Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of enema auxiliary facilities, and particularly relates to a method and a device for quickly preparing enema.
Background
Enema is a clinical routine care task, such as prior to general surgery abdominal surgery, which usually requires a preliminary enema to remove stool from the intestinal lumen. Enema is generally prepared by mixing boiled clean water with soap water, and sometimes adding enema and other medicines. The temperature of the enema is generally required to be controlled at 39-41 ℃. At present, medical care personnel need to repeatedly blend hot boiled water and cooled plain boiled water to control the temperature of the enema within a required range, which wastes time and labor. In addition, there are situations in the clinic where insufficient soap dissolution occurs, which may also lead to medical accidents once soap particles are infused into the patient along with the enema.
The prior art has conducted many explorations on the preparation technology of enema, for example, chinese patent document CN 207745384U discloses an automatic temperature control enema preparation device, which comprises a bracket, a preparation tank, a purified water tank, a manual valve, a flow electromagnetic valve, a water temperature sensor, an electric heater, a liquid crystal display screen, an operation panel and a main circuit board; the bracket is provided with a middle layer plate and an upper layer plate from bottom to top, and the preparation tank and the purified water tank are respectively arranged on the middle layer plate and the upper layer plate of the bracket; the inner part of the preparation tank is provided with an inner cavity for containing liquid, the upper end of the preparation tank is provided with a water inlet, the top of the preparation tank is provided with a soft soap feeding port, and the bottom of the preparation tank is provided with a water outlet; the inside inner chamber that holds water that is equipped with of pure water jar, the bottom is equipped with the pure water export. The scheme realizes the automatic configuration of the enema. However, it is difficult to see such devices in the clinic, possibly because such devices are suitable for the deployment of larger volumes of enema, and such devices are not cost effective to purchase. In clinical practice, manual preparation is still the main way.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a method and a device for quickly preparing enema, which can conveniently prepare the enema with the specified temperature by using cold water and hot water and overcome the defects of time and labor waste of a repeated blending mode.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the fast preparation process of enema includes the following steps,
(1) preparing 1 cold water tank, hot water tank, preparation tank and receiving tank which are marked with scale marks respectively, wherein the preparation tank and the receiving tank are provided with thermometers;
(2) injecting cold water into a cold water tank, and injecting hot water into a hot water tank;
(3) guiding cold water from the cold water tank to the preparation tank, wherein the guiding volume is half of the target volume; leading out hot water from the hot water tank to the preparation tank, wherein the leading-out volume is half of the target volume; mixing cold water and hot water in a preparation tank to obtain a mixed solution;
(4) leading the mixed liquid out of the preparation tank to a receiving tank, wherein the leading-out volume is half of the target volume;
(5) reading the temperature of the liquid in the receiving tank, and setting the initial temperature of the liquid in the receiving tank as X ℃;
(6) guiding cold water from a cold water tank to a preparation tank, and adjusting the temperature of a mixed solution in the preparation tank to be Y ℃, wherein X + Y is 78-82 ℃;
(7) and (4) leading the mixed liquid out of the preparation tank to a receiving tank, wherein the leading-out volume is half of the target volume, and the receiving tank is filled with the liquid reaching the target volume and the target temperature.
As an improvement, the receiving tank is provided with a finished product delivery pipe, the cold water tank is provided with a cold water fine adjustment pipe for directly guiding cold water in the cold water tank into the receiving tank, and the hot water tank is provided with a hot water fine adjustment pipe for directly guiding hot water in the hot water tank into the receiving tank; when the liquid in the receiving tank reaches the target volume but does not reach the target temperature, the fine adjustment is realized by using a cold water fine adjustment pipe or a hot water fine adjustment pipe.
The invention relates to a device for quickly preparing enema liquid, which comprises a cold water tank, a hot water tank, a preparation tank and a receiving tank, wherein the cold water tank is provided with a cold water outlet pipe for guiding cold water in the cold water tank into the preparation tank; the preparation tank is provided with a thermometer for measuring the temperature of the liquid in the preparation tank, and the receiving tank is provided with a thermometer for measuring the temperature of the liquid in the receiving tank.
As an improvement, the volumes of the cold water tank, the hot water tank and the preparation tank are not less than the volume of the receiving tank.
As an improvement, the cold water tank, the hot water tank, the preparation tank and the receiving tank are all provided with scale marks for measuring the volume.
As an improvement, the cold water tank, the hot water tank, the preparation tank and the receiving tank are vertically arranged, the cold water tank and the hot water tank are positioned on the upper layer, the preparation tank is positioned on the middle layer, and the receiving tank is positioned on the lower layer.
As a refinement, the preparation tank is equipped with a stirrer.

As a further improvement, the cold water tank is provided with a cold water fine adjustment pipe for directly guiding cold water in the cold water tank into the receiving tank, the hot water tank is provided with a hot water fine adjustment pipe for directly guiding hot water in the hot water tank into the receiving tank, and the cold water fine adjustment pipe and the hot water fine adjustment pipe are both provided with flow adjusting switches.
The invention concept created by the invention is as follows:
(1) the temperature of the enema is adjusted to be within the range of 39-41 ℃ in 2 steps, the temperature of cold water is about 4-10 ℃ generally, and the temperature of hot water poured out of a thermos bottle is 80-100 ℃ generally. When the cold water and the hot water with the same volume are mixed in the preparation tank, the temperature of the mixed liquid is 42-55 ℃, namely about 10 ℃ higher than the target temperature. The volume of the liquid introduced into the receiving tank from the preparation tank for the first time is half of the target volume, and the temperature is about 10 ℃ higher than the target temperature. At this point, half the target volume of liquid remains in the preparation tank. When introducing the liquid of half the target volume of the receiving tank again from the preparation tank for the second time, the temperature of the liquid of the second introducing part should be lower than the target temperature by about 10 ℃. Therefore, the temperature of the liquid remaining in the preparation tank is reduced to about 10 ℃ lower than the target temperature by adding cold water, and then half of the liquid of the target volume is led out, so that the liquid reaching the target volume and the target temperature is obtained in the receiving tank.
In the second temperature adjustment process of the preparation tank, the initial temperature X of the liquid in the receiving tank and the final temperature Y of the mixed liquid in the preparation tank need to satisfy the relational expression of X + Y being 78-82, and the error range of 4 ℃ exists, so that the mixed liquid in the preparation tank is very easy to adjust to the temperature Y.
(2) The soap feeding port is positioned on the preparation tank, the temperature of the mixed liquid in the preparation tank is higher, the soap is dissolved favorably, and the soap is not easy to form particles. The medicine such as glycerine enema is also put into the soap inlet.
In conclusion, the enema liquid has the advantages of novel design and convenient implementation, and can be quickly and carelessly prepared to reach the target volume and the target temperature.

Detailed Description
Example 1
The fast preparation method of the enema of the invention comprises the following steps,
(1) preparing 1 cold water tank, hot water tank, preparation tank and receiving tank which are marked with scale marks respectively, wherein the preparation tank and the receiving tank are provided with thermometers;
(2) injecting cold water into a cold water tank, and injecting hot water into a hot water tank;
(3) guiding cold water from the cold water tank to the preparation tank, wherein the guiding volume is half of the target volume; leading out hot water from the hot water tank to the preparation tank, wherein the leading-out volume is half of the target volume; mixing cold water and hot water in a preparation tank to obtain a mixed solution; if the target volume is 500ml of prepared enema, respectively leading out 250ml from the cold water tank and the hot water tank for the first time, and obtaining 500ml of mixed solution in the preparation tank;
(4) leading the mixed liquid out of the preparation tank to a receiving tank, wherein the leading-out volume is half of the target volume; if the target volume is 500ml of prepared enema, firstly leading out 250ml of mixed liquor from the preparation tank to the receiving tank, and leaving 250ml of mixed liquor in the preparation tank;
(5) reading the temperature of the liquid in the receiving tank, and setting the initial temperature of the liquid in the receiving tank to be X ℃, wherein X is generally more than 40;
(6) guiding cold water from a cold water tank to a preparation tank, and adjusting the temperature of a mixed solution in the preparation tank to be Y ℃, wherein X + Y is 78-82 ℃; the temperature sum of X and Y has an error range of 4 ℃, and the mixed liquid in the preparation tank is conveniently adjusted to the temperature Y;
(7) and (4) leading the mixed liquid out of the preparation tank to a receiving tank, wherein the leading-out volume is half of the target volume, and the receiving tank is filled with the liquid reaching the target volume and the target temperature. If the target volume is 500ml of prepared enema, 250ml of mixed liquid is led out from the preparation tank to the receiving tank, so that the target volume in the receiving tank is 500 ml; the carrying tank is provided with a finished product delivery pipe, and then the enema liquid is guided out from the finished product delivery pipe of the carrying tank by other containers.
Furthermore, the cold water tank is provided with a cold water fine adjustment pipe for directly guiding cold water in the cold water tank into the receiving tank, and the hot water tank is provided with a hot water fine adjustment pipe for directly guiding hot water in the hot water tank into the receiving tank; when the liquid in the receiving tank reaches the target volume but does not reach the target temperature, the fine adjustment is realized by using a cold water fine adjustment pipe or a hot water fine adjustment pipe. If the deviation is too large, the part of the liquid in the receiving tank can be discharged from the finished product delivery pipe firstly, and then fine adjustment is carried out.
The device for rapidly preparing enema liquid designed according to the method is shown in figure 1 and comprises a cold water tank 1, a hot water tank 2, a preparation tank 3, a receiving tank 4 and a bracket 8. The cold water tank 1, the hot water tank 2, the preparation tank 3 and the receiving tank 4 are vertically arranged on the support 8, and three layers of partition plates are arranged on the support 8 to divide the space of the support 8 into an upper layer, a middle layer and a lower layer. The cold water tank 1 and the hot water tank 2 are positioned on the upper layer of the bracket 8, the preparation tank 3 is positioned on the middle layer of the bracket 8, and the receiving tank 4 is positioned on the lower layer of the bracket 8. The volumes of the cold water tank 1, the hot water tank 2 and the preparation tank 3 are not less than the volume of the receiving tank 4. The cold water tank 1, the hot water tank 2, the preparation tank 3 and the receiving tank 4 are all provided with scale marks 7 for measuring the volume. As an optimization, the cold water tank 1, the hot water tank 2, the preparation tank 3 and the receiving tank 4 have the same volume. If the target volume is 500ml of prepared enema, the volumes of the cold water tank 1, the hot water tank 2, the preparation tank 3 and the receiving tank 4 are all at least 500 ml.
The cold water tank 1 is provided with a cold water delivery pipe 11 for guiding cold water in the cold water tank 1 into the preparation tank 3, the hot water tank 2 is provided with a hot water delivery pipe 21 for guiding hot water in the hot water tank 2 into the preparation tank 3, the preparation tank 3 is provided with a mixed liquid delivery pipe 31 for guiding liquid in the preparation tank 3 into the receiving tank 4, the receiving tank 4 is provided with a finished product delivery pipe 41 for delivering liquid in the receiving tank 4, and the cold water delivery pipe 11, the hot water delivery pipe 21, the mixed liquid delivery pipe 31 and the finished product delivery pipe 41 are all provided with flow regulating switches 5; the preparation tank 3 is provided with a thermometer 6 for measuring the temperature of the liquid in the preparation tank 3, and the receiving tank 4 is provided with a thermometer 6 for measuring the temperature of the liquid in the receiving tank 4. The thermometer 6 may employ a water temperature sensor disclosed in chinese patent document CN 207745384U mentioned in the background section.
The preparation tank 3 is provided with a stirrer 32, and the preparation tank 3 is provided with a soap inlet 33, and the soap inlet 33 is close to the hot water delivery pipe 21. The stirrer 32 includes a motor, a stirring paddle, a power supply, a switch, etc., and the stirrer 32 is common knowledge and the structure thereof is not described in detail. The mixer 32 can accelerate the mixing of hot water and cold water, so that the temperature of the mixed liquid is uniform and the dissolution of soap is accelerated. A grating 34 for blocking soap particles is further provided on the mixed liquid outlet pipe 31, and the grating 34 is provided at an inlet end of the mixed liquid outlet pipe 31.
The cold water tank 1 is further provided with a cold water fine adjustment pipe 12 for directly guiding cold water in the cold water tank 1 into the receiving tank 4, the hot water tank 2 is provided with a hot water fine adjustment pipe 22 for directly guiding hot water in the hot water tank 2 into the receiving tank 4, and the cold water fine adjustment pipe 12 and the hot water fine adjustment pipe 22 are both provided with flow adjusting switches 5.
