Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The current online financial transaction is mainly supported and operated by a transaction channel corresponding to a transaction platform, the transaction channel of the transaction platform mainly depends on manual configuration, when the manually configured transaction channel fails, the transaction channel needs to be manually maintained, the method which depends on manual configuration and maintenance of the transaction channel improves the labor cost, and the configuration of the transaction channel is considered to be performed, that is, the transaction channel of the transaction platform is manually selected, because the performance parameters influencing the transaction channel are many, the optimal transaction channel cannot be obtained depending on manual configuration, the method which depends on manual configuration of the transaction channel leads to low user experience, and once the performance of the transaction channel fails, the financial transaction activity of the transaction platform can be immediately terminated, for example, if the performance of the channel used when a loan enterprise (i.e. the transaction platform) releases money to customers fails, it may affect the loan outcome and even directly result in a loan failure. It follows that current methods based on manual configuration of transaction channels do not meet current business needs.
In order to enable a transaction channel determined by a transaction platform to better meet business requirements and improve the transaction efficiency of the transaction platform, the application provides a transaction channel routing method which can realize automatic selection and switching of the transaction channel. In an embodiment, the rule may be as shown in fig. 1, and mainly includes a primary routing rule and a secondary routing rule, where any routing rule includes a routing factor for determining the rule, and in an embodiment, the primary routing rule correspondingly includes a primary routing factor for determining whether the primary routing rule passes through, where the primary routing factor specifically includes: one or more of limit, card type, transaction channel type, and funding position; the second-level routing rule correspondingly includes a second-level routing factor for determining whether the second-level routing rule passes through, and the second-level routing factor specifically includes: one or more of a tariff, an age, a number of messages processed Per Second (tps), and a network delay.
In one embodiment, the limit refers to a transaction limit defined by a transaction channel and is used for matching with an operation limit indicated by transaction operation; the card type refers to the type of payment card that the transaction channel supports transactions, such as a debit card or a credit card, etc.; the transaction channel type refers to a payment type supported by the transaction channel, such as quick payment, internet bank payment, cardless payment, collection and payment, and the like.
After various rules of routing rules of the transaction channels are determined, namely after various levels of routing factors of the routing of the transaction channels are determined, if a transaction operation initiated by a user is received, a transaction platform (which can be set up by one or more servers) can filter out channels which do not meet requirements in a main transaction channel according to a primary routing factor, so that at least one transaction channel capable of executing the transaction operation is obtained, and the channel performance of the at least one transaction channel identified by the secondary routing factor is detected after the primary routing factor is screened.
In one embodiment, the score calculation may be performed according to the set weights of the secondary routing factors, wherein the weighted values of the secondary routing factors may be set first, for example, the weighted ratio of the tariff rate f1 is set as a, the weighted ratio of the timeliness sx is set as b, the weighted ratio of the success rate cgl is set as c, the weighted ratio of the tps is set as d, the weighted ratio of the network delay wly is set as e, and it should be noted that the sum of a, b, c, d, and e is equal to 1.
After determining the weight ratio corresponding to each secondary routing factor, the grade score of each transaction channel in the at least one transaction channel may be detected, in an embodiment, each factor in the secondary routing factors may be divided into n grades, and different grades correspond to different scores, and then the grade score may be determined according to the grade score of each transaction channel by detecting the grade score to which each transaction channel belongs, for example, the grade score of the rate f1 is f1(n), and the grade score of the time sx is sx (n). Further, after determining the weight ratio corresponding to each secondary routing factor and the grade score corresponding to each secondary routing factor of each transaction channel, the formula can be used: and calculating the route score of the at least one trading channel by the route score of a, f1(n) + b sx (n) + c cgl (n) + d tps (n) + e wly) (n), sequencing the route scores of the at least one trading channel in sequence from big to small, and determining the first trading channel sequenced by the route score of the at least one trading channel as a target trading channel, thereby executing trading operation by using the target trading channel.
In one embodiment, when a performance failure occurs in a target trading channel, the trading channel with the routing score ranked second can be automatically switched to a new target trading channel, and trading operation is completed through the new target trading channel. Similarly, if the transaction channel ranked at the second position fails, the transaction channel ranked at the third position is switched to a new target transaction channel, and so on, if the transaction channel ranked at the first n-1 position fails, the transaction channel ranked at the nth position is switched to the new transaction channel.
If the new target trading channel is the trading channel with the minimum routing score after the trading channel is switched, and if the performance fault of the trading channel with the minimum routing score is detected, the standby channel is used as the target trading channel according to the perpetuality rule, the success rate of the secondary routing factor of each main channel can be changed to 0 and is promoted to a primary routing grade in the process of using the standby channel, so that when the trading operation is received again, the standby channel can be directly used as the target trading channel without performing the routing operation of the trading channel. Further, each main channel can be marked as unavailable, channel repairing and back-switching are carried out simultaneously, at least one trading operation of the main trading channel marked as unavailable can be used when the trading channel repairing and back-switching is carried out, the success rate of the trading operation of the main trading channel marked as unavailable is detected after a period of time, if the success rate is increased in a mode of 5%, 10% and 15% and reaches a preset success rate threshold value, the unavailable mark of the main trading channel is cancelled, the success rate is restored simultaneously, and the secondary routing factor is adjusted.
In one embodiment, if the transaction limit corresponding to the backup channel is smaller than the operation limit indicated by the transaction operation submitted by the user when the transaction operation is executed by using the backup channel, the backup channel can be continuously called to complete the transaction operation in batches.
Referring to fig. 2, which is a schematic flow chart of a transaction channel routing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the method may include:
s201, the server obtains the transaction operation submitted by the user, and the transaction operation carries transaction information.
The server includes one or more services for setting up an online trading platform for supporting online financial transactions, including one or more trading channels supporting online transactions. In an embodiment of the present invention, the transaction channel may be divided into a main transaction channel and a backup transaction channel in advance, where the main transaction channel and the backup transaction channel may be divided based on the size of the transaction amount, or the main transaction channel and the backup transaction channel may be divided based on the performance of the transaction channel, such as the success rate of the transaction channel.
In one embodiment, the transaction operation includes a payment operation and a cash withdrawal operation, and the transaction information carried by the transaction operation includes: transaction amount, transaction card type, payment type, etc. The server can simultaneously acquire transaction operations submitted by a plurality of users and can simultaneously process at least one transaction operation.
S202, the server determines at least one transaction channel capable of executing the transaction operation from a plurality of main transaction channels based on the transaction information and the primary routing factor.
In one embodiment, the server may divide the routing factors into a primary routing factor and a secondary routing factor in advance based on the influence on the execution capacity and the influence on the execution performance of the main transaction channel, wherein the primary routing factor is used for determining the execution capacity of the main transaction channel, and the secondary routing factor is used for determining the channel performance of the main transaction channel. The server can determine at least one transaction channel capable of executing the transaction operation from a plurality of main transaction channels based on the matching degree of the transaction information and the routing factor. The server can determine a transaction channel in which the transaction information and the primary routing factor are completely matched as at least one transaction channel capable of executing transaction operation, and can also determine a transaction channel in which the matching degree of the transaction information and the primary routing factor meets a preset threshold value as at least one transaction channel capable of executing transaction operation.
In the embodiment of the invention, the performance advantages and disadvantages of at least one transaction channel capable of executing the transaction operation are calculated by using a secondary routing factor.
S203, the server determines a target transaction channel from the at least one transaction channel capable of executing the transaction operation according to the secondary routing factor, and completes the transaction operation by using the target transaction channel.
After the server determines at least one transaction channel capable of executing the transaction operation from the main transaction channels according to the primary routing factor, further, the channel performance of the at least one transaction channel capable of executing the transaction operation can be determined according to the secondary routing factor, so that the optimal performance channel can be used as a target transaction channel according to the channel performance, the transaction operation is completed by using the target transaction channel, the routing of the transaction channel is realized, the optimal channel for executing the transaction operation can be selected according to the channel routing, and the transaction efficiency of a transaction platform for transactions can be improved.
In the embodiment of the invention, a server obtains a transaction operation including transaction information submitted by a user, so that at least one transaction channel capable of executing the transaction operation can be determined from a plurality of main transaction channels based on the transaction information and a primary routing factor, and further, the channel performance of the at least one transaction channel is determined according to a secondary routing factor, so that a target transaction channel is determined from the at least one transaction channel capable of executing the transaction operation, wherein the target transaction channel is the best transaction channel in the at least one transaction channel capable of executing the transaction operation, so that the transaction operation can be completed by using the transaction channel, and the transaction efficiency of a transaction platform is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, which is a schematic flow chart of a transaction channel routing method according to another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the method may include:
s301, the server obtains the transaction operation submitted by the user, and the transaction operation carries transaction information.
In an embodiment, the specific implementation of step S301 may specifically refer to the specific implementation of step S201, and is not described herein again.
S302, the server extracts first characteristic information of each main transaction channel in a plurality of main transaction channels, wherein the first characteristic information is related to a primary routing factor.
In one embodiment, the first characteristic information related to the primary routing factor in each main transaction channel extracted by the server is channel information for determining the primary routing factor, and the primary routing factor comprises: one or more of limit, card type, transaction channel type and fund position, wherein the first characteristic information of each main transaction channel corresponding to the limit is the channel limit of each main transaction channel, such as 5 thousand, 10 ten thousand and the like; the first characteristic information of each main transaction channel corresponding to the card type is the payment card type supported by each main transaction channel, such as supporting a debit card, a debit card and/or a credit card and the like; the first characteristic information of each main transaction channel corresponding to the transaction channel type is a payment mode supported by each main transaction channel, such as quick payment, online banking payment and/or collection and the like; the fund position refers to the fund balance of the payment card supporting the transaction operation.
The first characteristic information is used to identify whether each transaction channel of the plurality of main transaction channels can undertake the transaction operation submitted by the user, and determine at least one transaction channel capable of undertaking the transaction operation from the main transaction channels by performing step S303.
S303, the server matches the first characteristic information of each main transaction channel with the transaction information, and determines the main transaction channel with the first characteristic information corresponding to the multiple main transaction channels successfully matched with the transaction information as at least one transaction channel capable of executing the transaction operation.
In one embodiment, the server may match each item of sub-information in the first characteristic information of the main transaction channel with each item of sub-information in the transaction information, for example, may match a channel limit with a transaction amount, and determine that the matching is successful when the channel limit is greater than or equal to the transaction amount; matching the card type supported by the channel with the transaction card type included in the transaction information, and determining that the matching is successful when the card type supported by the channel includes the transaction card type; and matching the transaction channel type with the payment type, and determining that the matching is successful when the transaction channel type comprises the payment type.
When matching each item of sub information in the first feature information with each item of sub information in the transaction information, the server may determine that the first feature information is successfully matched with the transaction information when the number of successfully matched sub information satisfies a preset number threshold, for example, the server may preset that the number of successfully matched sub information is 2, and determine that the first feature information is successfully matched with the transaction information corresponding to the transaction channel.
In one embodiment, the server may sequentially match the first characteristic information corresponding to the plurality of main transaction channels with the transaction information, and each time the first characteristic information is successfully matched with the transaction information, the main transaction channel corresponding to the first characteristic information successfully matched with the transaction information may be marked as a transaction channel capable of executing the transaction operation, and then at least one transaction channel capable of executing the transaction operation may be determined from the plurality of main transaction channels.
After at least one trading channel capable of performing the trading operation is determined, the channel performance of the at least one trading channel capable of performing the trading operation can be further calculated according to the secondary routing factor, and when the channel performance of the at least one trading channel is calculated, step S304 is performed first.
S304, the server determines the routing score corresponding to each transaction channel in the at least one transaction channel capable of executing the transaction operation according to the secondary routing factor.
In one embodiment, when the server determines, according to the secondary routing factor, a routing score corresponding to each of at least one trading channel capable of performing the trading operation, specifically performing the following steps:
s11, obtaining a secondary routing factor used for calculating the corresponding calculating weight when calculating the routing score of the trading channel, wherein the secondary routing factor comprises one or more of rate, timeliness, success rate, network delay and per second message processing number tps;
s12, extracting second characteristic information of each transaction channel in the at least one transaction channel related to the secondary routing factor, and determining a grade score corresponding to the second characteristic information of each transaction channel;
s13, calculating the route score corresponding to each transaction channel according to the calculated weight and the grade score.
In one embodiment, the calculated weights corresponding to the tariff rate f1, the age sx, the success rate cgl, the network latency wly, and tps included in the secondary routing factor may be a, b, c, d, and e, respectively. Wherein the sum of the calculated weights of all secondary routing factors is 1, e.g., a + b + c + d + e equals 1. When determining the extracted grade score corresponding to the second characteristic information of the at least one transaction channel, the following steps may be specifically performed: determining the grade division of each factor included in the secondary routing factors; and determining the grade of the second characteristic information corresponding to the at least one transaction channel, and detecting the grade score corresponding to the grade. For example, the success rate cgl may be divided into k levels, and the level of the second characteristic information of any transaction channel capable of performing the transaction operation in the k levels is determined, so as to detect the level score corresponding to the level, which is assumed to be cgl (n), and so on, to obtain the level score f1(n) corresponding to the rate, the level score sx (n) corresponding to the time-lapse sx, the level score tps (n) corresponding to tps, and the level wl score y (n) corresponding to the network delay, respectively. Thus, according to the formula: and (c) calculating the route score of each transaction channel capable of executing the transaction operation according to the route score of a, f1(n) + b, sx (n) + c cgl (n) + d tps (n) + e wly (n).
After obtaining the route score of each transaction channel capable of executing the transaction operation, the route scores may be sorted according to the order of the route scores, and then step S305 is executed.
S305, the server takes the transaction channel with the highest corresponding routing score in the at least one transaction channel capable of executing the transaction operation as a target transaction channel.
The second routing factor is used for representing the channel performance of the transaction channel, so that the performance of executing the transaction operation corresponding to the transaction channel with the highest calculated routing score is optimal, and thus, the server can determine the optimal transaction channel (i.e. the transaction channel with the highest routing score) from at least one transaction channel as a target transaction channel according to the routing score, so that the transaction platform processes the transaction operation by using the optimal transaction channel, and the processing efficiency of the transaction platform on the transaction operation is improved.
S306, when the target trading channel performance is detected to be abnormal, the server arranges the corresponding routing score in the at least one trading channel in a second trading channel as the target trading channel.
In one embodiment, the performance of a transaction channel is determined by the size of a routing score corresponding to an available transaction channel, the larger the routing score is, the better the performance of the channel corresponding to the transaction channel is, the smaller the routing score is, the worse the performance of the channel corresponding to the transaction channel is, and when the routing score is smaller than a preset score threshold, the performance of the transaction channel is considered to be abnormal, wherein the preset score threshold is preset by a server. In another embodiment, a transaction channel when the route score is 0 may also be considered a performance-anomalous transaction channel.
When the performance of the target transaction channel is detected to be abnormal, the transaction channels can be automatically switched to execute the current transaction operation, for example, the routing score corresponding to the at least one transaction channel can be arranged in the second transaction channel as the target transaction channel, and so on, when the routing score is detected to be arranged in the second transaction channel as the target transaction channel, the performance of the target transaction channel is found to be abnormal, the transaction channel with the routing score arranged in the third transaction channel is used as the target transaction channel, that is, when the transaction channel with the routing score arranged in the (n-1) th position is detected as the target transaction channel, the performance of the target transaction channel is found to be abnormal, and the transaction channel with the routing score arranged in the (n) th position is used as the target transaction channel. In an embodiment of the present invention, the server may detect whether the performance of the target transaction channel is abnormal according to a preset time interval, and may also detect whether the target transaction channel is abnormal each time a transaction operation is received.
In one embodiment, if a target trading channel performance anomaly is detected after the trading channel with the lowest routing score is used as the target trading channel, the standby channel is used as the target trading channel, and the primary trading channels are marked as unavailable, so that when a new trading operation is received again, the new trading operation is completed by using the standby trading channel.
