When returning paper, the first strain gauge 10 (the second strain gauge 20 of the second fixing seat 40) of the unilateral first fixing seat 30 senses that the set paper jam pressure threshold value is returned, so that the situation that the printing paper is clamped by the single paper due to overlarge pressure of the printing paper side edge and the adjusting block is avoided, and finally the paper rolling is achieved. Therefore, the problem that paper is jammed when the printing paper cannot reach the middle of a theoretical printing area and return paper is solved by adopting intelligent regulation.
