The cleaning device for the existing general surgery department is simple in structure, cannot adapt to different conditions in work, has small cleaning area in use, has low speed for cleaning the wound of a patient, needs to be cleaned for a long time, has low cleaning efficiency, requires the patient to suffer from pain for a long time, and reduces the comfort level of the patient in cleaning. If the cleaning device 5 does not need to move in the cleaning process, the second electric telescopic column 18 can be started to extend downwards until the suction cup 19 is in close contact with the top of the loading plate 3, and the suction cup 19 further fixes the cleaning device 5 to be unchanged in position on the upper part of the loading plate 3 in order to keep the cleaning precision. In the process of inclining, the generated cleaning liquid falls into the interior of the material receiving grooves 14 on the two sides, the cleaning liquid cannot pollute the whole device, and subsequent centralized cleaning is facilitated.
If the part of the patient's body to be cleaned cannot be placed between the first side plate 21 and the second side plate 22, the first side plate 21 and the second side plate 22 are moved to one end along the limiting groove 36 at the upper portion of the loading plate 3, the roller 20 is disengaged from the inside of the limiting groove 36, and the first side plate 21 and the second side plate 22 are disengaged from the upper portion of the loading plate 3. According to the actual position of the part to be cleaned of the patient body, the suction cup 19 is adhered to the outside of the patient body, the spray head 12 faces the wound, and the first electric telescopic column 16 is started to move until the end part of the material receiving groove 14 is tightly abutted to the outside of the patient body.
If the position of the wound to be cleaned of the patient is small, the position of the positioning plate 28 can be adjusted, so that the spray head 12 can spray cleaning liquid on the wound, the fastening bolt 34 is screwed down, and the position of the positioning plate 28 is fixed, so that the spray head 12 is more stable in the cleaning process, and the spraying cleaning is more thorough. Compared with manual cleaning, the cleaning machine is more comprehensive and sufficient, the use of cleaning liquid can be saved, and the shaking condition can not occur in the cleaning process. If the position of the wound to be cleaned is large, when the liquid sprayed by the spray head 12 for one time can not cover the wound, the fastening bolt 34 is unscrewed, the positioning plate 28 is pushed to rotate, the spraying area of the spray head 12 is increased, and the cleaning efficiency can be improved. Meanwhile, the second motor 33 can be started to drive the moving wheel 30 to move back and forth in the moving groove 29, so that the spraying area of the cleaning solution is further enlarged. The upper part of the connecting plate moves and rotates, so that the wound can be comprehensively cleaned, the position of the side plate is unchanged in the cleaning process, the cleaning of the wound by the spray head 12 is not influenced, and the cleaning speed of the wound can be accelerated. The liquid and impurities generated in the cleaning fall inside the receiving tank 14.
