The operation method of the electrolytic sterilizing spray apparatus according to claim 9, wherein: a magnetic block is embedded in the wall body of the drainage channel; the wall body of the pipe sleeve is embedded with a ring magnet, and a magnetic array consisting of the ring magnet and a plurality of magnetic blocks softens and refines tap water so as to prolong the service life of the ultrasonic atomization device.
