The order processing method provided by the invention aims at the following scenes: the method is used for meeting the riding requirements difficultly when a vehicle is driven through the Internet service in a scene with difficult transport capacity.
For example, one particular capacity difficulty scenario may be: in some three-four-wire cities, many users need to work or transact business across areas, and there are many medium-long distance riding demands with long route length, such as riding orders with the route length greater than 10 kilometers.
For another example, another specific capacity difficulty scenario may be: the hot door areas, such as airports, bus stations, train stations and the like, have large riding demands, but the existing mode of processing orders according to vehicle types leads to the situation that the matching degree between the transport capacity and the riding demands of the hot door areas is low, and in addition, the hot door areas may have the problems of being far away from a destination, long waiting time for taking a car and the like, and further reduces the on-line taxi taking willingness of passengers, and the situation that a large number of passengers in the hot door areas are detained and the on-line capacity is waited occurs.
Still alternatively, a specific difficult transportation scenario starting at the driver-side angle may be: aiming at the part of the.
As described above, the existing manner of processing orders by order-sending according to vehicle types is difficult to meet the riding requirements in a scene of transport capacity difficulty. Based on this, the order processing method provided by the invention aims to solve the above technical problems in the prior art, and proposes the following solution ideas: the method comprises the steps of judging whether an order is a special order or not according to the position characteristics and/or route characteristics of the order submitted by a passenger terminal during specific operation, and completing order matching of the order in a menu mode if the order is the special order and is confirmed by the passenger terminal so as to meet the riding requirement in a scene of transport capacity difficulty to a certain extent.
The following describes the technical solutions of the present invention and how to solve the above technical problems with specific embodiments. The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example one
The embodiment of the invention provides an order processing method. Referring to fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
s102, obtaining travel characteristics of the current order, wherein the travel characteristics comprise: at least one of a location characteristic, a route characteristic, and a passenger personal characteristic.
And S104, judging whether the current order is an order of a specified type or not according to the travel characteristics.
And S106, if the current order is determined to be the order of the specified type, outputting order confirmation information of the specified type.
S108, receiving a confirmation instruction aiming at the confirmation information, and sending the current order to a menu server so as to enable each driver terminal to menu on the menu server.
In the order processing scheme shown in fig. 1, the embodiment of the present invention starts from the travel characteristic of the current order, and determines whether the current order is a special type order, if so, then outputs confirmation information to the passenger terminal, and after the confirmation of the passenger terminal, the order can be processed according to the menu mode; otherwise, if the current order is not a special type order, or the current order is a special type order and the passenger end rejects, the order is still processed according to the existing dispatching method.
Specifically, when S102 is executed, the travel features at least include, but are not limited to: at least one of a location feature and a route feature. For example, in a specific implementation process, the determination of whether the order is the specified type may be performed by considering at least one of travel time characteristics, remark characteristics, and the like in the travel characteristics.
S102 may be implemented by acquiring information input by the passenger when the passenger initiates the riding request. In some taxi taking applications, a user generally inputs an getting-on position, a getting-off position, a departure time and other remark information (such as whether an invoice is needed or not, whether to bear a round trip fare and other information) in a passenger end, so that when the passenger end initiates a taxi taking request, the information is used as a trip characteristic, and accordingly, which order processing mode is executed is judged.
Hereinafter, the implementation procedure of S104 will be described by taking the location feature and the route feature as examples.
In an implementation scenario, if the position characteristic of the current order is used to determine whether the order is an order of a specified type, the determination may be made based on a relationship between the getting-on position and a preset geo-fence and a relationship between the getting-off address and the geo-fence.
Geo-fencing (Geo-fencing) is a new application of LBS, which is to use a virtual fence to enclose a virtual geographic boundary. The terminal may receive automatic notifications and alerts when the terminal enters, leaves, or is active within a particular geographic area.
At this time, in combination with the riding scenario addressed by the embodiment of the present invention, the manner of determining whether the current order is the order of the designated type may be:
acquiring the correlation between the getting-on position and the getting-off position of the current order and a preset geographic fence respectively;
and determining whether the current order is the order of the specified type or not according to the correlation.
In the embodiment of the present invention, both the location and the number of the geo-fences may be preset as needed, and the embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited, and for example, an airport geo-fence may be preset, and a hot commercial area geo-fence may also be set. In addition, city factors may also be considered when presetting geofences, e.g., city level geofences may be set.
And judging which correlation is determined to be the order of the specified type in advance when the current order is specifically realized according to the method.
For example, in one implementation, the current order is determined to be a designated type of order only when the departure location is within one of the geofence ranges and/or the drop-off location is within another of the geofence ranges.
Alternatively, for example, in another implementation, the current order is determined to be a designated type of order only when the departure location is within one of the geofence ranges and the drop-off location is within another of the geofence ranges.
Alternatively, for another example, in another implementation, when the departure location is within one of the geofences, the current order is determined to be an order of the specified type.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the preset (location range and number) of the geo-fence and what correlation is determined as the preset of the order of the designated type may be configured in advance in a Management Information System (MIS).
The Mis system is an integrated man-machine system which is manually guided, utilizes computer hardware, software, network communication equipment and other office equipment to collect, transmit, process, store, update and maintain information, and supports high-level decision, middle-level control and basic-level operation of enterprises with the purposes of enterprise strategic competition and efficiency improvement. The management information system consists of a decision support system, an industrial control system, an office automation system, a database, a model base, a method base, a knowledge base and an interface for exchanging information with a superior organ and the outside.
In addition, according to the location characteristics, when determining whether the current order is an order of a specified type, the following two implementation manners may be included, but are not limited to:
comparing the route length of the current order with a preset length threshold; when the route length is greater than or equal to the length threshold, determining that the current order is the order of the specified type; or,
and determining the estimated vehicle resources of the current order according to the route length of the current order, and determining the current order as the order of the specified type when the estimated vehicle resources reach a vehicle resource threshold value.
The realization mode can screen out the medium and long distance orders with longer route length, and a menu processing mode different from the existing menu dispatching mode is made for the part of orders, so that the riding travel requirement under the medium and long distance scene is met.
In addition to the above specific determination methods, characteristics of the specified type of order may be preset based on other obtained travel characteristics. For example, an order with a departure time within a preset time period may be determined as a specified type of order, and so on.
In addition, when the determination process of step S104 is performed, the personal characteristics of the passenger at the passenger end can be further considered, wherein the personal characteristics of the passenger are used for characterizing the following situation of the passenger end. For example, may include, but is not limited to: at least one of integrity, rate of placing orders, volume of orders placed, rate of cancellation of orders, and personal Identification (ID) code.
For example, when the integrity of the passenger side reaches an integrity threshold value, the order sent by the passenger side can be confirmed as the specified type of order according to the integrity of the passenger side.
Alternatively, for another example, when the ID of the passenger side is one of the list of good passengers, it is determined that the order placed by the passenger side is confirmed as the order of the designated type.
It can be understood that the above manner is a process of implementing judgment according to any travel information, and when the above manner is implemented specifically, judgment on whether the current order is an order of a specified type can be implemented based on a combination manner of the above travel information, which is not described again.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the step S106 can provide the user with the space for selection and confirmation through the determination process of S104.
If the judgment result determines that the current order is the order of the specified type, whether the order is processed in a mode of the order of the specified type needs to be confirmed to the passenger end, and if the confirmation of the passenger end is received, the menu step of S108 is executed; otherwise, if the rejection or change of the passenger end is received, the current order is processed according to the original order processing mode.
Specifically, before executing S106, the method may further include the following steps:
and obtaining order confirmation information of the current order according to the travel characteristics and the order of the specified type.
The order confirmation information related to the embodiment of the invention comprises at least one of the following information: order type information, estimated waiting time information, payment information and guidance prompt information.
In the order confirmation information, the order type information is used to represent the order attribute of the current order, that is, the "type-specific order" attribute of the current order. Specifically, the specific type of order may have different display names, for example, a "special car order" attribute; also for example, a "preferential order" attribute, etc.
The estimated waiting time information is used for representing the estimated waiting time for the passenger to wait for the order receiving from the driver on the premise of sending the riding request in a specified type order mode. For example, the passenger may be prompted to wait for an estimated time period of 5 minutes at the present time.
The payment information is payment amount information for the special type order, and may further include, but is not limited to: payment waiting time, payment mode and the like. In a practical implementation scenario, the payment information may be lower than the payment amount charged according to the existing vehicle type, so as to promote the stimulation for the special riding scenario.
The guidance prompt message is used for guiding the waiting information of the passengers. Specifically, a specific guiding case may be included, for example, the passenger may be prompted in a text or voice manner, and what kind of preference the current order may enjoy. In addition, the guidance prompt message may also include display guidance for other order confirmation messages. For example, the estimated waiting time can be displayed in a clock form, and countdown is started by taking the estimated waiting time as the maximum value so as to increase guidance of the waiting process of the passenger.
The above-mentioned acquisition algorithm and preset conditions of each order confirmation information can be written into the Redis system in advance. The Redis system is an open source log-type and Key-Value database which is written by using ANSI C language, supports network, can be based on memory and can also be persistent, and provides API of multiple languages.
For example, the estimated waiting time may be obtained and obtained according to an algorithm preset in the Redis system in combination with information such as the current order attribute and road condition, or the adjusted current estimated waiting time may also be obtained in a dynamic adjustment manner. Then, the estimated waiting time is added to the playing time information field expire _ time and written into the Redis system so as to be displayed for the passenger in a waiting and answering stage after the passenger confirms the order.
In the step S106, by outputting the order confirmation information to the passenger end, after receiving the feedback from the passenger end, different processing flows are executed, which includes the following two aspects:
on one hand, a change instruction for the confirmation information is received, and then the riding request of the current order is processed according to the mode indicated by the change instruction.
The change instruction may indicate that the current order is to be processed according to an order processing mode of a certain vehicle type. In particular, the passenger may click on the remaining vehicle types displayed at the passenger end.
On the other hand, a confirmation instruction for the confirmation information is received, and the menu step of S108 is executed. At this time, the embodiment of the present invention may further include the following steps:
receiving matching success information sent by the menu server;
driver end information carried in the matching success information is obtained, and the driver end information comprises: at least one of current geographic location information and personal contact information;
and outputting the bill receiving prompt information containing the driver side information.
In addition, when the matching success information is received, the passenger end information can be sent to the driver end, so that the contact communication between the driver end and the passenger end is realized.
It is understood that the passenger end starts waiting while the current order is transmitted to the menu server in S108. At this time, the waiting notice information may also be output. The waiting prompt information may include, but is not limited to: current waiting duration information and guidance information. The output guidance information and the guidance prompt information related to the order confirmation information can be the same or different, and can be preset according to actual needs, and are not described again.
In a possible implementation scenario, if the matching success information sent by the menu server is not received within a preset time length range, it is indicated that the current order is not successfully matched with the driver side, and at this time, in order to avoid wasting time of the passenger side and improve efficiency, a prompt for prompting whether to cancel the order may be output to the passenger side.
At this time, the method may further include the steps of:
starting timing from the moment when the confirmation instruction is received, and obtaining the accumulated waiting time of the current order;
detecting whether the current order is accepted or not in real time before the accumulated waiting time length does not reach a preset time length threshold value;
and if the current order is not detected to be picked up before the time length threshold is reached, outputting prompt information for prompting whether to cancel the current order.
In a specific implementation, the preset time threshold may be an estimated waiting time in the order confirmation information, or may also be a preset value according to an actual requirement, which is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Considering that in another possible implementation scenario, the passenger may issue a request to cancel the order, the method may further include the following steps:
receiving an order cancel request;
judging whether the current order is accepted;
if the current order is not accepted, saving prompt information is output, and if a rejection instruction aiming at the saving prompt information is received, the current order is withdrawn;
if the current order is accepted, outputting confirmation prompt information for confirming whether the order is still cancelled under the condition that the order is accepted, and if a confirmation instruction aiming at the confirmation prompt information is received, withdrawing the current order.
In the implementation manner, the process of canceling the order by the passenger side is prompted, so as to prevent the passenger side from mistakenly deleting the order.
For convenience of understanding, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a flow chart in a specific application scenario as shown in fig. 2, where the method specifically includes the following steps:
s201, obtaining the travel characteristics of the current order.
S202, judging whether the current order is a special type order or not according to the travel characteristics; if yes, go to S203; if not, go to step S213.
S203, acquiring and outputting the confirmation information.
S204, judging whether a confirmation instruction aiming at the confirmation information is received or not; if yes, go to S205; if not, go to step S213.
S205, sending the current order to a menu server, acquiring and outputting guidance prompt information, and starting timing to obtain accumulated waiting time.
S206, judging whether an order canceling request is received or not; if yes, go to S209; if not, go to step S207.
S207, judging whether matching success information sent by the menu server is received or not; if yes, go to S211; if not, go to step S208.
S208, judging whether the current accumulated waiting time reaches a time threshold; if yes, go to S209; if not, go to S206.
S209, a cancel prompt message for confirming whether it is determined to cancel the current order is output.
S210, judging whether the current order is cancelled or not according to the feedback information of the cancellation prompt information; if yes, go to S203; if not, execution is S207.
And S211, acquiring driver side information carried in the matching success information.
S212, outputting the order-receiving prompt information containing the driver end information.
S213, processing the current order according to the normal order dispatching mode.
The implementation manner described above is a feasible implementation manner of the order processing method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, and is only used to illustrate the scheme, and is not used to limit the present application.
In order to explain the present embodiment more specifically, the following briefly describes the flow of executing the order processing method by the driver side and the passenger side, taking the special type order as the special car order as an example, with reference to fig. 3 to 11.
In one aspect, FIGS. 3-8 show display pages of a passenger-side post order flow.
First, as shown in fig. 3, the passenger can input an entering position and an exiting position at the passenger side. In the display interface, a call receiving duration reminder can be further provided, and the call receiving duration reminder can be used for prompting the average call receiving duration and can also be used for prompting the fastest call receiving duration.
Based on the order shown in fig. 3, the executing device of the order processing method according to the embodiment of the present invention can determine whether the order is a special car order according to the boarding location input by the passenger. If yes, outputting the interface shown in FIG. 4, and displaying: the method comprises the following steps of inputting a boarding position, a getting-off position, a receiving time reminding (average receiving time), selecting a departure time, special cars and preferential money thereof, express cars and riding money thereof (common order processing mode), service characteristic reminding documents and searching for special cars on the same way by passengers. Wherein the service characteristic prompting document is used for prompting and guiding the passenger to select the special price vehicle so as to go out at a lower price, for example, the prompting document can be: the vehicle with special price on the same way is searched for a lot of time, and the vehicle goes out at low price.
If the passenger clicks 'select departure time' or 'search for an on-road special car', the passenger can jump to the interface shown in fig. 5 at the passenger end, that is, the departure time selection interface is output. The departure time may be specifically a scroll selection scheme shown in fig. 5, which specifically includes: day, hour and minute periods. If the passenger clicks to cancel, returning to the interface shown in FIG. 4, or entering the interface shown in FIG. 6 by taking the default departure time as the current time; on the contrary, if the passenger clicks the confirmation, the time period selected by the passenger is taken as the departure time, and the interface shown in fig. 6 is jumped to.
FIG. 6 specifies the departure time of the order as compared to FIG. 4.
