The control device may be a local computer, the controlled device may be a Server, the control device 101 and the controlled device 102 are connected through a network to establish a remote control relationship, the control device sends an instruction to the controlled device, the controlled device receives an operation instruction and executes the operation instruction, and simultaneously sends a current picture of the controlled device to the control device, software used for establishing remote control may be a remote desktop connection command (MSTSC, microsoft terminal services Client) or a virtual private network (VPN, virtual Private Network), a network environment where the controlled device and the control device are located may be the internet or a local area network, a Client of an enterprise resource planning (ERP, enterprise Resource Planning) system is installed on the controlled device, the ERP system is a Client/Server (C/S) architecture, the ERP Server is responsible for processing related data of the ERP, the Client is responsible for interworking with a user, the Client is connected with the Server through the local area network, receives a request of the user, and makes a request to the Server through the network, and operates a database. The server receives the request of the client, submits the data to the client, and the client calculates the data and presents the result to the user.
The ERP system of the client/server architecture is mainly characterized by strong interactivity, safe access mode, high response speed and contribution to processing a large amount of data, but the ERP system is required to be reinstalled, debugged and updated on other terminals, the operation is complex, the same effect as the ERP client is installed on the control equipment without the ERP client is realized by using remote control, the problem of the installation of the ERP client is well solved, and a user may need to export the data in the ERP client in the use process. The specific export process is that data in the ERP client is sent to an instruction for exporting the data to the controlled device, and the data on the controlled device is exported to the control device through other tools after the data is exported to the controlled device. The process of exporting data to the control device not only needs ERP client side but also may need other tools to cooperate to complete, this mode is very inconvenient for the operation, and the normal operation is that the local disk is directly selected, so that the local path of the server is easily selected because of the habit problem, and the file is led out to the controlled device by mistake.
In the case of the network framework provided in fig. 1, referring to fig. 2, a data transmission method provided in an embodiment of the present application includes: step 201-step 203.
201. The ERP client receives the data export request sent by the control equipment.
The ERP client is installed on controlled equipment remotely controlled by the controlled equipment, and the controlled equipment and the control equipment carry out remote control process through remote control software. The controlled device receives and executes the instruction sent by the control device and sends the current information of the controlled device to the control device, wherein the current information comprises audio information, display information and the like, the data requested by the data export request exists in the ERP client side,
202. the ERP client obtains the data requested by the data export request.
The ERP client determines the data corresponding to the data request, extracts the data, requests the required data from the ERP server according to the data export request for the ERP client in the concrete implementation process, and obtains the required data from the database corresponding to the ERP server.
203. And the ERP client sends the data to the control equipment according to the data export request.
And the ERP client sends the data requested by the data export request to the control equipment for sending the data export request according to the information contained in the data export request. The path on which the data transmission process depends may be a data transmission path used by a remote control process, or may be other network connection established between the control device and the controlled device for transmitting data. So that the control device stores the data and uses the data.
From the above technical solutions, the embodiments of the present application have the following advantages: the user can directly export the data to be exported into the control equipment through the ERP client and use the data.
Referring to fig. 3, a data transmission method provided in an embodiment of the present application includes: step 301-step 302.
301. The control device sends a data export request to the ERP client.
And the control equipment sends a data export request to the ERP client so that the ERP client sends data pointed by the data export request to the control equipment, and the controlled equipment and the control equipment perform remote control process through remote control software. The controlled device receives and executes the instruction sent by the control device, and sends the current information of the controlled device to the control device, the ERP client is installed on the controlled device remotely controlled by the control device, and the data exist in the ERP client.
302. And the control equipment stores the data returned by the ERP client.
The control device receives data which is exported by the ERP client according to the data export request and is sent to the control device, and stores the data for later retrieval and use by a user.
From the above technical solutions, the embodiments of the present application have the following advantages: the user can directly export the data to be exported into the control equipment through the ERP client and use the data.
Referring to fig. 4, a data transmission method provided in an embodiment of the present application includes: step 401-step 408.
In this embodiment, the data transmission method is described from both sides of the ERP client on the controlled device and the control device together, so that the method is clearer and easier to understand.
401. The control device determines a target storage location.
The control device determines a target storage position, and the control device confirms the address to which the data to be exported need to be stored according to the command of the user, so that when the data export request is sent, the address information can be added into the data export request, the ERP client can directly send the requested data to the address according to the data export request with the address information, the address corresponding to the target storage position belongs to the control device, the step that the client of the control device needs to select the storage position again when receiving the data is saved, and the scheme is more feasible.
402. The control device sends a data export request.
The control device sends a data export request to an ERP client installed on the controlled device, and the ERP client receives the data export request, wherein the data export request has two important information, namely, data needing to be exported and an address sent after export.
403. The ERP client obtains the data requested by the data export request.
The ERP client determines the data corresponding to the data request, extracts the data, requests the required data from the ERP server according to the data export request for the ERP client in the implementation process, and obtains the required data from the database corresponding to the ERP server or directly determines the data to be exported from the data existing in the ERP client.
404. The ERP client generates a temporary file.
The ERP client determines the target files where the data to be exported are located, extracts the data from the target files, uses the data to generate temporary files, and judges whether the files are readable to the control device or not and whether the file format needs to be converted or not under the condition that the data of Xu Daochu are the whole files. The data is converted into the readable format of the control equipment, so that a user of the control equipment can directly read or use the received file, and the feasibility of the scheme is improved.
405. And the ERP client judges whether the temporary file is complete.
Before sending the exported temporary file, the ERP client needs to judge whether the temporary file is complete, namely whether the generated temporary file can be read by the control equipment, specifically, whether the process of generating the temporary file is finished or not, and if the temporary file is complete, the ERP client can enter the sending process. If the temporary file is not the complete ERP client, the error reporting information can be judged again or generated after a certain time, and the method is not limited herein.
Meanwhile, whether all the effective data to be sent are contained in the temporary file or whether the effective data in the temporary file are out of date can be judged, and the stability of data transmission is improved.
406. The ERP client judges whether the process of remotely controlling the controlled device is complete or not.
Before the ERP client sends the exported temporary file, whether the process for remote control is complete or not is also needed to be judged, for the case of sending the temporary file through a remote control data channel, the judgment can ensure the smooth progress of the sending process, if the process for remote control is complete, the sending of the temporary file can be carried out, if the process for remote control is incomplete, the generation of error reporting information or the repair of the remote control process can be optionally selected, and the method is not limited in the specific place,
the step improves the reliability of the scheme implementation and the stability of data transmission. It should be noted that, there is no determined time relationship between step 405 and step 406, before the temporary file is sent, whether the process of remote control is complete or not may be judged first, or whether the temporary file is complete or not may be judged first, which is not limited herein
407. The ERP client sends the temporary file.
The ERP client determines that the temporary file is complete and the remote control process is complete, and then the temporary file can be sent to the control equipment, and the ERP client sends the temporary file to a target storage position corresponding to target position information contained in the data processing request, so that the control equipment stores the temporary file. The ERP client directly transmits the file to the target storage position, so that the step of transferring the temporary file to the target storage position by the control equipment is omitted, and the scheme is more feasible.
408. The control device stores the data returned by the ERP client.
The control device receives data which is exported by the ERP client according to the data export request and is sent to the control device, and stores the data for later retrieval and use by a user.
Referring to fig. 5, a data transmission method provided in an embodiment of the present application includes: step 501-step 509.
501. The control device sends a data export request.
The control device sends a data export request to the ERP client installed on the controlled device, and the ERP client receives the data export request, which is different from the data export request sent in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 4 in that the data export request sent in the embodiment does not include the target address information, so that the data load of the data export request is reduced, and the sending process of the data export request is more stable.
Step 502 and step 503 are the same as the steps 403 and 404 in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 4, and are not described here again.
504. The control device determines a target storage location.
After the control device sends the data export request, the control device receives a target storage position selection request of a user, and determines a target storage position, wherein the target storage position is positioned in the control device. It should be noted that the execution time of step 504 is not necessarily related to steps 502, 503, 505 and 506, and the specific timing relationship is not limited.
Step 505 and step 506 are the same as the steps 405 and 406 in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 4, and are not described here again.
507. The control device transmits the target storage location.
The control device sends target storage position information to the ERP client, so that the ERP client sends a temporary file to a target storage position in the control device according to the target storage position information, and the data export request and the target position information are sent separately, so that information transfer context is clear, and the scheme is more feasible.
