In order to solve the above problem, as shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a smart tag, where the smart tag includes a transmission unit 1 and a switch unit 2, the transmission unit 1 includes an NFC chip 11 and an antenna coil 12 electrically connected to the NFC chip 11, the switch unit 2 includes a pressure sensor 21 and a control circuit 22, the control circuit 22 is respectively connected to the NFC chip 11 and the pressure sensor 21, and the control circuit 22 is capable of sending a control instruction to the NFC chip 11 when the pressure sensor 21 is pressed, so that the NFC chip 11 sends the storage information of the NFC chip 11 to a terminal through the antenna coil 12. Specifically, when the NFC chip 11 is in a state of transmitting the stored information, the pressure sensor 21 is pressed, and the NFC chip 11 switches to a state of stopping transmitting the stored information after receiving the control instruction; when the NFC chip 11 is in the off state, the pressure sensor 21 is pressed, and the NFC chip 11 switches to the state of starting sending the storage information after receiving the control instruction. Therefore, the information transmission of the smart tag can be autonomously controlled by pressing the pressure sensor 21, and the security of the stored information of the smart tag is improved. Meanwhile, when the NFC chip 11 is in a state of stopping sending the storage information, electric energy can be saved, energy consumption of the intelligent tag is reduced, and the service life of the intelligent tag is prolonged. The terminal can be an electronic device such as a mobile phone, a computer, and a smart watch, and the terminal only needs to be capable of receiving the storage information in the NFC chip 11, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
As shown in fig. 2, the smart tag further includes a circuit board 20, and the transmission unit 1 and the switch unit 2 are disposed on the circuit board 20. It should be noted that the circuit board 20 is made of a flexible material to prevent the circuit board 20 from breaking when being pressed or bumped by an external force, thereby improving the stability and reliability of the transmission unit 1 and the switch unit 2. In the present embodiment, the circuit board 20 is preferably made of an insulating material such as mylar or polyimide. It is understood that the size and shape of the circuit board 20 are required according to the design requirements of the smart tag, and the embodiment is not particularly limited.
As shown in fig. 3, the smart tag further includes a base layer 10 and a transparent silicone layer 50, the silicone layer 50 is disposed on the upper surface of the base layer 10, and the circuit board 20 is disposed between the base layer 10 and the silicone layer 50, so as to improve the safety and reliability of the circuit board 20. In the present embodiment, the base layer 10 is preferably a transparent PVC film to reduce production costs and improve waterproof performance of the smart label. The base layer 10 and the silica gel layer 50 are fixed by bonding, and the method capable of realizing bonding and fixing of the base layer 10 and the silica gel layer 50 is a conventional technical means in the field, and is not described in detail in this embodiment.
As shown in fig. 3, in order to improve the identification and the aesthetic property of the smart tag, the smart tag further includes an image-text layer 30 having a three-dimensional effect, and the image-text layer 30 is coated on the lower surface of the silica gel layer 50. In this example, when the observer switches the plurality of observation angles, the image-text layer 30 can present a pattern with a dynamic stereoscopic effect to improve the aesthetic property of the smart label and improve the product competitiveness of the smart label. The patterns in the image-text layer 30 can be customized according to the needs of the manufacturer, and can include specific product marks, company trademarks, specific characters or letters and other information so as to improve the identification degree of the intelligent tag.
It should be noted that the area of the graphic layer 30 corresponding to the pressure sensor 21 is provided with a color-changeable graphic, which can display different colors under illumination, and the color-changeable graphic corresponds to the position of the pressure sensor 21 to prompt the user of a specific pressing area. When the area on the silica gel layer 50 corresponding to the color-changeable pattern is pressed, the pressure sensor 21 is pressed and sends a control instruction to the NFC chip 11 through the control circuit 22, so that the NFC chip 11 switches the working state, that is, sends the storage information or stops sending the storage information. In other embodiments, the graphic layer 30 may be provided with identification information such as a graphic or a letter with a special shape and/or color to define an area on the silicone layer 50 where the pressure sensor 21 can be effectively pressed.
During the use of the smart tag, a user may operate the smart tag by mistake to press the pressure sensor 21, which may cause the stored information in the NFC chip 11 to leak. To solve this problem, as shown in fig. 3, the smart tag further includes a shielding film 60, the shielding film 60 is detachably disposed on the upper surface of the silicone layer 50, and the shielding film 60 is used to shield the stored information transmitted by the antenna coil 12 to improve the security of the stored information of the smart tag.
It should be noted that when the storage information of the smart tag needs to be obtained, the shielding film 60 only needs to be removed; after the storage information of the smart label is obtained, the shielding film 60 is re-adhered to the upper surface of the silicone layer 50. In this embodiment, the shielding film 60 is coated with a non-setting adhesive to achieve repeated adhesion of the shielding film 60 and the silicone layer 50.
In order to further enhance the security of the stored information of the smart tag, the stored information of the NFC chip 11 may be set as the information to be decoded, and after the electronic device receives the stored information sent by the antenna coil 12, the user needs to input the key again on the electronic device to convert the stored information into readable identification information. The smart label further comprises a frosted film layer, wherein the frosted film layer is adhered to the upper surface of the waterproof layer 70 so as to reduce fingerprint marks on the smart label when the pressure sensor 21 is pressed, and the surface of the smart label is convenient to clean.
In order to improve the adaptability of the smart tag to a complex environment, the surface of the circuit board 20 is coated with a wave-absorbing material to improve the anti-interference capability of the smart tag. In this embodiment, the wave-absorbing material is ferrite wave-absorbing material.
This embodiment has still provided a wearing equipment, and it includes body and intelligent label, and intelligent label sets up on the body.
