The driving device 14 comprises an adjusting motor 16 and a gear shaft 17, the adjusting motor 16 is fixed on the top of the top plate 3, the gear shaft 17 is fixed on an output shaft of the adjusting motor 16, the gear shaft 17 is meshed with the first driving gear 8, and the bottom end of the gear shaft 17 is rotatably connected with the base 1.

Through holes 26 are formed in the second connecting column 20 and the second sliding block 19, and the through holes 26 are arranged right opposite to the punching tool 13, so that waste materials generated after punching can be discharged.
Supporting legs 27 are fixed at four corners of the bottom of the base 1 to support the base 1.

subsequently, a mechanical part needing punching and drilling is placed on the second driving gear 21, and the two V-shaped clamping plates 25 are driven by the clamping cylinder 24 to clamp the mechanical part;
finally, the mounting plate 5 and the punching tool 13 are driven by the hydraulic cylinder 4 to move downwards together, so that the punching tool 13 acts on the mechanical part, the punching tool 13 punches and drills the mechanical part, and waste materials generated by drilling are discharged through the through hole 26.
