Technical Field

Background
Currently, hole positioning mainly depends on a positioning pin and an expansion mandrel.
Positioning pins: mainly affected by the part hole accuracy. The positioning pin hole is generally between-0.005 and-0.008 of the tolerance below the part positioning hole; the unilateral minimum of the positioning gap is 0.003; the general tolerance of the precision hole is 0.008; the positioning accuracy of the positioning pin is generally about 0.015.
Expanding the mandrel: at present, the market has no specification below 4mm, so the use is limited by the specification; the positioning accuracy of the expansion mandrel is generally within 0.005, but the expansion mandrel is easy to damage and high in price and cost.

One end of the clamp interface 2 is provided with a connecting hole 21, the other end of the clamp interface is provided with a containing hole 22, the connecting hole 21 is used for being in butt joint with a machine tool interface, and the containing hole 22 is matched with the positioning pin 1 and used for assembling the positioning pin 1.
The fixture interface 2 is further provided with a first air passing hole 23, one end of the first air passing hole 23 is communicated with the connecting hole 21, and the other end of the first air passing hole 23 is communicated with the accommodating hole 22.

The positioning pin 1 is provided with a screw hole, and the positioning pin 1 is fixed on the clamp interface 2 through a screw 3.

Compressed air is released by the machine tool, enters the first air passing pore passage 23 from the accommodating hole 22, then enters the second air passing pore passage 11, finally enters the third air passing pore passage 12, and is finally transmitted to the positioning pin positioning cylinder, and a uniform air film is formed by the compressed air extruded through the third air passing pore passage 12 of the positioning pin, so that the gap between the positioning pin 1 and the positioning hole of the part 4 is eliminated.
When the clamp is used, the clamp is assembled firstly, the first air passing hole channel 23 and the second air passing hole channel 11 are connected in an abutting mode through the positioning pin 1 and the clamp connector 2, and the screw 3 is locked. Then the clamp is butted and fixed with a machine tool interface through a clamp interface 2. Then, after the central hole of the part 4 is matched with the positioning pin 1, the single-side clearance is about 0.006-0.02. And finally, releasing compressed air by the machine tool, sequentially passing through the first air passing pore passage 23, the second air passing pore passage 11 and the third air passing pore passage 12, transmitting the compressed air to the positioning pin positioning cylinder, and forming a uniform air film by the compressed air extruded through the third air passing pore passage 12 of the positioning pin so as to eliminate the gap between the positioning pin and the part positioning hole.
