Abstract
The embodiment of the invention discloses a surrounding type sound wave vibration toothbrush, which comprises a brush handle, a U-shaped tooth cleaning groove, a jaw side brush hair piece, a cheek side brush hair piece, an occlusal surface brush hair piece and an eccentric motor arranged in the brush handle, wherein the U-shaped tooth cleaning groove is formed in the brush handle; the U-shaped tooth cleaning groove comprises a fixed wall and a movable wall, the bottom of the movable wall is connected with the bottom of the fixed wall in a sliding mode, and a return spring is arranged between the movable wall and the fixed wall; the jaw side brushing piece and the cheek side brushing piece are respectively fixed on the inner sides of the fixed wall and the movable wall; the bottom of the fixed wall is connected with the brush handle through a movable shaft, the upper surface of the fixed wall is provided with a cam fixedly connected with the movable shaft, and the occlusion surface brush sheet is fixedly arranged on the cam surface; the cam is movably contacted with the inner side surface of the bottom of the movable wall. The invention can efficiently and quickly finish the oral cleaning operation, is suitable for various dentition conditions of different individuals, and has universality, simplicity and high efficiency.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a tooth cleaning mechanism, in particular to an angle-driven telescopic surrounding type sound wave vibration toothbrush.
Background
Brushing is the simplest way of oral care, but a considerable proportion of people lack scientific guidance. Currently, the most effective method of brushing teeth is recognized by the dental medical community as the modified pasteur brushing method, i.e., the horizontal vibrating brush method. The method requires that the bristles of the toothbrush form an angle of 45 degrees with the long axis of the toothbrush when the toothbrush is held by hand, and point to the junction of the gum and the tooth to carry out horizontal vibrating brushing. Secondly, the conventional toothbrush design, whether manual or electric, requires the user to adjust the angle and direction of the brush head by himself to clean the jaw side, buccal side and occlusal surface of the teeth, which has certain technical requirements, especially when cleaning the jaw side of the upper and lower jaws, it may stimulate the pharyngeal reflex to cause vomiting reaction. In addition, pigment accumulation of anterior teeth can be caused by smoking, drinking tea and the like, and the lack of timely and effective cleaning can inevitably cause double losses of aesthetic property reduction and functional damage of teeth. Therefore, there is a need for a surround type sound wave toothbrush which is easy to operate, convenient and practical, and cleans around the jaw side, buccal side and occlusal surface of surrounding teeth to solve the oral problems of people.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the embodiment of the invention is to provide a surrounding type sound wave vibration toothbrush. The tooth cleaning device can improve the usability of the tooth cleaning device and the efficiency of oral cavity cleaning, and provides a solution for improving the tooth brushing compliance of preschool children and the oral cavity cleaning of people with lost teeth and malpositioned teeth.
In order to solve the above technical problems, an embodiment of the present invention provides a surround type sound wave vibration toothbrush, including a brush handle, a U-shaped tooth cleaning socket, a jaw side bristle sheet, a buccal side bristle sheet, an occlusal side bristle sheet, and an eccentric motor disposed in the brush handle;
the U-shaped tooth cleaning groove comprises a fixed wall and a movable wall, the bottom of the movable wall is connected with the bottom of the fixed wall in a sliding mode, and a return spring is arranged between the movable wall and the fixed wall; the jaw side brushing piece and the cheek side brushing piece are respectively fixed on the inner sides of the fixed wall and the movable wall;
the bottom of the fixed wall is matched and connected with the brush handle through a movable shaft, a cam fixedly connected with the movable shaft is arranged on the upper surface of the fixed wall, and the occlusion surface brush sheet is fixedly arranged on the cam surface;
the cam is movably contacted with the inner side surface of the bottom of the movable wall.
And an arc convex body in contact with the movable surface of the cam is arranged on the inner side surface of the bottom of the movable wall.
Wherein the cam is oval.
The return spring is arranged between the end faces of the fixed wall and the movable wall, which are close to each other.
The outer sides of the upper parts of the fixed wall and the movable wall are provided with clamping grooves, and the outer sides of the jaw side brushing piece and the cheek side brushing piece are provided with inverted clamping hooks fixedly connected with the clamping grooves.
Wherein, the fixed wall and the inner wall of the movable wall are provided with a slot for inserting the brushing sheets on the jaw side or the brushing sheets on the cheek side.
Wherein, the brush hair on the jaw side brush hair piece and the cheek side brush hair piece form an included angle of 45 degrees with the direction of the inserted dental arch.
Wherein the movable shaft is eccentrically arranged on the cam.
The surface of the cam is provided with an insertion hole, and the back of the occlusion surface bristle sheet is provided with an insertion column which is fixedly inserted into the insertion hole.
The embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects: the design of the surrounding type tooth cleaning brush head mechanism can well clean the jaw side, the cheek side and the occlusal surface of teeth, and can reduce the vomiting symptom caused by pharyngeal reflex. The U-shaped tooth cleaning grooves completely surround the jaw side surface, the cheek side surface and the occlusal surface of the teeth, and the distance between the tooth cleaning grooves, namely the distance between the fixed wall and the movable wall, can be freely stretched and contracted to fit various dentition conditions of different individuals. In addition, the change of the distance between the fixed wall and the movable wall of the embodiment of the invention is changed by linking the movable shaft and the cam to rotate along with the rotation of the brush holder. I.e. the angle of rotation of the brush holder, directly affects the distance between the fixed wall and the movable wall. It is anticipated that embodiments of the present invention will greatly improve the oral problems and reduce the incidence of caries and periodontal disease for both manually handicapped and school-age children with poor compliance. The embodiment of the invention belongs to a surrounding type mouth cleaning instrument, can efficiently and quickly finish the oral cleaning operation, is suitable for various dentition conditions of different individuals, and has universality, simplicity and high efficiency.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Refer to the schematic structural diagrams shown in fig. 1 and 2.
The invention discloses a surrounding type sound wave vibration toothbrush which comprises a brush handle 1, a U-shaped tooth cleaning groove 2, a jaw side brush hair piece 3, a cheek side brush hair piece 4, an occlusal surface brush hair piece 5 and an eccentric motor 6 arranged in the brush handle.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the U-shaped tooth cleaning slot 2 includes a fixed wall 21 and a movable wall 22, the fixed wall 21 and the movable wall 22 are both symmetrical "L" shaped, the bottom of the movable wall 22 is U-shaped and is provided with a slot 221, two sides of the bottom 211 of the fixed wall 21 are slidably disposed in the slot 221, and a return spring (the spring is omitted in the figures) is disposed at an end portion between the two.
The buccal surface brushing sheet 3 and the occlusal surface brushing sheet 4 are respectively fixed on the inner sides of the fixed wall 21 and the movable wall 22, the outer sides of the upper parts of the fixed wall 21 and the movable wall 22 are provided with clamping grooves 23, and the outer sides of the jaw side brushing sheet 3 and the buccal surface brushing sheet 4 are respectively provided with inverted clamping hooks 31 and 41 fixedly connected with the clamping grooves 23.
More preferably, the inner walls of the fixed wall 21 and the movable wall 22 are provided with grooves 24 into which the jaw-side bristle pieces or the cheek-side bristle pieces are inserted.
Preferably, the bristles on the jaw side bristle pieces and the cheek side bristle pieces form 45-degree included angles with the direction of the inserted dental arch.
The bottom 211 of the fixed wall 21 is connected with the brush handle 1 through the movable shaft 7, the upper surface of the fixed wall 21 is provided with a cam 8 fixedly connected with the movable shaft 7, the occlusion surface bristle sheet 5 is fixedly arranged on the cam surface, and the cam 8 is movably contacted with the inner side surface of the bottom of the movable wall 22.
As shown in fig. 5, the cam 8 is provided with an insertion hole 81 on the surface, and the engaging surface bristle piece 5 is provided with an insertion post 51 fixedly inserted in the insertion hole 81 on the back surface.
Preferably, the inner side surface of the bottom of the movable wall 22 is provided with an arc-shaped convex body 25 which is contacted with the movable surface of the cam 8, as shown in fig. 4.
The cam profile is preferably elliptical, the cam profile being determined by the arch shape and the tooth thickness.
More preferably, the movable shaft 7 is eccentrically arranged on the cam 8, and the movable shaft 7 is connected with the brush holder through threads.
As shown in fig. 1, the surround type sound wave vibration toothbrush of the present invention is provided with a charging interface 11 at the bottom of the handle 1 and a switch 12 on the side wall.
When the toothbrush works, the U-shaped tooth cleaning groove is placed in a dental arch, the eccentric motor is started to generate high-frequency vibration, water and toothpaste foam in the oral cavity are driven by the three-side brush hair to form fine pulse cleaning force, and gaps between teeth are impacted, so that dental plaque is cleaned. The sound wave vibration toothbrush can generate high-frequency vibration to improve the efficiency of cleaning tooth surfaces, and simultaneously can generate a certain amount of cavitation effect similar to ultrasonic waves to generate bubbles in water so as to further remove food residues, dental plaque and the like in tooth gaps.
The brush handle drives the movable shaft to rotate, the movable shaft drives the cam to rotate, and the rotation of the cam drives the distance between the movable wall and the fixed wall to change, so that the toothbrush is suitable for different dentitions of different individuals.
The invention has the outstanding effects that the angle is accurately grasped according to the most effective tooth brushing method known in the oral medical field, namely the pasteurization tooth brushing method, the jaw side and the cheek side of the teeth can be well cleaned, and meanwhile, the vomit symptom caused by the pharyngeal reflex can be reduced. The tooth cleaning groove has small volume, and the space can be freely stretched and contracted, thereby being completely fit for cleaning different teeth of an individual. The rotation of the brush handle draws the wall surface distance of the tooth cleaning groove to shrink, thereby being suitable for various dentition conditions of different individuals, and improving the use comfort and the simplicity of users. In addition, the brush hair piece can be replaced, the disassembly and the assembly are simple and easy, and the gum loss is effectively reduced. It is anticipated that embodiments of the present invention will greatly improve the oral problems and reduce the incidence of caries and periodontal disease for both manually handicapped and school-age children with poor compliance. The embodiment of the invention belongs to a surrounding type mouth cleaning instrument, the tooth cleaning groove has the volume, the two wall surfaces of the tooth cleaning groove stretch along with the rotation of the brush handle, the operation is simple, the operation of cleaning the oral cavity can be efficiently and quickly completed, the mouth cleaning device is suitable for various dentition conditions of different individuals, and the mouth cleaning device has universality, simplicity and high efficiency.

Claims (9)
1. A surrounding type sound wave vibration toothbrush is characterized by comprising a brush handle, a U-shaped tooth cleaning groove, a jaw side brush hair piece, a cheek side brush hair piece, an occlusal surface brush hair piece and an eccentric motor arranged in the brush handle;
the U-shaped tooth cleaning groove comprises a fixed wall and a movable wall, the bottom of the movable wall is connected with the bottom of the fixed wall in a sliding mode, and a return spring is arranged between the movable wall and the fixed wall; the jaw side brushing piece and the cheek side brushing piece are respectively fixed on the inner sides of the fixed wall and the movable wall;
the bottom of the fixed wall is connected with the brush handle through a movable shaft, the upper surface of the fixed wall is provided with a cam fixedly connected with the movable shaft, and the occlusion surface brush sheet is fixedly arranged on the cam surface;
the cam is movably contacted with the inner side surface of the bottom of the movable wall.

3. The surround sound wave vibrating toothbrush of claim 1, wherein the cam is oval in shape.
4. The surround sound wave vibrating toothbrush of claim 1, wherein the return spring is disposed between the end surfaces of the fixed wall and the movable wall adjacent thereto.

The surround sound wave vibration toothbrush according to claim 1, wherein the fixed wall and the movable wall are provided with a locking groove on the outer side of the upper portion thereof, and the jaw-side bristle plate and the cheek-side bristle plate are provided with an inverted locking hook fixedly connected with the locking groove on the outer side thereof.
6. The surround-type sonic vibration toothbrush of claim 5 wherein the fixed and movable walls have grooves formed in the inner walls thereof into which the jaw-side or cheek-side bristles are inserted.
7. The wraparound acoustic vibrating toothbrush of claim 6, wherein the bristles on the jaw-side bristle plate and the cheek-side bristle plate are angled at 45 degrees relative to the direction of insertion of the dental arch.
8. The surround sound wave vibrating toothbrush of any one of claims 1-7, wherein the movable shaft is eccentrically disposed on the cam.
9. The surround-type sonic vibration toothbrush of claim 8 wherein the cam surface is provided with a socket and the back of the occlusal surface bristle plate is provided with a post fixedly inserted into the socket.
