Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, and provides a self-adjusting thyroid surgery examination bracket which comprises a head supporting mechanism and a neck supporting mechanism, wherein the head supporting mechanism and the neck supporting mechanism are respectively provided with a neck supporting seat and a neck supporting seat; the surface shape of the neck support seat is a saddle-shaped curved surface matched with the curve of the neck of a human body; the head supporting mechanism is arranged on the transverse moving trolley; the transverse trolley is in transmission connection with a servo motor, and the servo motor is fixed on the fixed frame; the head supporting mechanism also comprises a height adjusting component fixed on the transverse trolley, and a head supporting seat is fixed on the height adjusting component; the neck supporting mechanism also comprises a height adjusting component fixed on the fixing block, and a neck supporting seat is fixed on the height adjusting component. Background
When examining a thyroid patient, a doctor needs to raise the chin of the patient so as to highlight the position of the patient, so that a professional examination bed is needed. Such as the one disclosed in chinese patent CN 109646229A.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention. The above-mentioned directions or positions of the upper, lower, left, right, etc. are referred to in this specification for better describing the technical solution in conjunction with the drawings, so that the reader can understand that the practical implementation includes but is not limited to this description.
Referring to fig. 1, the invention provides a self-adjusting thyroid surgery examination support, which comprises a head supporting mechanism and a neck supporting mechanism, wherein the head supporting mechanism and the neck supporting mechanism are respectively provided with a neck supporting seat 2 and a neck supporting seat 3.
The head supporting mechanism is arranged on the transverse trolley 4; the transverse trolley 4 is in transmission connection with a servo motor 7, and the servo motor 7 is fixed on the fixed frame 6; a fixed block 61 is arranged on the fixed frame 6, and the fixed block 61 is movably connected with a lead screw 62 in a penetrating way; one end of the screw rod 62 is connected with the servo motor 7, and the other end is in threaded connection with the transverse moving trolley 4; referring to fig. 2, the fixed frame 6 is also provided with a guide rail 5 for limiting the wheels of the transverse trolley 4.
The head supporting mechanism also comprises a height adjusting component 1 fixed on the traversing trolley 4, and a head supporting seat 2 is fixed on the height adjusting component 1.
The neck supporting mechanism also comprises a height adjusting component 1 fixed on the fixing block 61, and a neck supporting seat 3 is fixed on the height adjusting component 1.
The head supporting mechanism can move horizontally, so that the distance between the head supporting mechanism and the neck supporting mechanism can be conveniently adjusted according to the length of the neck of a patient; the height of the supporting head seat 2 and the height of the supporting neck seat 3 can be respectively and independently adjusted, so that the comfort level can be improved by adjusting the heights according to different conditions of patients.
Referring to fig. 3, the height adjusting assembly 1 includes a supporting column 13, the supporting column 13 movably penetrates the tray 12; the supporting column 13 is provided with a fixing ring 14 for mounting the supporting head seat 2 or the supporting neck seat 3; a spring 15 sleeved on the supporting column 13 is clamped between the fixing ring 14 and the tray 12; the bottom of the tray 12 is also connected with a lifting cylinder 11. The lifting cylinder 11 is at least two and can be a hydraulic cylinder or a pneumatic cylinder.
Further, referring to fig. 4, a placing seat 16 is further disposed at the bottom of the tray 12, and a limit sensor 18 is mounted on the placing seat 16; the support column 13 is correspondingly provided with a limit block 17; when the height of the supporting seat 2 or the neck supporting seat 3 is adjusted in place, the supporting column 13 is pressed downwards, and the limiting block 17 touches the limiting sensor 18; the limit sensor 18 then sends a signal, and the lift cylinder 11 stops operating to stably hold the head or neck of the patient. Further, the limit sensor 18 is a touch sensor. The limit sensor 18 is electrically connected with the control element of the lifting cylinder 11. For an optimized construction, the control element of the lifting cylinder 11 is arranged on the trolley 4 or inside the trolley 4.
Referring to fig. 5, in order to improve comfort, a cushion layer 21, such as a sponge layer, is further disposed on the head holder 2.
In order to avoid hanging the neck of the patient, referring to fig. 6, the surface shape of the neck support base 3 is a saddle-shaped curved surface, which fits the curve of the neck of the human body, reduces the hanging and improves the comfort.
Further, at least three first sensors 31 distributed at equal intervals along the central axis are arranged on the neck support seat 3; the number of the present invention is preferably 5. Referring to fig. 7, the two ends of the neck support 3 are symmetrically provided with second sensors 32. The first sensor 31 and the second sensor 32 are both touch sensors.
After the patient lies down, the neck contacts the neck support seat 3 and presses the first sensor 31 and the second sensor 32, the sensors send back signals to the control module, and the control module controls the servo motor 7 to adjust the horizontal distance of the head support mechanism and controls the height adjusting assembly 1 to lift the neck support seat 2 to support the head of the patient according to the sent back signals.
The control module of the present invention is fixed on the fixing frame or the fixing block 61 and is electrically connected to the components controlled by the control module.
A thinner patient will usually have a longer neck, and all of the first sensors 31 are pressed; at the moment, the control module controls the transverse moving trolley 4 to move a corresponding distance according to a preset mode, so that the carrier head seat 2 just supports the gravity center position of the head of the patient.
The fatter patient usually has a shorter neck, and the first sensor 31 at the open end of the neck rest 3 is not pressed, so that no signal is sent back; at the moment, the control module controls the transverse moving trolley 4 to be close to the neck supporting mechanism according to a preset mode, so that the position of the gravity center of the head of the patient is just supported by the supporting head seat 2.
In summary, the present invention provides a self-adjusting thyroid surgery examination support, which comprises a horizontally movable head support mechanism and a head support seat and a neck support seat, wherein the height of the head support mechanism and the height of the neck support seat can be independently adjusted. A self-adjusting thyroid surgery examination support is characterized by comprising a head supporting mechanism and a neck supporting mechanism, wherein the head supporting mechanism and the neck supporting mechanism are respectively provided with a neck supporting seat and a neck supporting seat; the surface shape of the neck support seat is a saddle-shaped curved surface matched with the curve of the neck of a human body;
the head supporting mechanism is arranged on the transverse moving trolley; the transverse trolley is in transmission connection with a servo motor, and the servo motor is fixed on the fixed frame; the fixed block is movably connected with a lead screw in a penetrating way; one end of the screw rod is connected with the servo motor, and the other end of the screw rod is in threaded connection with the transverse moving trolley; the fixed frame is also provided with a guide rail for limiting the wheels of the transverse trolley;
the head supporting mechanism also comprises a height adjusting component fixed on the transverse trolley, and the head supporting seat is fixed on the height adjusting component;
the neck supporting mechanism also comprises a height adjusting component fixed on the fixing block, and a neck supporting seat is fixed on the height adjusting component.
