Abstract

The invention provides a preservative, a preparation method thereof and application thereof in corrosion prevention of existing building wood components. The preservative comprises the following components: the organic solvent-based triazole compound comprises a triazole compound, an organic solvent and a surfactant, wherein the mass ratio of the triazole compound to the organic solvent to the surfactant is (12-25): (20-35): (12-35); wherein the triazole compound is difenoconazole, flusilazole and hexaconazole in a mass ratio of (0.9-1.1): 1: (1-1.2) mixing. The preservative has excellent corrosion resistance, can be applied to the corrosion prevention of the existing building wood member, can realize the effective corrosion prevention of the wood member under the condition of small drug-loading amount of the preservative, has high safety performance of the wood member coated with the preservative, can resist rain washing and ultraviolet radiation, and has long service life.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of wood component corrosion prevention, and relates to a preservative, a preparation method thereof and application thereof in the corrosion prevention of existing building wood components.
Background
Ancient buildings and residences are used as existing buildings, are part of the traditional culture of China, and have precious cultural relic values and historical memories. In these existing buildings, various types of wooden members such as beams and columns are used. The wood members are all made of wood, and under the action of environmental factors and biological factors such as sunlight, rainwater, air temperature and the like, the wood members are rotten, so that the structural functions of the wood members are lost, the durability of a building is influenced, and even the safety of the building structure is endangered. Therefore, a preservative treatment is essential for wooden parts, especially wooden parts susceptible to decay.
For the preservation of wood components, Copper Chromium Arsenic (CCA) preservatives have been commonly used in the past. The preservative has high toxicity to people, the preservative wood has long service life, the problem of harmless treatment of the preservative wood is solved, CCA has great danger to the environment, and the use of CCA is forbidden or strictly limited at home and abroad. The wood member treated by the current environment-friendly preservative quaternary Ammonium Copper (ACQ) and the like has the following problems: 1. the wood member reaches the service life, and the problem of recycling the solid wood waste copper is solved because the copper is not degraded basically; 2. the surface color of the wood after the ACQ treatment is blue-green, and the wood color cannot be maintained; 3. the ACQ has strong decay, seriously decays metal equipment parts during production, and strongly corrodes metal connection reinforcing parts in existing buildings during application.
At present, triazole bactericides on the market are mainly used for crops. The medicament has no activity on oomycetes in the dinoflagellate phylum, and has activity on pathogenic bacteria of the ascomycotina, basidiomycotina and deuteromycotina, and the action mechanism of the medicament is to influence the biosynthesis of sterols, destroy the function of cell membranes of thalli and influence the growth of hyphae and the formation of spores. Low toxicity to human and livestock, and high efficiency, safety and environmental protection. However, triazole compounds are difficult to dissolve in water, have certain difficulty in preparing water-soluble preservatives and have poor leaching resistance. CN106003312A discloses an antiseptic and discoloration-preventing composition for wood and bamboo, which mainly uses triazole compounds composed of single azole alcohol, when the single azole alcohol is used as an antiseptic for a long time, the antiseptic performance is reduced due to the easy generation of resistance by decay fungi, and a large amount of agent is needed to achieve a better antiseptic effect, which is likely to cause serious environmental pollution.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a brand-new triazole compound preservative; the invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the triazole compound preservative; the invention also aims to provide application of the triazole compound preservative in corrosion prevention of existing building wood components.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
in one aspect, the invention provides a preservative, a triazole compound, an organic solvent and a surfactant, wherein the mass ratio of the triazole compound to the organic solvent to the surfactant is (12-25): (20-35): (12-35);
wherein the triazole compound is difenoconazole, flusilazole and hexaconazole in a mass ratio of (0.9-1.1): 1: (1-1.2) mixing.
In the preservative, three different medicaments such as difenoconazole, flusilazole and hexaconazole are adopted for compounding, so that compared with a single azole alcohol preservative, the antiseptic has remarkable antibacterial capability, and the obtained preservative has the advantages of wide antibacterial spectrum and difficult generation of drug resistance of floras in long-term use; meanwhile, the effective corrosion prevention of the wood member can be realized under the condition of small drug-loading amount of the preservative, the wood member coated with the preservative is high in safety performance, resistant to rainwater washing and resistant to ultraviolet radiation, and long in service life.
In the above preservative, preferably, the preservative comprises the following components by mass percent of 100 percent: 12 to 25 percent of triazole compound, 20 to 35 percent of organic solvent, 12 to 35 percent of surfactant and the balance of water.
Among the above preservatives, preferably, the organic solvent may include ethanol and/or N, N-Dimethylformamide (DMF), etc.
In the preservative, the organic solvent is preferably a mixture of ethanol and N, N-dimethylformamide in a mass ratio of 1 (1-1.2).
Among the above preservatives, preferably, the surfactant includes a combination of sodium dodecyl diphenyl oxide disulfonate and an emulsifier MOA-20, or a combination of amine oxide and a quaternary ammonium salt.
In the preservative, the mass ratio of the sodium dodecyl diphenyl oxide disulfonate to the emulsifier MOA-20 is preferably 1 (1-1.2).
In the above preservative, preferably, the mass ratio of the amine oxide to the quaternary ammonium salt is 1: 12.
Among the above preservatives, preferably, the ammonium oxide includes dodecyldihydroxyethyl amine oxide; the quaternary ammonium salt comprises tetradecyltrimethylammonium chloride.
In another aspect, the present invention also provides a method for preparing the above preservative, comprising the steps of:
adding the triazole compound into a reaction kettle according to a proportion, and then adding an organic solvent to dissolve the triazole compound; then, a surfactant is added thereto and stirred, thereby preparing the preservative.
In the above preparation method, preferably, the triazole compound is added into the reaction kettle according to the proportion, and then the organic solvent is added to dissolve the triazole compound; then adding a surfactant for stirring, and adding water during stirring to prepare the preservative.
In the above production method, the stirring time is preferably 30min or more and the rotation speed is preferably 1000r/min or more.
In still another aspect, the invention also provides the application of the preservative in the preservation of the existing building wood components.
In the above application, preferably, the preservation of the existing building wood member includes:
diluting the preservative with water and stirring to obtain a preservative brushing liquid; brushing the anticorrosive brushing liquid on the surface of the wood member in a brushing or spraying manner, and repeating for at least 3 times; and finally, coating the acrylic polyurethane paint on the surface of the wood member, and naturally drying.
Compared with the prior art of wood impregnation anticorrosion, the method solves the problem that the existing building timber component cannot be dismantled for treatment, and can carry out preventive anticorrosion treatment on the existing building timber component.
Preferably, diluting and stirring the preservative with 16-20 times of water by mass for more than 30min to obtain a preservative brushing liquid; according to 200g/m2Brushing the anticorrosive brushing liquid on the surface of the wood member in a brushing or spraying manner, and repeating for multiple times, wherein the brushing interval time is 6 hours each time; and finally, coating acrylic polyurethane paint with the solid content of 65% on the surface of the wood member, and naturally drying for more than 4 hours.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the preservative has excellent corrosion resistance, can be applied to the corrosion prevention of the existing building wood member, can realize the effective corrosion prevention of the wood member under the condition of small drug-loading amount of the preservative, has high safety performance of the wood member coated with the preservative, can resist rain washing and ultraviolet radiation, and has long service life.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail below in order to clearly understand the technical features, objects, and advantages of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the practical scope of the present invention.
Example 1
This example provides a preservative and a method for preparing the same, the method comprising:
505g of 99% difenoconazole, 526g of 95% flusilazole and 526g of 95% hexaconazole are weighed, placed in a 20L reaction kettle, 1148g of 95% ethanol and 1322g of 99% DMF are added, after the difenoconazole/flusilazole/hexaconazole composition is dissolved, 1841g of 50% sodium dodecyl diphenyl ether disulfonate and 3682g of 30% MOA-20 are added, the mixture is stirred for more than 30 minutes by using a stirrer, the rotating speed is more than 1000r/min, 2000g of water is added in the stirring process for stirring, and the water-soluble triazole compound preservative is obtained after uniform stirring and is marked as preservative A. The preservative A comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 13.0 percent of difenoconazole/flusilazole/hexaconazole triazole composition, 20.8 percent of ethanol and DMF together, and 17.5 percent of sodium dodecyl diphenyl ether disulfonate and MOA-20 together.
Example 2
This example provides a preservative and a method for preparing the same, the method comprising:
606g of 99% difenoconazole, 632g of 95% flusilazole and 758g of 95% hexaconazole are weighed and placed in a 20L reaction kettle, 1260g of 95% ethanol and 1451g of 99% DMF are added, after the difenoconazole/flusilazole/hexaconazole composition is dissolved, 1082g of 50% sodium dodecyl diphenyl ether disulfonate and 2164g of 30% MOA-20 are added, the mixture is stirred for more than 30 minutes by using a stirrer at a rotating speed of more than 1000r per minute, 1500g of water is added in the stirring process for stirring, and after the uniform stirring, the water-soluble triazole compound preservative is obtained and is marked as preservative B. The preservative B comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 20.3 percent of difenoconazole/flusilazole/hexaconazole triazole composition, 27.9 percent of ethanol and DMF, and 12.6 percent of sodium dodecyl diphenyl ether disulfonate and MOA-20.
Example 3
This example provides a preservative and a method for preparing the same, the method comprising:
505g of 99% difenoconazole, 526g of 95% flusilazole and 526g of 95% hexaconazole are weighed and placed in a 20L reaction kettle, 1130g of 95% ethanol and 1301g of 99% DMF are added, the difenoconazole/flusilazole/hexaconazole composition is dissolved, 400g of 50% dodecyl dihydroxy ethyl amine oxide (OAE-12) and 2424g of 99% tetradecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride are added, the mixture is stirred for more than 30 minutes by using a stirrer at a rotating speed of more than 1000r per minute, 2000g of water is added in the stirring process for stirring, and the water-soluble triazole compound preservative C is obtained after the uniform stirring. The preservative C comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 17.0 percent of difenoconazole/flusilazole/hexaconazole triazole composition, 26.8 percent of ethanol and DMF together, and 29.5 percent of dodecyl dihydroxyethyl amine oxide (OAE-12) and tetradecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride together.
Application example
The preservative prepared in the embodiments 1 to 3 of the invention is coated on the surface of the larch wood member in North China, and the specific method comprises the following steps:
diluting and stirring the preservative with 16-20 times of water by mass for more than 30min to obtain a preservative brushing liquid; according to 200g/m2Brushing the anticorrosive brushing liquid on the surface of the wood member in a brushing or spraying manner, repeating for 3 times, wherein the brushing interval time is 6 hours; and finally, coating acrylic polyurethane paint with the solid content of 65% on the surface of the wood member, and naturally drying for more than 4 hours.
White-rot fungi (Coriolus versicolor) and brown-rot fungi (Poria plantata) are taken as wood-rot fungi, an industry standard LY/T1283 & lt 2011 & gt laboratory test method for toxicity of wood preservatives to rot fungi is adopted, the experimental results are shown in the following table 1, and the drug loading rate refers to the content of triazole compounds per square meter.

Claims (10)

1. A preservative, the components of which comprise:
the organic solvent-based triazole compound comprises a triazole compound, an organic solvent and a surfactant, wherein the mass ratio of the triazole compound to the organic solvent to the surfactant is (12-25): (20-35): (12-35);
wherein the triazole compound is difenoconazole, flusilazole and hexaconazole in a mass ratio of (0.9-1.1): 1: (1-1.2) mixing.
