It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the preferred embodiment of the invention, are intended for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. The components of embodiments of the present invention generally described and illustrated in the figures herein may be arranged and designed in a wide variety of different configurations. Thus, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention, presented in the figures, is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, as claimed, but is merely representative of selected embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments of the present invention without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The features and properties of the present invention are described in further detail below with reference to examples.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a full-lamination coupling medium for medical ultrasound, including: the device comprises an upper medium 1, a lower medium 2 and an exhaust passage 3, wherein the upper medium 1 and the lower medium 2 are connected with each other, and the exhaust passage 3 penetrates through the upper surface of the upper medium 1 and the lower surface of the lower medium 2; the upper medium 1 and the lower medium 2 are both soft solid materials which can be penetrated by ultrasonic waves with the frequency of 2.5-5 mHz, and the upper medium 1 is harder than the lower medium 2.
The upper medium 1 and the lower medium 2 may be selected according to the requirements of the present invention, and preferably, the upper medium 1 and the lower medium 2 are both gel-type soft solid materials, such as silica gel, which can be penetrated by ultrasonic waves with a frequency of 2.5mHz to 5 mHz. The reason why the ultrasonic wave with the frequency of 2.5-5 mHz can penetrate through the ultrasonic wave is that the frequency of the medical ultrasonic wave is 2.5-5 mHz at present, and in the development of the medical instruments in the future, if the frequency of the medical ultrasonic wave is changed, equivalent replacement can be carried out along with the change of the frequency.
Taking breast ultrasound examination as an example, the use method of the fully-fitted coupling medium for medical ultrasound comprises the following steps:
(1) placing the full-fit coupling medium on a female breast, and making the position, which is contacted with the female breast, of the lower surface of the lower medium 2 generate concave deformation under the state of self gravity or applying a certain external force, so as to be fully fitted with the female breast;
(2) a certain gap possibly exists between the lower surface of the lower medium 2 and the outline of the female breast, and air between the lower surface of the lower medium 2 and the outline of the female breast is exhausted through the exhaust passage 3; the exhaust mode can be extrusion exhaust or air extraction by other devices, and the exhaust duration can be set according to actual needs;
(3) because the upper medium 1 is still a soft solid medium, the ultrasonic probe can be completely attached to the upper surface of the upper medium 1 only by placing the ultrasonic head on the upper surface of the upper medium 1 or slightly pressing the ultrasonic head, and the ultrasonic image can be acquired by moving the ultrasonic probe on the upper surface of the upper medium 1.
Therefore, the fully-laminated coupling medium for medical ultrasound can be perfectly laminated with the female breast and the ultrasonic probe respectively, so that the quality of the formed ultrasonic image can be effectively guaranteed; meanwhile, because the upper medium 1 is harder than the lower medium 2, the movement of the ultrasonic probe on the upper surface of the upper medium 1 is relatively on a plane, so that the acquired ultrasonic images are in a relatively standardized state even for different patients.
Example 2
Since a certain gap possibly existing between the lower surface of the lower medium 2 and the outer contour of the female breast is not necessarily only a communicated space, when only one exhaust passage 3 is arranged, only the gap communicated with the exhaust passage 3 can be drawn out, and air can still exist in the rest gaps.
Therefore, as shown in fig. 2, on the basis of embodiment 1, in the fully-bonded coupling medium for medical ultrasound of this embodiment, a plurality of exhaust passages 3 are provided; and each exhaust passage 3 is uniformly distributed on the air ports on the lower surface of the lower-layer medium 2. Therefore, all gaps possibly existing between the lower surface of the lower medium 2 and the outer contour of the female breast can be exhausted as much as possible, and full fit can be better realized.
Example 3
Because the upper surface of the upper medium 1 is used for the movement of the ultrasonic probe to obtain an ultrasonic image, in order not to hinder the movement of the ultrasonic probe, on the basis of the embodiment 1 or 2, in the fully-laminated coupling medium for medical ultrasound of this embodiment, the air vent 3 is arranged in the edge region of the air port on the upper surface of the upper medium 1.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 3, a full-fit coupling medium for medical ultrasound of this embodiment includes: the device comprises an upper medium 1, a lower medium 2 and an exhaust passage 3, wherein the upper medium 1 and the lower medium 2 are connected with each other, and the exhaust passage 3 penetrates through the side surface of the upper medium 1 and the lower surface of the lower medium 2; the upper medium 1 and the lower medium 2 are both soft solid materials which can be penetrated by ultrasonic waves with the frequency of 2.5-5 mHz, and the upper medium 1 is harder than the lower medium 2.
(1) placing the full-fit coupling medium on a female breast, and making the position, which is contacted with the female breast, of the lower surface of the lower medium 2 generate concave deformation under the state of self gravity or applying a certain external force, so as to be fully fitted with the female breast;
(2) a certain gap possibly exists between the lower surface of the lower medium 2 and the outline of the female breast, and air between the lower surface of the lower medium 2 and the outline of the female breast is exhausted through the exhaust passage 3; the exhaust mode can be extrusion exhaust or air extraction by other devices, and the exhaust duration can be set according to actual needs;
In addition, compared with the embodiments 1 to 3, in the present embodiment, the air vent 3 is arranged at the side surface of the upper medium 1 at the air port of the upper medium 1, so that the upper surface of the upper medium 1 is flat, and the normal movement of the ultrasonic probe is further facilitated to acquire an ultrasonic image.
Example 5
Since a certain gap possibly existing between the lower surface of the lower medium 2 and the outer contour of the female breast is not necessarily only a communicated space, when only one exhaust passage 3 is arranged, only the gap communicated with the exhaust passage 3 can be drawn out, and air can still exist in the rest gaps.
Therefore, on the basis of embodiment 4, in the fully-laminated coupling medium for medical ultrasound of this embodiment, a plurality of exhaust passages 3 are provided; and each exhaust passage 3 is uniformly distributed on the air ports on the lower surface of the lower-layer medium 2. Therefore, all gaps possibly existing between the lower surface of the lower medium 2 and the outer contour of the female breast can be exhausted as much as possible, and full fit can be better realized.
Example 6
As shown in fig. 4, the fully-fitted coupling medium for medical ultrasound provided in this embodiment includes: the device comprises an upper medium 1, a lower medium 2 and an exhaust passage 3, wherein the upper medium 1 and the lower medium 2 are connected with each other, and the exhaust passage 3 penetrates through the side surface of the lower medium 2 and the lower surface of the lower medium 2; the upper medium 1 and the lower medium 2 are both soft solid materials which can be penetrated by ultrasonic waves with the frequency of 2.5-5 mHz, and the upper medium 1 is harder than the lower medium 2.
(1) placing the full-fit coupling medium on a female breast, and making the position, which is contacted with the female breast, of the lower surface of the lower medium 2 generate concave deformation under the state of self gravity or applying a certain external force, so as to be fully fitted with the female breast;
(2) a certain gap possibly exists between the lower surface of the lower medium 2 and the outline of the female breast, and air between the lower surface of the lower medium 2 and the outline of the female breast is exhausted through the exhaust passage 3; the exhaust mode can be extrusion exhaust or air extraction by other devices, and the exhaust duration can be set according to actual needs;
In addition, compared with the embodiments 1 to 5, the exhaust passage 3 of the present embodiment is only arranged on the lower medium 2, so that the upper surface of the upper medium 1 is flat, thereby further facilitating the normal movement of the ultrasonic probe to obtain an ultrasonic image, and simultaneously reducing the length of the exhaust passage 3 and facilitating the air extraction efficiency.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
