The guide mechanism 5 is installed in the wire outlet 14, the guide mechanism 5 comprises a clamping seat 15, a guide frame 16, a guide slider 18, a pay-off rack 19 and a roller 20, wherein the clamping seat 15 is clamped on the pay-off drum 6 in the wire outlet 14, the guide frame 16 is connected in the clamping seat 15, in the embodiment of the invention, the guide frame 16 is a rectangular frame, sliding grooves 17 are formed in the upper side and the lower side of the guide frame 16, the guide slider 18 is arranged in the sliding grooves 17 in a sliding manner, and the guide slider 18 is connected with the pay-off rack 19; wire passing holes 21 are formed in the middle of the pay-off rack 19, rollers 20 are mounted on the inner side and the outer side of the pay-off rack 19, and the rollers 20 are distributed on two sides of the wire passing holes 21.
