the horizontal movement mechanism (1-12) includes: the device comprises first fixed blocks (1-122), second fixed blocks (1-125), guide rails (1-124), motors (1-123), screw rods (1-121) and moving seats (1-126); the first fixed blocks (1-122) and the second fixed blocks (1-125) are fixedly connected with the lower end faces of the massage cavities (1-11); the guide rails (1-124) and the screw rods (1-121) are arranged in parallel; two ends of the guide rail (1-124) are respectively connected with the first fixed block (1-122) and the second fixed block (1-125) in a rotating way; two ends of the screw rod (1-121) are respectively and rotatably connected with the first fixing block (1-122) and the second fixing block (1-125); the motors (1-123) are arranged in the second fixing blocks (1-125), and the motors (1-123) are in transmission connection with the screw rods (1-121); the moving seats (1-126) are arranged on the guide rails (1-124) and the screw rods (1-121); one end of the telescopic mechanism (1-13) is fixedly arranged on the movable seat (1-126).

the middle part of the fixed body (1-141) is fixedly connected with one end of the telescopic mechanism (1-13);
and the two spheres (1-142) are respectively and rotatably connected with the two ends of the fixed body (1-141).
