The invention is a method for forming integrally of U-shaped unit stiffened wall panel, the method lays the prepreg on skin forming mould 6 and unit forming mould 7, then assembles them together, takes out unit forming mould 7 before solidifying, and only keeps skin forming mould 6, the method can meet the requirements of forming quality and verticality of stud in the part, at the same time, the temperature field uniformity of the mould is improved, the quality of the product is guaranteed, the manufacturing period is short, and the production cost is reduced. The U-shaped unit stiffened wall plate prepared by the method has high integration degree, good weight reduction effect and high safety, and provides an important key technology for the application of the composite material in large-scale airplanes.

At present, composite materials are more and more widely applied to aerospace structures, and parts and quantity applied to airplanes become one of important indexes for measuring the advancement of airplane structures.

1. the vertical rib mold and the skin mold are in over-hard fit, so that fit clearance is ensured to exist between the vertical rib mold and the skin mold, uneven pressure transmission is caused, and internal quality defects are easily caused;
2. too many moulds are arranged in the vacuum bag, so that uneven heat transfer is caused, the temperature rising and falling speed of the wall plate is slow and is difficult to control, internal quality defects are caused, the tank inlet time is long, the uniformity of a temperature field is poor, and the multi-mould tank inlet cannot be realized;
3. the problems of the precision of the reverse rotation, the matching and the positioning of the die exist, so that the difficulty of the die processing and the operation in the process is increased, the defects are easy to generate, and the cost is increased;
4. during the curing process, the axis degree shifts due to the coefficient of thermal expansion of the mold.

thirdly, the part in the vacuum bag is not provided with a die, so that the heat transfer performance is good, the temperature rise uniformity of the part is good, and multiple parts can be cured in a large hot-pressing tank at one time;
fourthly, the unit forming die 7 is assembled on an assembling platform 8, the assembling platform 8 is a plane, the assembling difficulty is low, and the precision is high;
