Taking the target item as a catering item as an example, when the catering enterprise C1 inquires that the supervision result returned by the supervision agency for the catering enterprise C1 is that the food safety does not meet the standard, if the catering enterprise C1 considers that the supervision result is inaccurate, a data update request may be sent to the supervision platform, a commitment event fulfillment voucher may be uploaded to the supervision platform, and when the supervision platform verifies that the commitment event fulfillment voucher is true and valid, the commitment event fulfillment voucher and the behavior analysis data of the user may be sent to the supervision agency, and the supervision agency may perform supervision processing on the catering enterprise C1 again according to the commitment event fulfillment voucher, the behavior analysis data, and the commitment event list of the catering enterprise C1, and return the generated target supervision result to the supervision platform, and when the supervision result is judged by the supervision platform to be inconsistent with the supervision result, updating the supervision result by using the target supervision result.
The supervision platform of the embodiment of the specification provides a data transmission interface for a user, so that the user can upload behavior analysis data of a target mechanism in time, and meanwhile, a propaganda channel is provided for the target mechanism, the characteristics and advantages of the target mechanism can be propagated to the user through the supervision platform in a manner of committing an event order, and the development of the target mechanism is facilitated. In addition, the target organization can request the supervision organization to carry out supervision processing again by providing the commitment event fulfillment voucher, and the accuracy rate of supervision results is improved.
In addition, after receiving the supervision result fed back by the supervision mechanism through the data supervision interface, the supervision platform needs to perform resource reward and punishment on the target mechanism according to the supervision result, and the method can be specifically realized through the following modes:
acquiring a preset resource reward and punishment strategy;
and combining the supervision result, performing resource reward and punishment on the target mechanism according to the resource reward and punishment strategy, and updating the resource accumulation result of the target mechanism according to the resource reward and punishment result.

After the supervision result of the target mechanism is determined, the target mechanism is rewarded or punished with resources according to the preset resource reward and punishment strategy, so that the enthusiasm of the target mechanism for executing corresponding events is favorably improved or a certain constraint effect on the execution of the events is realized, the success rate of executing the events is improved, and the satisfaction degree of users is improved.
The following description will further explain the institutional supervision method provided in this specification by taking the application of the institutional supervision method in catering projects as an example with reference to fig. 3. Fig. 3 shows a flowchart of a processing procedure of applying the organization supervision method provided by an embodiment of the present specification to a catering project, and specific steps include steps 302 to 322.
Step 302, sending an invitation for participation in the food safety project to the catering enterprise.
Specifically, the manner of inviting the catering enterprise to participate in the catering project may include: sending push information to a catering enterprise through a supervision platform, inviting participation in the catering projects in a mode of displaying specific event details on task processing pages of the catering projects of the supervision platform, and the like;
therefore, if the catering enterprise is invited to participate in the catering project in a way of sending a push message to the catering enterprise through the supervision platform, the push message can include the invitation page; if the catering projects are invited to participate in the catering projects in a mode that the specific event details are displayed on the task processing page of the catering projects of the supervision platform, a viewing control of the invitation page can be set on the task processing page, and the catering enterprise can view the invitation page by clicking the viewing control.
And step 304, receiving and storing a commitment event list submitted by the target catering enterprises for the food safety projects, wherein the commitment event list confirms participation.
Specifically, under the condition of participation confirmation, the catering enterprise which is confirmed to participate in the catering project is used as a target catering enterprise, a commitment event list is generated by the target catering enterprise for the catering project and uploaded to the supervision platform, and the commitment event list is stored after being received by the supervision platform.
And step 306, generating an invitation page for inviting the user to participate in behavior data analysis aiming at the target catering enterprise according to the commitment event sheet.
Specifically, the invitation page is generated according to specific contents in a commitment event list uploaded by a target catering enterprise, the invitation page may include specific text and image information, or include an image identification code generated by converting the contents in the commitment event list, and a user may obtain the specific contents of the commitment event list by scanning the image identification code; and initiating an invitation request to the user, namely inviting the user to feed back the execution condition of the event in the commitment event list for the target catering enterprise.
Step 308, initiating an offer request to the user based on the offer page.
And 310, under the condition that the user is detected to click a confirmation participation control of the invitation page, displaying the details of the commitment event contained in the commitment event list at the terminal of the user, and providing a data transmission interface for the user.
And step 312, receiving behavior analysis data uploaded by the user through the data transmission interface aiming at the target catering enterprise.
Specifically, the user and the target catering enterprise are right and interest related parties, the behavior analysis data is generated by analyzing the behavior data of the user for the target catering enterprise, and the behavior analysis data comprises image data and/or text information.
And step 314, evaluating the event execution result of the target catering enterprise according to the behavior analysis data and the detail of the commitment event in the commitment event list.
Specifically, after acquiring behavior analysis data uploaded by a user through a terminal for a target catering enterprise and reading a commitment event list of the target catering enterprise, a supervision platform needs to evaluate an event execution result of the target catering enterprise according to the behavior analysis data and event details contained in the commitment event list.
And step 316, under the condition that the event execution result is determined not to meet the preset condition, sending the behavior analysis data to a monitoring mechanism through a data monitoring interface.
Specifically, after determining the event execution result of the target catering enterprise, the monitoring platform may determine whether the event execution result meets a preset condition, and if not, the monitoring platform sends the behavior data and the event execution result to a monitoring mechanism, and the monitoring mechanism performs monitoring processing on the target catering enterprise according to the behavior analysis data, the event execution result and the commitment event list to generate a corresponding monitoring result.
And 318, receiving and storing a supervision result which is returned by the supervision mechanism through the data supervision interface and is generated by supervision processing on the target catering enterprise based on the behavior analysis data and the commitment event list.
Specifically, after receiving the behavior analysis data and the event execution result, the monitoring mechanism performs monitoring processing on the target catering enterprise in a spot check mode, that is, the behavior analysis data is screened to obtain target behavior analysis data, the monitoring processing is performed on the target catering enterprise according to the target behavior analysis data, the event execution result and the committed event list to generate a corresponding monitoring result, and the monitoring result is sent to the monitoring platform.
And 320, receiving a supervision result query request sent by a user, wherein the supervision result query request carries the identification information of the target catering enterprise.
And 322, reading the supervision result of the target catering enterprise in a database according to the identification information and displaying the supervision result.
Specifically, after the supervision platform receives the supervision result returned by the supervision mechanism, the user can inquire the supervision result of the target catering enterprise by sending a supervision result inquiry request to the supervision platform, and after the supervision platform receives the supervision result inquiry request of the user, the supervision result of the target catering enterprise is read in the database and displayed according to the identification information of the target catering enterprise carried in the supervision result inquiry request.
And determining an event execution result of the target catering enterprise according to the monitoring data uploaded by the user aiming at the target catering enterprise and the event details contained in the commitment event list of the target catering enterprise, and monitoring the target catering enterprise through a monitoring mechanism according to the behavior analysis data, the event execution result and the commitment event list, so that the effectiveness and the reliability of the monitoring result of the target catering enterprise are improved.
Corresponding to the above method embodiment, the present specification further provides an embodiment of a monitoring device, and fig. 4 shows a schematic structural diagram of the monitoring device provided in an embodiment of the present specification. As shown in fig. 4, the apparatus includes:
a monitoring data acquisition module 402 configured to acquire monitoring data uploaded by a user through a terminal for a monitoring object, wherein the user and the monitoring object are rights and interests related parties;
a task monitoring list reading module 404 configured to read a task monitoring list of the monitoring object, where the task monitoring list is created by the monitoring object according to a task to be monitored;

Claims (25)

1. A method of monitoring, comprising:
acquiring monitoring data uploaded by a user through a terminal aiming at a monitoring object, wherein the user and the monitoring object are rights and interests related parties;
reading a task monitoring list of the monitoring object, wherein the task monitoring list is created by the monitoring object according to a task to be monitored;
determining the task execution state of the monitoring object according to the monitoring data and the task details contained in the task monitoring list;
and sending the monitoring data and the task execution state to a monitoring main body through a data monitoring interface, and receiving a monitoring result fed back by the monitoring main body through the data monitoring interface.
2. The monitoring method according to claim 1, wherein before the step of obtaining the monitoring data uploaded by the user through the terminal for the monitored object is executed, the method further comprises:
sending a target project participation invitation to the monitoring object;
and under the condition that the monitoring object confirms participation, receiving and storing the task monitoring list submitted by the monitoring object aiming at the target project.
3. The monitoring method according to claim 2, after the receiving the task monitoring list submitted by the monitoring object for the target project and storing step are executed, further comprising:
generating an invitation page for inviting the user to participate in monitoring data analysis aiming at the monitoring object according to the task monitoring list;
initiating an offer request to the user based on the offer page;

4. The monitoring method according to claim 2, after the step of obtaining the monitoring data uploaded by the user through the terminal for the monitored object is executed, further comprising:
receiving a search instruction submitted by the user based on the task processing page of the target project;
and performing data search according to the search words carried in the search instruction, and displaying the task details with the highest relevance with the search words in the search results on the task processing page.
5. The monitoring method according to claim 1, wherein the determining the task execution state of the monitoring object according to the monitoring data and the task details contained in the task monitoring list comprises:
analyzing task execution results corresponding to each group of monitoring data uploaded by the user according to the task details;
calculating the proportion of the total number of the task execution results which do not meet the task details to the total number of the task execution results;
and determining the task execution state of the monitoring object according to the proportion.
6. The monitoring method of claim 1, the monitoring result being generated by:
screening the monitoring data according to a preset data screening method to obtain target monitoring data;
determining a corresponding monitoring strategy according to the task monitoring list;
and based on the monitoring strategy, monitoring the monitored object by using the target monitoring data to generate the monitoring result.

The monitoring method according to claim 1, after the step of sending the monitoring data and the task execution status to a monitoring subject through a data monitoring interface and receiving the monitoring result fed back by the monitoring subject through the data monitoring interface is executed, the method further comprising:
receiving a monitoring result query request sent by a requester, wherein the monitoring result query request carries identification information of the monitored object;
and reading and displaying the monitoring result of the monitored object in a database according to the identification information.

The monitoring method according to claim 7, wherein in a case that the requesting party is the monitoring object, after the steps of reading the monitoring result of the monitoring object in the database according to the identification information and displaying are performed, the method further comprises:
receiving a data updating request sent by the monitoring object aiming at the monitoring result, wherein the data updating request carries a task execution certificate of the monitoring object;
under the condition that the task execution voucher passes verification, sending a data monitoring request to the monitoring main body based on the task execution voucher;
and receiving a target monitoring result returned by the monitoring main body, and updating the monitoring result by using the target monitoring result under the condition that the target monitoring result is inconsistent with the monitoring result.

The monitoring method according to claim 1, after the step of sending the monitoring data and the task execution status to a monitoring subject through a data monitoring interface and receiving the monitoring result fed back by the monitoring subject through the data monitoring interface is executed, the method further comprising:
acquiring a preset resource reward and punishment strategy;
and combining the monitoring result, performing resource reward and punishment on the monitoring object according to the resource reward and punishment strategy, and updating the resource accumulation result of the monitoring object according to the resource reward and punishment result.
10. An organization supervision method comprising:
receiving behavior analysis data uploaded by a user through a terminal aiming at a target mechanism in a commitment event list;
evaluating an event execution result of the target organization according to the behavior analysis data and the detail of the commitment event in the commitment event list;
under the condition that the event execution result is determined to be not in accordance with the preset condition, the behavior analysis data is sent to a monitoring mechanism through a data monitoring interface;
receiving and storing a supervision result which is returned by the supervision mechanism through the data supervision interface and is generated by supervision processing on the target mechanism based on the behavior analysis data and the commitment event list;
the user and the target mechanism are rights and interests related parties, and the behavior analysis data are generated by analyzing the behavior data of the user aiming at the target mechanism.
11. The institutional supervision method according to claim 10, before the step of receiving the behavior analysis data uploaded by the user through the terminal for the target institution in the commitment event order is executed, further comprising:
sending an invitation to participate in a target project to the target organization;
and receiving and storing the committed event list submitted by the target institution aiming at the target project under the condition that the target institution confirms participation.
12. The institutional supervision method according to claim 11, further comprising, after execution of said receiving said commitment event ticket submitted by said target institution for said target project and storing step:
generating an invitation page for inviting the user to participate in behavior data analysis aiming at the target mechanism according to the commitment event sheet;
initiating an offer request to the user based on the offer page;
under the condition that the user is detected to click a confirmation participation control of the invitation page, displaying the detail of the commitment event contained in the commitment event list at a terminal of the user, and providing a data transmission interface for the user;
correspondingly, the receiving user analyzes the behavior analysis data uploaded by the terminal aiming at the target institution in the commitment event list, and the receiving user comprises the following steps:
and receiving behavior analysis data uploaded by the user aiming at the target mechanism through the data transmission interface.
13. The institutional supervision method according to claim 11, further comprising, after execution of said receiving said commitment event ticket submitted by said target institution for said target project and storing step:
receiving a search instruction submitted by the user based on the task processing page of the target project;
and performing data search according to the search words carried in the search instruction, and displaying the detail of the commitment event with the highest relevance degree with the search words in the search result on the task processing page.
14. The agency regulatory method of claim 10, said evaluating the event execution results of the target agency according to the behavioral analysis data and commitment event details in the commitment event ticket, comprising:
analyzing the commitment event fulfillment results corresponding to each group of behavior analysis data uploaded by the user according to the commitment event details;
calculating a ratio of a total number of commitment event fulfillment results that do not satisfy the commitment event details to a total number of commitment event fulfillment results;
and evaluating the event execution result of the target mechanism according to the proportion.
15. An institutional supervision method according to claim 10, the supervision result being generated by:
screening the behavior analysis data according to a preset data screening method to obtain target behavior analysis data;
determining a corresponding supervision strategy according to the commitment event list;
and based on the supervision strategy, carrying out supervision processing on the target mechanism by utilizing the target behavior analysis data to generate a supervision result.

The agency supervision method according to claim 10, after the receiving and storing the supervision result generated by the supervision authority through the data supervision interface and based on the behavior analysis data and the commitment event sheet, the supervision result being generated by supervising and processing the target agency, the method further comprising:
receiving a supervision result query request sent by a requester, wherein the supervision result query request carries identification information of the target mechanism;
and reading the supervision result of the target organization in a database according to the identification information and displaying the supervision result.

The agency supervision method according to claim 16, wherein in a case that the requester is the target agency, after the steps of reading the supervision result of the target agency in the database according to the identification information and presenting are executed, the method further comprises:
receiving a data updating request sent by the target institution aiming at the supervision result, wherein the data updating request carries a commitment event fulfillment voucher of the target institution;
upon validation of the commitment event fulfillment credential, sending a data administration request to the regulatory body based on the commitment event fulfillment credential;
and receiving a target supervision result returned by the supervision mechanism, and updating the supervision result by using the target supervision result under the condition that the target supervision result is inconsistent with the supervision result.

The agency supervision method according to claim 10, after the receiving and storing the supervision result generated by the supervision authority through the data supervision interface and based on the behavior analysis data and the commitment event sheet, the supervision result being generated by supervising and processing the target agency, the method further comprising:
acquiring a preset resource reward and punishment strategy;
and combining the supervision result, performing resource reward and punishment on the target mechanism according to the resource reward and punishment strategy, and updating the resource accumulation result of the target mechanism according to the resource reward and punishment result.
19. A monitoring device, comprising:
the monitoring data acquisition module is configured to acquire monitoring data uploaded by a user aiming at a monitoring object through a terminal, wherein the user and the monitoring object are rights and interests related parties;
the task monitoring list reading module is configured to read a task monitoring list of the monitoring object, and the task monitoring list is created by the monitoring object according to a task to be monitored;
the state determination module is configured to determine the task execution state of the monitoring object according to the monitoring data and the task details contained in the task monitoring list;
and the monitoring result receiving module is configured to send the monitoring data and the task execution state to a monitoring main body through a data monitoring interface and receive a monitoring result fed back by the monitoring main body through the data monitoring interface.

the data receiving module is configured to receive behavior analysis data uploaded by a user through a terminal aiming at a target mechanism in a commitment event list;
an evaluation module configured to evaluate an event execution result of the target organization according to the behavior analysis data and the commitment event details in the commitment event sheet;
the sending module is configured to send the behavior analysis data to a monitoring mechanism through a data monitoring interface under the condition that the event execution result is determined not to accord with the preset condition;
a result receiving module configured to receive and store a supervision result, which is returned by the supervision organization through the data supervision interface and is generated by supervision processing on the target organization based on the behavior analysis data and the commitment event list;
the user and the target mechanism are rights and interests related parties, and the behavior analysis data are generated by analyzing the behavior data of the user aiming at the target mechanism.
21. The institutional supervision apparatus of claim 20, the evaluation module comprising:
the result analysis submodule is configured to analyze commitment event fulfillment results corresponding to each group of behavior analysis data uploaded by the user according to the commitment event details;
a proportion calculation submodule configured to calculate a proportion of a total number of commitment event fulfillment results that do not satisfy the commitment event details to a total number of commitment event fulfillment results;
an evaluation sub-module configured to evaluate an event execution result of the target institution according to the ratio.
22. A computing device, comprising:
a memory and a processor;
the memory is to store computer-executable instructions, and the processor is to execute the computer-executable instructions to:
acquiring monitoring data uploaded by a user through a terminal aiming at a monitoring object, wherein the user and the monitoring object are rights and interests related parties;
reading a task monitoring list of the monitoring object, wherein the task monitoring list is created by the monitoring object according to a task to be monitored;
determining the task execution state of the monitoring object according to the monitoring data and the task details contained in the task monitoring list;
and sending the monitoring data and the task execution state to a monitoring main body through a data monitoring interface, and receiving a monitoring result fed back by the monitoring main body through the data monitoring interface.
23. A computing device, comprising:
a memory and a processor;
the memory is to store computer-executable instructions, and the processor is to execute the computer-executable instructions to:
receiving behavior analysis data uploaded by a user through a terminal aiming at a target mechanism in a commitment event list;
evaluating an event execution result of the target organization according to the behavior analysis data and the detail of the commitment event in the commitment event list;
under the condition that the event execution result is determined to be not in accordance with the preset condition, the behavior analysis data is sent to a monitoring mechanism through a data monitoring interface;
receiving and storing a supervision result which is returned by the supervision mechanism through the data supervision interface and is generated by supervision processing on the target mechanism based on the behavior analysis data and the commitment event list;
the user and the target mechanism are rights and interests related parties, and the behavior analysis data are generated by analyzing the behavior data of the user aiming at the target mechanism.
24. A computer readable storage medium storing computer instructions which, when executed by a processor, carry out the steps of the monitoring method of any one of claims 1 to 9.
25. A computer readable storage medium storing computer instructions which, when executed by a processor, carry out the steps of the institutional supervision method of any one of claims 10 to 18.
