tilting angles of two of the lifting arms 41 need to be changed, the rotating motor 54 is configured to drive the abutting shell 55 to rotate and rise through the driving gear until the arc abutting body of the abutting shell 55 abuts two of the position-locking frames 53 to rise, so as to force the two corresponding lifting arms 41 to tilt and rise, and the position-locking frames 53 on the other two lifting arms 41 abut against the abutting shell 55 and make the abutting shell 55 locally deform. Through the arrangement, the two hoisting arms 41 can be raised to correspond to the top of the back cushion of the sofa, and the other two hoisting arms 41 correspond to the edges of the cushion of the sofa, so that the four hoisting arms 41 are more in line with the specific form of the sofa, and the stability of subsequent hoisting is improved. The included angle between the four lifting arms 41 in the horizontal plane can be adjusted in advance before tilting by rotating the two rotating rings 51. Through setting up the screens subassembly 50, can change comparatively conveniently the inclination of hoist and mount arm 41.
For example, in the hoisting method, before the second step, the following steps are further included:
the rotating motor 54 drives the abutting shell 55 to rotate and rise through the driving gear until the arc abutting body of the abutting shell 55 abuts two of the clamping frames 53 to rise, so as to force the two corresponding hoisting arms 41 to tilt, and the clamping frames 53 on the other two hoisting arms 41 abut against the abutting shell 55 and cause the abutting shell 55 to deform locally.
