Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of steel pipe weld joint polishing, and particularly relates to a large-scale steel pipe butt weld joint polishing device.
Background
Steel pipes are steel with a hollow cross section whose length is much greater than the diameter or circumference. The large steel pipe can be used for underground pipelines, petroleum, natural gas, steam heat supply, hydropower stations, sewage treatment plants, thermal power plants, water supply and drainage and other occasions. When large steel pipes are constructed and installed, two steel pipes need to be welded in a butt joint mode, and after welding, in order to obtain a smooth surface, a welding seam needs to be ground and polished.
At present, most of processing methods for large steel pipe butt welding seams on the market adopt a manual handheld small electric or pneumatic grinding machine to grind, and the grinding mode is time-consuming and labor-consuming, low in grinding efficiency and poor in grinding quality, and is difficult to meet the use requirements of people.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a large-sized steel pipe butt weld grinding device which solves the problems of low grinding efficiency and poor quality of the existing large-sized steel pipe butt weld by matching a base, a sun gear, a gear ring and a grinding roller and adopting a planetary gear transmission structural design.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

supporting rods are fixed on two sides of the base; a sun wheel is matched between the two supporting rods in a sliding way; a gear ring is arranged on the side surface of the periphery of the sun gear; the grinding roller is in meshing transmission between the inner peripheral side surface of the gear ring and the outer peripheral side surface of the sun gear; a driving motor is fixed on the surface of the base; a driving gear is fixed at one end of the rotating shaft of the driving motor; an opening synchronous belt is sleeved between the driving gear and the peripheral side face of the gear ring;
the sun gear includes two first half rings; one sides of the two first semi-rings are fixed with connecting rods; one side of the connecting rod, which is close to the peripheral side of the first semi-ring, is provided with a threaded rod and a guide rod respectively, wherein the threaded rod is rotatably connected with the connecting rod through a ball bearing;
the gear ring comprises two second half rings; the side surfaces of two ends of the two second semi-ring rings are fixedly connected through bolts;
and a threaded hole matched with the threaded rod and a guide hole matched with the guide rod are respectively arranged between opposite surfaces of the top ends of the support rods.
Furthermore, a planetary gear is fixed at one end of the grinding roller.
Furthermore, a first limiting ring groove is formed in the side face of the periphery of the first semi-ring; first ring gear periphery side just is located the inside array of first spacing annular and all is equipped with the first teeth of a cogwheel with planetary gear matched with.
Furthermore, a second limiting ring groove is formed in the inner peripheral side surface of the second half ring; second gear teeth matched with the planetary gear are arranged on the inner peripheral side surface of the second half ring and in the second limiting ring groove in an array mode; and the peripheral side surface array of the second half ring is provided with third gear teeth matched with the opening synchronous belt.
Furthermore, the array of the inner peripheral side surface of the first semi-ring is provided with anti-skid grooves; a clamping block is arranged on one end face of the first semi-ring; and the other end surface of the first semi-ring is provided with a clamping groove matched with the clamping block.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:

Referring to fig. 1-5, the present invention relates to a polishing device for butt weld of large steel pipes, which comprises a base 1,
two sides of the base 1 are fixed with support rods 101; a sun wheel 2 is matched between the two supporting rods 101 in a sliding way; the side surface of the periphery of the sun gear 2 is provided with a gear ring 3; a polishing roller 4 is in meshing transmission between the inner peripheral side surface of the gear ring 3 and the outer peripheral side surface of the sun gear 2; a driving motor 5 is fixed on the surface of the base 1; one end of the rotating shaft of the driving motor 5 is fixed with a driving gear 6; an opening synchronous belt 7 is sleeved between the driving gear 6 and the peripheral side surface of the gear ring 3;
the sun wheel 2 comprises two first half-rings 201; one sides of the two first semi-rings 201 are fixed with connecting rods 202; one side of the connecting rod 202, which is close to the outer peripheral side of the first semi-ring 201, is provided with a threaded rod 203 and a guide rod 204 respectively, wherein the threaded rod 203 is rotatably connected with the connecting rod 202 through a ball bearing;
the ring gear 3 comprises two second half-rings 301; the side surfaces of two ends of the two second semi-rings 301 are fixedly connected through bolts 302;
a threaded hole 102 matched with the threaded rod 203 and a guide hole 103 matched with the guide rod 204 are respectively arranged between the opposite surfaces of the top ends of the support rods 101.
As shown in fig. 5, a planetary gear 401 is fixed to one end of the grinding roller 4.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, a first limiting ring groove 205 is formed on the outer peripheral side surface of the first half ring 201; the first gear teeth 206 matched with the planet gears 401 are arranged on the peripheral side surface of the first semi-ring 201 and located in the first limiting ring groove 205 in an array mode.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, a second limiting ring groove 303 is formed on the inner peripheral side surface of the second semi-ring 301; second gear teeth 304 matched with the planetary gear 401 are arranged on the inner peripheral side surface of the second semi-ring 301 and in the second limiting ring groove 303 in an array manner; the array of the peripheral side of the second semi-ring 301 is provided with a third wheel tooth 305 matched with the opening synchronous belt 7.
As shown in fig. 3, the first half-ring 201 is provided with anti-slip grooves 207 on the inner peripheral side array; a clamping block 208 is arranged on one end surface of the first semi-ring 201; the other end surface of the first semi-ring 201 is provided with a clamping groove 209 matched with the clamping block 208.
One specific application of this embodiment is: when a welding seam is polished, two first semi-rings 201 are inserted into the peripheral side surface of a large steel pipe, two threaded rods 203 are rotated, under the action of a guide rod 204, the two semi-rings 201 move relatively and are attached to the outer wall of the large steel pipe, the two first semi-rings 201 surround to form a sun gear 2, the two second semi-rings 301 surround to form a gear ring 3 through bolts 302, the gear ring 3 is sleeved on the peripheral side surfaces of the large steel pipe and the small steel pipe, planetary gears 401 at the ends of three polishing rollers 4 are respectively inserted between a first limiting ring groove 205 and a second limiting ring groove 303, the planetary gears 401 are respectively meshed with a first gear tooth 206 and a second gear tooth 304, an opening synchronous belt 7 is sleeved on the peripheral side surface of the large steel pipe and is connected through solvent cement, the opening synchronous belt 7 is sleeved on a driving gear 6 and a third gear tooth 305, the gear ring 3 is driven to rotate through the, because the sun wheel 2 is fixedly connected with the large steel pipe, the three grinding rollers 4 rotate around the large steel pipe and rotate to grind the butt weld of the large steel pipe.
