The end part of the same side of the film coating roller 61 and the driving roller 41 penetrates out of the outer side wall of the frame 1, the first synchronizing gear 62 is sleeved on the end part of the film coating roller 61 penetrating out of the frame 1 and fixed with the end part, the second synchronizing gear 63 is sleeved on the end part of the driving roller 41 penetrating out of the frame 1 and fixed with the end part, the first synchronizing gear 62 and the second synchronizing gear 63 are consistent in structure, and the first synchronizing gear 62 and the second synchronizing gear 63 are meshed with each other. The driving motor 64 is fixed on the outer side wall of the frame 1 penetrating through the end part of the driving roller 41, the axis of the output shaft of the driving motor 64 is overlapped with the axis of the driving roller 41, and the output shaft of the driving motor 64 and the end part of the driving roller 41 penetrating through the frame 1 are fixed.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows: when the driving motor 64 is started, the driving roller 41 rotates, so that the conveying belt 43 and the driven roller 42 rotate, the corrugated boards 01 on the conveying belt 43 move towards the laminating roller 61, the corrugated boards 01 on the lower feeding roller 2 are driven to pass through the laminating sleeve 3 and move towards the conveying belt 43, and meanwhile, the waterproof layer 02 bypasses the higher feeding roller 2 and enters the laminating sleeve 3, so that the waterproof layer 02 is attached to the upper surface of the corrugated boards 01; when the waterproof layer 02 and the corrugated board 01 move to the conveyor belt 43, the driving motor 64 stops, the electric pushing cylinder 54 starts, the glue injection box 51 is driven to move downwards rapidly, so that the lower end of the glue injection needle tube 56 moves downwards and penetrates into the waterproof layer 02 and the second paper board 013 in sequence, meanwhile, the glue injection needle tube 56 moves downwards along with the downward movement of the glue injection box 51, the hollow board 52 is relatively static under the inertia effect, the piston 551 moves upwards relative to the glue injection needle tube 55 and is positioned at the upper side of the communication position of the communication pipe 553 and the glue injection needle tube 55, so that negative pressure is formed in the glue injection needle tube 55, the fixed glue 023 in the hollow board 52 enters the glue injection needle tube 55 through the communication pipe 553, the fixed glue 023 in the glue injection needle tube 55 is supplemented, then, the compression spring 521 gradually extends along with the downward movement of the glue injection box 51, the pushing effect of the compression spring 521 on the hollow board 52 is reduced, and the hollow board 52 moves downwards under the action of the self gravity, the glue pushing rod 552 and the piston 551 are driven to move downwards, so that the fixed glue 023 in the glue injection needle cylinder 55 is injected between the second paper board 013 and the corrugated layer 012 through the glue injection needle tube 56 to form a reinforced glue ball 024, and meanwhile, the bottom surface of the electric heating ring 561 electrified by the electric heating wires presses the upper surface of the waterproof layer 02 to form a glue injection groove 021; then, the electric cylinder 54 drives the glue injection box 51 to move upwards, so that the glue injection needle tube 56 gradually separates from the waterproof layer 02, and a glue injection hole 022 is formed on the inner bottom surface of the glue injection groove 021, in the process, the hollow plate 52 is static relative to the glue injection box 51 under the inertia effect, so that the piston 551 moves downwards relative to the glue injection needle tube 55, so that the fixing glue 023 is continuously injected from the glue injection needle tube 56 in the process that the glue injection needle tube 56 separates from the waterproof layer 02, so that the fixing glue 023 is arranged in the glue injection hole 022 and the glue injection groove 021, and finally the compression spring 521 presses the hollow plate 52 to move upwards until the hollow plate 52 and the glue injection box 51 are reset, so that the glue injection work between the waterproof layer 02 and the corrugated board 01 is completed, and the driving mode of the glue injection device 5 is simple and convenient to control; finally, when the driving motor 64 is restarted to drive the driving roller 41 to rotate, at this time, the second synchronizing gear 63 and the first synchronizing gear 62 rotate to rotate the laminating roller 61, so that the protective layer 03 bypassing the roller surface at the bottom of the laminating roller 61 is attached to the surface of the waterproof layer 02 with the glue injection groove 021, the protective layer 03 and the waterproof layer 02 are fixedly adhered through the fixing glue 023 in the glue injection groove 021, and the processing of the waterproof layer 02 and the protective layer 03 on the corrugated board 01 is completed.
