Technical Field
The invention relates to a multi-core wire cutting device which is used for cutting an insulating layer of a plurality of wire cores after an outer sheath is stripped. The invention also relates to a multi-core cable stripping system comprising the multi-core wire cutting device, which is used for cutting and stripping the insulating layers of a plurality of wire cores to complete stripping work.
Background
Generally, the service life of an electric wire cable is usually 70 years, and the cable needs to be replaced completely after the service life is reached, and the sheath layer, the insulating layer and the conductor of the replaced old cable need to be peeled off and classified for recycling. The existing cable stripping equipment can only strip one layer of insulating skin once, if the cable is in a structure of multi-core insulation and a cable outer sheath, the outer sheath of the cable needs to be stripped firstly, then a multi-core stranded structure in the sheath is split, and finally the insulating layer of each wire core is stripped in sequence. For example, stripping a five-core twisted cable requires six times of stripping respectively, which is time-consuming, labor-consuming, inefficient, and affects the classified recovery of the cable.
On the other hand, the multi-core cable is generally designed into an overall round shape and each single-core cable is in a special-shaped structure in order to reduce the sectional area of the cable, but the existing cable stripping equipment is a stripping mechanism designed for round single wires, when a special-shaped wire core is stripped, the wire core can be continuously twisted at a stripping knife edge due to certain torsion of the split cable wire core, the appearance of the wire core is not round, so that the knife edge cannot be in good contact with the insulating sheath of the cable, and the stripping effect is not good. If the contact position of the special-shaped cable and the wire stripping knife edge is fixed, the torsion of the cable can be continuously accumulated in the wire stripping section, and finally the cable is twisted off and can not be stripped continuously.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a multi-core wire cutting device which can cut the insulating layer of each wire core of a multi-core stranded cable at one time. The invention also relates to a multi-core cable stripping system comprising the multi-core cable cutting device.

The multi-core cable stripping system with the multi-core wire cutting device further comprises a wire releasing device, a single-core stripping device, a first wire stabilizing device, a second wire stabilizing device, a wire separating and stripping device and a wire collecting device, wherein the wire releasing device, the single-core stripping device, the first wire stabilizing device, the multi-core wire cutting device, the second wire stabilizing device, the wire separating and stripping device and the wire collecting device are sequentially arranged.
The pay-off device is used for storing and paying off wires; the single-core peeling device is used for peeling the outer sheath of the cable; the first wire stabilizing device and the second wire stabilizing device are crawler-type tractors and are used for dragging the cable, so that the cable is stable in dragging speed and stable in dragging tension; after the multi-core wire cutting device cuts the insulating layers of all the wire cores, the wire splitting and peeling device is used for peeling the insulating layers of the insulated wire cores; the take-up device is used for recovering the conductor stripped of the insulating layer.
The multi-core wire cutting device can cut the insulating layer of each wire core at one time, and the multi-core cable wire stripping system can separate the sheath layer of the multi-core stranded cable and the insulating layer of each wire core at one time, stably strip the plastic (insulating layer) and the conductor of the waste cable, and realize the rapid separation and recovery of the insulating sheath and the conductor of the cable.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the multi-core cable stripping system includes a paying-off device 1, a single-core stripping device 2, a first wire stabilizing device 3, a multi-core cutting device 4, a second wire stabilizing device 5, a branching stripping device 6 and a take-up device 7, wherein the paying-off device 1, the single-core stripping device 2, the first wire stabilizing device 3, the multi-core cutting device 4, the second wire stabilizing device 5, the branching stripping device 6 and the take-up device 7 are sequentially arranged.

The gap between the first cutting line disk 8 and the second cutting line disk 9 is provided with at least one (three shown in figure 3) adjusting rod 12, and the number of the adjusting rods 12 is the same as that of the wire cores. The head end of the adjusting rod 12 extends out of the first wire cutting disc 8 and the second wire cutting disc 9, and manual adjustment is facilitated.
