Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a thoracic surgical retraction device, including a base 10, a traction assembly 20 and a cover 30;
specifically, the base 10 is a U-shaped structure, and thus, a certain distance is provided between two ends of the base 10 of the U-shaped structure.
The two traction assemblies 20 are used for opening the incision, the two traction assemblies 20 are respectively connected with two ends of the seat body 10 in a rotating manner, and can be switched between a first position and a second position relative to the seat body 10; when the two traction assemblies 20 are switched to the first position, the two traction assemblies 20 are accommodated in the seat body 10, and when the two traction assemblies 20 are switched to the second position, the two traction assemblies 20 are located outside the seat body 10.
The cover body 30 is connected with the base body 10 in a turning mode and used for covering the base body 10, and a disinfection assembly is arranged on the cover body 30 and used for disinfecting the traction assemblies 20 when the two traction assemblies 20 are switched to the first position.
That is, the two traction assemblies 20 disposed at the two ends of the seat body 10 of the U-shaped structure are separated from each other, and a certain distance is provided between the two traction assemblies, so that the incision on the body of the patient can be pulled to open the incision, thereby facilitating the operation of the doctor. The two traction assemblies 20 can be switched between the first position and the second position relative to the base 10, so that when the seat is needed, the two traction assemblies 20 can be rotated to the second position, namely, the outer side of the base 10, thereby facilitating the use, and when the seat is not needed, the two traction assemblies 20 can be rotated to the first position, namely, the seat is accommodated in the base 10. The cover 30 is connected to the base 10 by turning, so that when the cover 30 is turned to the base 10 and covers the base 10, the two traction assemblies 20 accommodated in the base 10 can be sterilized by the sterilization assembly arranged on the cover 30, i.e., the sterilization assembly is provided, so that the device can be directly used when the device is needed without additional sterilization.
According to the thoracic surgery retracting device provided by the invention, on one hand, the thoracic surgery retracting device can be used for replacing medical staff to prop open the incision of the chest of a patient, so that the burden of the medical staff is reduced; alternatively, the tow assembly 20 may be sterilized to ensure sterility of the tow assembly 20 prior to use.

one end of each traction arm 21 is connected with the base 10 in an overturning manner, the other end of each traction arm is provided with a connecting rod 22, the connecting rods 22 are arranged between the two traction arms 21, and one end of each connecting rod is vertically connected with the traction arm 21;
the towing hook 23 is connected to the other end of the connecting rod 22.
That is to say, the two connecting rods 22 on the two traction arms 21 are arranged between the two traction arms 21, and the two traction hooks 23 are arranged at one end of the connecting rod 22 far away from the traction arms 21, so that a certain distance is reserved between the traction arms 21 and the traction hooks 23, then, in specific use, the two hooks extend into the incision to open the incision, and the two traction arms 21 are far away from the incision due to the certain distance reserved between the two traction arms 21 and the corresponding traction hooks 23, so that on one hand, the operation space of a doctor is relatively large, and operation of the operation is more facilitated; on the other hand, the chance of infection can also be reduced.
Advantageously, in one embodiment of the present invention, the pulling arm 21 is provided with a sliding hole 211, and the connecting rod 22 is slidably engaged with the sliding hole 211.
Thus, the distance between the two traction hook bodies 23 can be adjusted, and further, the opening size of the incision can be adjusted according to needs.
Advantageously, in another embodiment of the invention, the seat 10 comprises a first housing rod 11 and a second housing rod 12,
a first receiving groove 111 is formed on the upper surface of the first receiving rod 11;
the number of the second accommodating rods 12 is two, the two second accommodating rods 12 are vertically connected with two ends of the first accommodating rod 11, a second accommodating groove 121 is formed in each of the upper surfaces of the two second accommodating rods 12, one end of each of the two second accommodating grooves 121 is respectively communicated with two ends of the first accommodating groove 111, and the other end of each of the two second accommodating grooves 121 is respectively connected with the two traction arms 21 in a turnover manner.
In this way, when the device is not needed, the two pulling arms 21 can be directly turned over into the two second receiving grooves 121 to be received, and the two connecting rods 22 and the two pulling hooks 23 on the two pulling arms 21 can be received in the first receiving grooves 111, and then the cover 30 can be used to cover the two pulling arms.
Advantageously, in another embodiment of the present invention, a guiding groove 122 is respectively formed on the opposite walls of the second receiving groove 121;
the outer walls of the two sides of the draft arm 21 are respectively provided with a rotating shaft, and the two rotating shafts are respectively rotatably disposed in the two guide grooves 122 and are in sliding fit with the two guide grooves 122.
Thus, not only is the switching of the traction assembly 20 between the first position and the second position facilitated, but also the extension length of the traction arm 21 can be adjusted by sliding along the guide groove 122, and further, the adjustment can be performed as required, which is beneficial to use.
Advantageously, in some embodiments of the present invention, the cover 30 is a U-shaped structure, and includes a first cover plate 31, a second cover plate 32 and a locking member 33;
the first cover plate 31 is hinged to the first accommodating rod 11 and used for covering the first accommodating groove 111;
