Description

Integrated long magnetic stripe sensor for counterfeit paper money discrimination and positioning method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of financial machines, in particular to an integrated long magnetic stripe sensor for counterfeit paper money discrimination and a positioning method.
Background
As socio-economic developments, the paper currency throughput is also increasing, resulting in increased use of various financial instruments to process the paper currency. However, the problem of counterfeit money begins to appear at the same time, and thus, various financial machines with the capability of checking and identifying counterfeit money are increasing. The prior financial machines do not have a clear and unified technical index, but mostly adopt industry standards or enterprise standards as design basis. Beginning in 2018, people's banks have led to the public, and a plurality of banks and enterprises participate together, so that clear performance indexes are provided for financial machines and tools, and the clear performance indexes are mainly expressed in the aspects of improving the currency counting speed, improving the counterfeit distinguishing capability and stabilizing the counterfeit catching capability.
In a financial machine with a paper currency identification capability, a plurality of magnetic sensors are generally used to capture a plurality of magnetic identification points arranged on the paper currency. In the method, a long magnetic stripe (cuboid magnetic stripe) sensor is used as a better design, and the long magnetic stripe sensor can cover the whole paper money, sense the small change of the magnetic counterfeit identifying point in the whole paper money and realize the discrimination of true and false paper money, so that the method is a high-efficiency and stable paper money magnetic counterfeit identifying means. However, when the paper money passes through the long magnetic strip sensor, the paper money and the bottom surface (i.e. the surface facing and contacting the paper money) of the long magnetic strip sensor need to be ensured to be completely attached, any gap exists, and the strength of the sampling signal of the long magnetic strip sensor can be directly influenced. In fact, after many tests, it is found that the integrity and the strength of the sampling signal can be ensured only if the paper money is stably kept to be parallel to and rubbed by the surface of the long magnetic strip sensor.
In the existing various financial machines equipped with long magnetic strip sensors, the long magnetic strip sensor is generally fixed on a bracket through a PCB (printed circuit board), namely a magnetic head plate, and is in contact with a transmission hair wheel which rotates through a transmission shaft to drive paper money to advance, and the transmission hair wheel drives the paper money to pass through the long magnetic strip sensor and receive detection. It is therefore required that the long magnetic strip sensor must be maintained parallel to the driving sheave along the length of the driving shaft, i.e., in the axial direction. If the long magnetic strip sensor is not parallel to the transmission hair wheel, the paper money driven by the transmission hair wheel cannot keep passing through the long magnetic strip sensor in a parallel mode, the magnetic detection result is inaccurate, and even if the same paper money faces different directions, the strength of the magnetic signal collected by the long magnetic strip sensor can be different. This obviously results in a failure of the authentication.
However, in actual installation, when the bracket is fixed to a rack of a financial machine, in order to adjust the distance between the long magnetic strip sensor and the rotating hair wheel, the hole for positioning the long magnetic strip sensor on the rack is a kidney-shaped hole, and the long magnetic strip sensor is easily deviated during manual installation, so that the distance between the two ends of the long magnetic strip sensor and the rotating hair wheel is difficult to be ensured to be the same, the long magnetic strip sensor cannot be accurately positioned, and the long magnetic strip sensor cannot be ensured to be parallel to the transmission shaft.
Meanwhile, the surface of the long magnetic strip sensor and the head plate are fixed by welding or bonding, welding materials or bonding materials are easily unevenly distributed in the welding or bonding process, uneven intervals often exist between the long magnetic strip sensor and the head plate, so that the long magnetic strip sensor cannot be assembled flatly, and errors exist; because the problem of uneven thickness also often exists in the head board manufacturing process, also can inevitably have the error of inequal distance, among the prior art, the head board with the fixed mode between the support can lead to these two errors to superpose each other, in addition the support with installation error between the transmission shaft can lead to the accurate installation of long magnetic stripe sensor very difficult, inefficiency.
Accordingly, the prior art is yet to be improved and developed.

Detailed Description
The invention provides an integrated long magnetic stripe sensor for counterfeit paper money discrimination and a positioning method thereof, and in order to make the purpose, technical scheme and effect of the invention clearer and clearer, the invention is further described in detail by referring to the attached drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The integrated long magnetic strip sensor is mainly used for identifying the counterfeit paper money, and therefore, the integrated long magnetic strip sensor is installed in a financial machine with the counterfeit paper money identifying function. In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the integrated long magnetic strip sensor comprises a support 3, preferably made of a hard material, for example a hard metal material such as an aluminum alloy. The bracket 3 is fixed with two protrusions 6 at both ends in the length direction, facing in the same direction, for example, the lower direction in fig. 1, and the two protrusions 6 are preferably, but not necessarily, arranged at the same height.
A long magnetic stripe sensor body 1 is arranged between the two bulges 6, and the long magnetic stripe sensor body 1 is fixedly connected with a magnetic head plate 2 and the bracket 3. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the head plate 2 is disposed between two protrusions 6 and between the long magnetic strip sensor body 1 and the bracket 3; the magnetic head plate 2 is used for receiving the electric signal sent by the long magnetic strip sensor body 1. The head plate 2 and the fixed connection between the long magnetic strip sensor bodies 1 can be specifically as follows: the upper back of the long magnetic strip sensor body 1 is attached to the bottom surface of the head plate 2 in parallel along the length direction, and is fixed to the head plate 2 through at least one fixed connection, such as bonding or welding, even in a screw connection mode.
In another embodiment, if the head board 2 cannot fully accommodate the related circuit of the long magnetic strip sensor body 1, as shown in fig. 1, the head board 2 is further electrically connected with a magnetic signal board 4, and the magnetic signal board 4 is disposed above and outside the bracket 3.
The head plate 2 is separately connected to the bracket 3 by at least two fixing posts 5. So that it can be ensured that the connection of the head plate 2 and the bracket 3 is not easily deformed. Specifically, at least two fixing columns 5 are separately arranged between the two bulges 6, the upper ends of the fixing columns 5 are connected with the bracket 3, and the lower ends of the fixing columns 5 are connected with the head plate 2.
Here, the connection between the fixing post 5 and the bracket 3 and the connection between the fixing post and the head plate 2 may be fixed, as long as the height position of the connection point is set according to the specific thickness of the long magnetic strip sensor body 1. For example, the two fixing posts 5 are arranged identically, and a connecting line between the tops of the two protrusions 6 is kept parallel to the bracket 3 along the length direction, so that the bottom surface of the long magnetic stripe sensor body 1 is ensured to be parallel to the bracket 3, and further parallel to the connecting line between the tops of the two protrusions 6. But it is better that fixed column 5 sets up to be fixed connection again after can adjusting from top to bottom to can adapt to more installation conditions.
In the integrated long magnetic stripe sensor, the installation and positioning targets of the long magnetic stripe sensor body 1 after being installed on the bracket 3 are as follows: after the sensor is installed, the connecting line between the tops of the two protrusions 6 and the bottom surface of the long magnetic strip sensor body 1 are parallel to each other along the length direction. Therefore, after the integrated long magnetic stripe sensor is arranged in a frame of a financial machine with a paper money counterfeit identification function, the long magnetic stripe sensor body 1 can be easily positioned through the tops of the two bulges 6. This is achieved by adjusting the connection between the fixing posts 5 and the bracket 3 and the head plate 2.
Specifically, at least one of the connection between the fixing post 5 and the bracket 3 or the connection between the fixing post 5 and the head plate 2 is configured to be adjustable up and down and then fixed. In particular, considering that the head plate 2 is located below the bracket 3 and the head plate 2 is thin, the upper ends of the fixing posts 5 are fixedly coupled to the bracket 3 in a vertical direction, but the lower ends thereof are rotatably coupled to the head plate 2, so that the head plate 2 can be adjusted up and down to a proper position and then fixed.
In a better embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the fixing column 5 is specifically configured as: the fixing column 5 comprises a threaded through hole in the vertical direction, namely, threads are arranged on the inner wall of the through hole. The threaded through hole and the bracket 3 are fixedly arranged in the vertical direction, a positioning screw 51 is screwed into the threaded through hole from the upper end, and the lower end of the positioning screw 51 extends out of the threaded through hole and is rotatably connected to the head plate 2. Thus, the height position of the head plate 2 can be adjusted up and down by rotating the set screw 51. It is ensured that the long magnetic strip sensor body 1 can be parallel to the line between the tops of the two projections 6. And the distance from the line between the tops of the two protrusions 6 is adjustable.
After the integrated long magnetic strip sensor is arranged, the integrated long magnetic strip sensor is arranged on a rack in a financial machine with the paper money counterfeit distinguishing capability. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the frame includes two side walls 10, the side walls 10 are provided with adjusting holes, the adjusting holes are preferably sliding grooves with long axes located in the vertical direction, the width of the sliding grooves is adapted to the width of the bracket 3, so as to allow the bracket 3 to be clamped in the sliding grooves to slide up and down through two ends of the bracket or through sliding blocks fixedly connected to two ends of the bracket, and to perform fine adjustment up and down to a certain extent, so as to ensure that the top ends of the protrusions 6 completely abut against the outer ring of the transmission shaft bearing 9, thereby ensuring that the long magnetic stripe sensor body 1 and the transmission hair wheel 7 are kept axially parallel. The machine frame further comprises a transmission hair wheel 7 used for driving paper money on the transmission hair wheel to translate through rotation, a transmission shaft 8 is fixedly arranged at the center of the transmission hair wheel 7 along the axial direction, the transmission shaft 8 is rotatably arranged on the machine frame through two transmission shaft bearings 9 with the same outer diameter at two ends, the transmission shaft 8 drives the transmission hair wheel 7 to rotate, and the transmission hair wheel 7 can drive the paper money on the transmission hair wheel 7 to translate through the long magnetic stripe sensor body 1 through rotation. When the top end of the protrusion 6 abuts against the outer ring of the propeller shaft bearing 9, the bracket 3 can be fixed, and any offset in the later period is prevented. The specific fixing method can be bolt fixing, or existing fixing methods such as screw fixing, and will not be described in detail herein.
In order to ensure that the long magnetic stripe sensor body 1 and the transmission hair wheel 7 are tightly attached relatively, namely, a paper money channel formed between the long magnetic stripe sensor body 1 and the transmission hair wheel 7 does not cause the occurrence of paper money clamping because a larger gap is left, and does not influence the movement of paper money because of over-tightness, the distance between the connecting line between the long magnetic stripe sensor body 1 and the tops of the two protrusions 6 needs to be limited. Specifically, the difference between the radius of the driving hair wheel 7 and the radius of the driving shaft bearing 9 should be equal to or slightly less than the distance between the connecting line between the tops of the two protrusions 6 and the bottom of the long magnetic strip sensor body 1, so that after the long magnetic strip sensor is installed, the thickness of the paper money channel just allows one paper money to pass through.
In summary, the positioning method of the integrated long magnetic stripe sensor disclosed by the invention at least comprises the following steps:
a. clamping the integrated long magnetic stripe sensor between the two side walls 10, and pushing the integrated long magnetic stripe sensor until the two ends of the bracket 3 fall into the adjusting holes;
b. pushing the integrated long magnetic strip sensor to the direction of the transmission hair wheel 7 along the extension direction of the adjusting hole, so that the top ends of the two bulges 6 are respectively contacted with the outer rings of the two transmission shaft bearings 9;
c. the bracket 3 is fixed.
In a preferred embodiment, in order to reduce the trouble of subsequent installation adjustment, before step a, the method further comprises the steps of:
A0. and adjusting the height position of the fixed column 5 to enable a connecting line between the long magnetic strip sensor body 1 and the tops of the two bulges 6 to be parallel along the length direction.
Meanwhile, in order to ensure that the thickness of the paper money channel is not small and just allows one paper money to pass through, before the step c, the method further comprises the following steps:
C0. the bottom surface of the long magnetic strip sensor body is in contact with the side surface of the transmission hair wheel.
In summary, in the integrated long magnetic stripe sensor and the positioning method for counterfeit paper money discrimination disclosed by the invention, two protrusions 6 facing the same direction are fixedly arranged at two ends of a bracket 3 of the integrated long magnetic stripe sensor, a long magnetic stripe sensor body 1 is arranged between the two protrusions 6 through a head plate 2, the head plate 2 is connected to the bracket 3 through at least two fixing posts 5, and a connecting line between tops of the two protrusions 6 is parallel to the bottom surface of the long magnetic stripe sensor body 1 along the length direction, when the integrated long magnetic stripe sensor is installed, only the top ends of the two protrusions 6 are required to be respectively contacted with outer rings of two transmission shaft bearings 9, so that the bottom surface of the long magnetic stripe sensor body 1 and the side surface of the transmission hair wheel 7 are ensured to be parallel, and paper money is allowed to parallelly wipe the bottom surface of the long magnetic stripe sensor body 1, receiving a sample and detection of a magnetic authentication point on a banknote. The integrated long magnetic stripe sensor and the positioning method disclosed by the invention greatly simplify the assembly process, and only the connection line between the tops of the two bulges 6 is ensured to be parallel to the bottom surface of the long magnetic stripe sensor body 1 along the length direction before installation, so that the aim of keeping the long magnetic stripe sensor body 1 and the transmission hair wheel 7 parallel is easier to finish, and the integrated long magnetic stripe sensor and the positioning method have better assembly consistency, thereby ensuring that each paper currency can keep parallel to pass through the long magnetic stripe sensor body 1 under the rotation drive of the transmission hair wheel 7, ensuring the accuracy of a magnetic induction reading result and ensuring the accuracy of a paper currency discrimination result.
It is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the examples described above, but that modifications and variations may be effected thereto by those of ordinary skill in the art in light of the foregoing description, and that all such modifications and variations are intended to be within the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
