The fixed position is the position corresponding to the wheel cover of the vehicle.
The first guide rail 5 is mounted on the first surface of the support plate 3 by welding, and the first guide rail 5 can slide in the first slide rail 1; the second guide rail 6 is mounted on the first surface of the support plate 3 by welding, and the second guide rail 6 can slide in the second slide rail 2. The first guide rail 5 and the second guide rail 6 may be cylinders.
One end of the leg 4 is connected to the first surface of the support plate 3 by welding, the leg 4 is located between the first rail 5 and the second rail 6, and the leg 4 is installed near a central passage 23 between the primary driver seat 21 and the secondary driver seat 22, and the central passage 23 may be as shown in fig. 2.
The height of the leg 4 is the height difference of the two sides of the seat, so that the heights of the two sides of the seat can be kept consistent. The other end of the leg 4 is provided with a rolling member 7 so as to be slidable together with the first rail 5 and the second rail 6. The rolling member 7 may include: balls or rollers.
Four angles of the second surface of backup pad 3 all are provided with the mounting hole, vehicle seat passes through mounting hole and bolt and installs the second surface of backup pad 3. The support plate 3 may be a high-strength steel plate.
Here, since the aluminum pattern plate is disposed on the floor of the cab, unevenness may occur, and in order to adapt to unevenness of the lower ground and unevenness of the aluminum pattern plate, the other end of the leg 4 is provided with a lifting adjusting portion for adjusting the height of the rolling member 7.
In order to reduce friction force, the first guide rail 5 can slide smoothly in the first slide rail 1, the second guide rail 6 can slide smoothly in the second slide rail 2, the first slide rail and the second slide rail are both provided with sliding grooves which are cylindrical, referring to fig. 3, a sliding core 31 is placed in a groove inside the sliding grooves, lubricating liquid is coated inside the sliding grooves, and the lubricating liquid can be lithium-based lubricating grease. The sliding core can be stainless steel balls, and the number of the balls in the embodiment is 20. In order to avoid the sliding of the balls, the two ends of the sliding groove are in a closed state, and the guide rail is arranged on the upper part of the sliding groove.
Here, referring to fig. 4, the apparatus further includes: a first limit portion 8 and a second limit portion 9;
the first limiting part 8 is arranged at one end of the first sliding rail 1, and one end of the first sliding rail 1 is close to one end of the central channel; the second limiting part 9 is installed at one end of the second slide rail 2, and one end of the second slide rail is close to one end of the central channel. The first and second position-limiting portions 8 and 9 may be pins.
The first limiting portion 8 is used for fixing the first guide rail 5 after the first guide rail 5 slides in place to prevent the first guide rail 5 from sliding out to the side portion of the vehicle body, and the second limiting portion 9 is used for fixing the second guide rail 6 after the second guide rail 6 slides in place to prevent the second guide rail 6 from sliding out to the side portion of the vehicle body. Specifically, for the first limiting portion 8, after the first guide rail 5 slides in place, the first limiting portion 8 can clamp the first guide rail 5.

The third position-limiting part 10 may specifically include a stainless steel elastic plug pin. In order to facilitate the operation of the worker, a handle is disposed at the end of the third limiting portion 10.
In practical application, corresponding sliding rail devices are installed below the main driving seat and the assistant driving seat, and when a vehicle is in a running working condition, the main driving seat and the assistant driving seat do not need to slide. When the vehicle is in a combat working condition, the slide rail device provided by the embodiment is used for moving the primary driver seat and the secondary driver seat to the central channel, wherein after the first guide rail 5 and the second guide rail 5 completely slide to the right position, the position can be shown in fig. 5.
