The lower jaw 19 is lower than the corrugated steel plate 7, and the height can be automatically adjusted up and down through the guide rail 14, the slide block 15 and the tension spring 22 during clamping, so that the conveying trolley is adapted to slight unevenness of the corrugated steel plate 7, and damage to the conveying trolley is avoided.
Fig. 9 and 10 show that the idler section 2 comprises flat idlers 23 and guide idlers 24. The guide carrier rollers 24 are respectively installed in the middle of the rack 6 and at the foremost end of the rack 6, the guide carrier rollers 24 are respectively located on the outer sides of the guide rails 14 on the two sides of the rack 6, carrier roller shafts of the guide carrier rollers 24 are respectively and vertically connected with the outer sides of the guide rails 14, the circumferential roller surfaces of the guide carrier rollers 24 are arc-shaped grooves, the arc-shaped grooves are matched with the corrugated circular radians of the corrugated steel plate sheets 7, and corrugations on the two sides of the corrugated steel plate sheets 7 are embedded in the grooves of the circumferential roller surfaces of the guide carrier rollers 24, so that the guide and positioning effects on.
Fig. 11 shows that the marking device 3 is composed of a marking cylinder base 25, a marking cylinder 26, a marking print head 27, a lower support plate 28, a fixed adjusting block 29 and an adjusting bolt 30. According to the required identification content of the corrugated steel plate 7, the Chinese characters, the numbers or the letters can be typed on the corrugated steel plate 7, and the size content of the font can be freely selected.
The marking cylinder base 25 is a U-shaped plate frame which is vertically arranged in the transverse direction, and the opening of the U-shaped plate frame faces to the middle of the upper plane of the rack 6. The marking oil cylinder 26 is fixed above the upper plate surface of the marking oil cylinder seat 25, the lower support plate 28 is fixed on the inner side surface of the lower plate surface of the marking oil cylinder seat 25, and the upper surface of the lower support plate 28 is in a circular arc shape matched with the corrugated radian of the corrugated steel plate sheet. The oil cylinder rod of the marking oil cylinder 26 downwards penetrates through the upper plate surface of the marking oil cylinder seat 25, the lower end of the oil cylinder rod is connected with a marking character head 27, and the lower end surface of the marking character head 27 is opposite to the plate surface of the lower supporting plate 28. When the corrugated steel plate stamping machine works, the corrugated steel plate 7 is positioned between the stamping character head 27 and the lower supporting plate 28, the arc of the upper surface of the lower supporting plate 28 is abutted against the bottom surface of the corrugated steel plate 7, and the stamping character head 27 stamps downwards.
The fixed adjusting block 29 is welded on the upper plane of the frame 6 at the outer side of the marking cylinder seat 25, an adjusting hole is formed in the fixed adjusting block 29, the rear part of the adjusting bolt 30 is positioned in the adjusting hole, a vertical long screw hole is formed in the rear surface of the vertical plate surface of the marking cylinder seat 25, a front screw rod of the adjusting bolt 30 is screwed in the long screw hole, and the bottom surface of the marking cylinder seat 25 is in sliding fit with the upper plane of the frame 6. When the corrugated steel plate sheet marking device is used, the marking cylinder seat 25 can move back and forth by rotating the adjusting bolt 30, so that the marking position is adjusted in the left and right directions of the corrugated steel plate sheet 7.
Fig. 12, 13 and 14 show that the punching device 4 comprises a bottom plate 31, a punching cylinder seat 32, a punching cylinder 33, a punch 34, an arc-shaped die 35, a fastening bolt 36, a bottom plate adjusting bolt 37, a pressing plate 38 and a pressing bolt 39. The punching device 4 realizes punching operation on the corrugated steel plate under the control of the control mechanism, and a plurality of punching devices can simultaneously punch holes according to requirements and can also independently punch holes according to requirements.
The bottom plate 31 is an L-shaped plate, the long plate surface of the L-shaped plate of the bottom plate 31 is placed on the upper surface of the rack 6, the surface of the bottom plate 31 is provided with a long hole, the fastening bolt 36 fixedly connects the bottom plate 31 with the upper surface of the rack 6 through the long hole, the fastening bolt 36 can adjust the position of the punching device 4 between the front end and the rear end of the rack 6 through the long hole of the bottom plate 31, and therefore the punching position of the punching device 4 in the front-rear direction of the corrugated steel plate 7 is adjusted, namely, the distance between adjacent screw holes on one side of the corrugated steel plate 7.
The punching oil cylinder seat 32 is a U-shaped plate frame which is vertically placed transversely, an opening of the U-shaped plate frame is opposite to the middle of the upper plane of the rack 6, the punching oil cylinder 33 is fixed above the upper plate surface of the punching oil cylinder seat 32, an oil cylinder rod of the punching oil cylinder 33 downwards penetrates through the upper plate surface of the punching oil cylinder seat 32 to be connected with the punch 34, the arc-shaped punch die 34 is fixed on the inner side surface of the lower plate surface of the punching oil cylinder seat 32, the punch 34 is opposite to the arc-shaped punch die 35, the corrugated steel plate 7 is located between the punch 34 and the arc-shaped punch die 35, the punch 34 punches the corrugated steel plate 7, and the arc-shaped punch die 35 abuts against the.
The short plate surface of the L-shaped plate of the bottom plate 31 is vertical, an adjusting hole is arranged on the plate surface, the rear part of a bottom plate adjusting bolt 37 is positioned in the adjusting hole, a vertical long screw hole is arranged on the rear surface of the vertical plate surface of the punching oil cylinder seat 32, a front screw rod of the bottom plate adjusting bolt 37 is screwed in the long screw hole, and the bottom surface of the punching oil cylinder seat 32 is in sliding fit with the upper plane of the bottom plate 31. When the corrugated steel plate punching machine is used, the bottom plate adjusting bolt 37 is rotated, the punching cylinder seat 32 can be moved back and forth, and the punching position is adjusted in the left and right directions of the corrugated steel plate 7, namely, the distance between the side holes on the two sides of the corrugated steel plate 7 is adjusted.
Fig. 12 and 14 show that a pressing plate 38 is arranged above the bottom plate 31 of the punching device 4, the two pressing plates 38 are respectively located at two sides of the punching cylinder seat 32, two sides of the punching cylinder seat 32 are respectively provided with a horizontal groove along the length direction of the punching cylinder seat 32, the surfaces of the two pressing plates 38 opposite to the side surfaces of the punching cylinder seat 32 are respectively provided with a strip-shaped bulge, the strip-shaped bulges are embedded in the horizontal grooves at two side surfaces of the punching cylinder seat 32, the surfaces of the two pressing plates 38 are respectively provided with a fastening hole along the length direction, the surface of the bottom plate 31 opposite to the bottom surface of the pressing plate 38 is provided with a corresponding screw hole, a pressing bolt 39 is fastened and connected with the screw hole on the bottom plate 31 through the fastening hole of the pressing plate 38, and the pressing plate 38 presses and fixes the punching.
Fig. 15 shows that the lower end of the cylinder rod of the punching cylinder 33 has a connecting screw thread. The punch 34 is composed of a punch seat 40 and a punch rod 41, the punch seat 40 is located at the upper part of the punch rod 41, the diameter of the punch seat 40 is larger than that of the punch rod 41, and the upper end face of the punch seat 40 is pressed against the lower end face of the oil cylinder rod. Corresponding directional holes are arranged between the upper end surface of the punch seat 40 and the lower end surface of the oil cylinder rod, and directional keys 42 are arranged in the directional holes to orient the lower end of the oil cylinder rod and the punch seat 40, namely the direction of a long-circular hole, a rectangular hole or a special-shaped hole punch is determined. The fastening sleeve 43 is sleeved outside the punch holder 40, the inner wall of the fastening sleeve 43 is in threaded matching connection with the threads at the lower end of the oil cylinder rod, the sleeve hole at the lower end of the fastening sleeve 43 is matched with the diameter of the punch rod, and the punch rod extends out of the fastening sleeve 43 and is opposite to the arc-shaped punch die 35. The tightening sleeve 43 is externally locked by a locking sleeve 44.
Due to the large thickness range of the steel plate, in order to make the clearance between the punch rod 41 and the arc-shaped die 35 more reasonable, the punch rod 41 can be divided into different diameters or section sizes to adapt to different thicknesses of the steel plate.
Fig. 16 and 17 show that the arcuate die 35 is fitted into a recess in the inside surface of the lower plate surface of the pierce cylinder block 32. The upper surface of the arc-shaped die 35 is respectively in a convex arc shape or a concave arc shape, the arc degrees of the convex arc shape or the concave arc shape are respectively matched with the arc degrees of the wave crests or the wave troughs of the corrugated steel plate 7, the outer wall of the arc-shaped die 35 and the side wall of the groove of the lower plate surface of the punching cylinder seat 32 are provided with corresponding die key grooves, and the die orientation key 51 is embedded in the die key grooves to orient the arc-shaped die 35. When the punching die is used, the arc-shaped punching die 35 is selected according to the forward placement or the reverse placement of the corrugated steel plate sheet 7 during punching, and the direction of a circular hole, a rectangular hole or a special-shaped hole of the arc-shaped punching die 35 is determined through the die orientation key 51.
Fig. 18 shows that the structure of the pressing device 5 is the same as that of the marking device 3. The pressing device 5 is composed of a pressing oil cylinder seat 45, a pressing oil cylinder 46, a pressing head 47, a lower support block 48, a pressing adjusting block 49 and a pressing adjusting bolt 50.
The material pressing oil cylinder seat 45 is a U-shaped plate frame which is transversely and vertically placed, an opening of the U-shaped plate frame is opposite to the middle of the upper plane of the rack 6, the material pressing oil cylinder 46 is fixed above the upper plate surface of the material pressing oil cylinder seat 45, the lower support block 48 is fixed on the inner side surface of the lower plate surface of the material pressing oil cylinder seat 45, an oil cylinder rod of the material pressing oil cylinder 46 downwards penetrates through the upper plate surface of the material pressing oil cylinder seat 45, the lower end of the oil cylinder rod is connected with the pressure head 47, the lower end surface of the pressure head 47 is opposite to the upper surface of the lower support block 48, the lower end surface of the pressure head 47 and the upper surface of the lower support block 48 are corresponding arc surfaces, and the arc surfaces are matched with the corrugated radians of the corrugated steel plate sheets 7. The pressure head 47 is convenient to disassemble, and the pressure head 47 can be replaced by only screwing the pressure head 47 off the lower end thread of the oil cylinder rod when the pressure head 47 is released.
The material pressing adjusting block 49 is welded on the plane of the frame 6 at the outer side of the material pressing oil cylinder seat 45, an adjusting hole is formed in the material pressing adjusting block 49, the rear part of the material pressing adjusting bolt 50 is located in the adjusting hole, a vertical long screw hole is formed in the rear surface of the vertical plate surface of the material pressing oil cylinder seat 45, a screw rod at the front part of the material pressing adjusting bolt 50 is screwed in the long screw hole, and the bottom surface of the material pressing oil cylinder seat 45 is in sliding fit with the upper plane of the frame 6. When the corrugated steel plate pressing device is used, the pressing oil cylinder seat 45 can be moved back and forth by rotating the pressing adjusting bolt 50, so that the pressing position is adjusted in the left and right directions of the corrugated steel plate 7 to adapt to the width change of the corrugated steel plate 7.
The pressing device 5 has two functions, namely, the corrugated steel plate 7 is pressed before punching, so that the corrugated steel plate 7 cannot move in the punching process and plays a pressing role; and secondly, material returning is carried out, the pressing device 5 is still pressed after punching is finished, and when the punch 34 moves upwards, the punch 34 and the corrugated steel plate 7 can be separated to play a material returning role.
The invention also has other parts for supporting in the using process, and the other parts comprise a feeding mechanism, a discharging mechanism, a hydraulic mechanism and a control mechanism.
The feeding mechanism can stably, timely and accurately place the corrugated steel plate 7 to be punched at a specified position on the rack 6; the discharging mechanism drags the corrugated steel sheet 7 which is punched with the holes and conveys the corrugated steel sheet 7 to the outside of the rack 6 under the driving of the power roller.
The hydraulic mechanism comprises a hydraulic station, pipelines, valves, oil cylinders and the like, and is used for providing power sources for the oil cylinders.
The control mechanism is a command pivot for controlling the continuous work of the invention, and finishes the procedures of conveying the corrugated steel plate 7, marking, punching, pressing and the like by controlling the working sequence and the working time of the servo motor and each oil cylinder, thereby meeting the requirements of products.
These parts are not the subject of protection of the present invention and will not be described in detail.
The working process of the invention is as follows:
after the feeding mechanism feeds materials, the conveying trolley moves forwards to the position of the corrugated steel plate 7, the clamp 15 clamps the corrugated steel plate 7, the servo motor 9 drives the conveying trolley and the corrugated steel plate 7 to move forwards, the revolution number of the servo motor 9 is accurately controlled by the control mechanism, and the moving distance of the corrugated steel plate 7 meets the accurate requirement of punching. The conveying trolley moves the corrugated steel plate 7 to a designated position below the punch 34 of the punching device 4, the pressure head 47 of the pressing device 5 presses downwards to compress the corrugated steel plate 7, the punch 34 of the punching device 4 punches a hole downwards, the punch 34 is lifted after punching is completed, the pressure head 47 of the pressing device 5 is lifted, the corrugated steel plate 7 is loosened, and primary punching is completed. Then the servo motor 9 pushes the conveying trolley and the corrugated steel plate 7 to move forwards again to the required punching distance and then stops, and the pressing device 5 and the punching device 4 repeat the pressing and punching processes to complete secondary punching. And continuously operating until all required punching is finished, loosening the corrugated steel plate 7 by the clamp 15, and conveying the corrugated steel plate 7 out of the rack 6 by the discharging mechanism to finish punching operation.
