Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of blockchain technology, and in particular, to a method and system for protecting music content copyright based on blockchain.
Background
With the continuous acceleration of the digitization process, the digitized content has become the main information spreading carrier in the new era, and the creation and sharing of the whole people gradually become the new trend, wherein the shaking sound and the fast hand of the emerging platform are taken as the main examples. Since iTunes in the arbor age began, digital music has completely reshaped the way people enjoy, while digital audio content is now permeating life at an unprecedented rate due to the current maturity of new media such as short video, AR/VR, etc. However, the copyright protection mechanism for digital audio content is not yet fully mature, which means that a large amount of original content faces illegal interception, copying, tampering and piracy, the rights and interests of original music players are seriously damaged, and the creation power and enthusiasm of the original content are also killed to a great extent. Therefore, digital audio copyright protection is also an urgent problem to be solved.
The blockchain is a brand new decentralized infrastructure and distributed database system which are gradually raised along with the increasing popularization of digital encryption currencies such as bitcoin and the like. The block chain technology has the characteristics of decentralization, time sequence data, collective maintenance, programmability, safety and the like, so that the block chain technology is particularly suitable for constructing a decentralization copyright protection system and a financial system. Meanwhile, the information of the blockchain can not be forged and falsified, so that the trust cost and the accounting cost of the real economy and social activities are greatly reduced.
In recent years, copyright operating projects developed by countries such as europe and the united states based on the application of the blockchain technology are well-established, and some original companies try to operate digital works by the blockchain technology for the purpose of copyright protection and convenient trading, and are widely concerned and favored in capital markets, such as companies binder in the united states, Ascribe in europe, tcoso, and the like. And on a DCI system forum of the China copyright service annual meeting in 2019, 3, 28 and the like, a DCI standard alliance chain system is issued by a copyright center in combination with a plurality of domestic head Internet platforms and core organizations. This means that in China, after the DCI system is combined with the block chain technology, the DCI standard alliance chain will connect all links of the copyright industry chain, and all parties trust and win each other, so that the copyright value can flow fully in the whole network.
With the advent of the 5G technology maturity and new era of multimedia data explosion, distributed generic file systems are just like one of the mainstream network options providing global, low-latency, decentralization. And IPFS as a new peer-to-peer, version-controlled, distributed file system, it integrates previous ideas, including DHTs, BitTorrent, Git, and SFS. The contribution of IPFS is simplifying, developing and joining proven technologies and is becoming a single cohesive system, more powerful than the sum of the individual parts. IPFS provides a new platform for creating and deploying applications, a new system for distributing versioned big data. IPFS may even improve the network itself.
Currently, some music content copyright protection methods have been proposed for the above technical application scenarios. The existing scheme has the following types and defects:
(1) traditional government registered rights, from application submission to certificate acquisition, often last up to 20 working days, at a cost of at least 500 dollars per piece, require a government agency (or authorities at various levels) to accept and register the rights, and the copyright registration agency has more formal scrutiny on the material submitted. So when copyright disputes occur, the legal support that the certificate of copyright registration can provide is limited. The traditional authority copyright registration mode has the defects that a plurality of materials need to be prepared, the process is long, the cost is high, and the legal support force after copyright dispute appears is not ideal.
(2) In the prior block chain copyright protection based on a traditional file system, the method for storing the copyright encryption of the digital work in the block chain is mainly carried out in two ways, namely that OP _ RETURN or CoinSpark makes encryption ID and stores the encryption ID in the block chain; and secondly, directly binding the data of the works into each transaction by using the customized distributed account book. Both of these methods have their own disadvantages: the maximum data capacity per transaction in bitcoin protocol is 40 bytes, which also results in block chain congestion, processing inefficiency, and "block chain inflation" as the content storage is incremented. The second method has a drawback in its safety.

With the approach of the 5G world-wide-internet era, the multimedia data explosion era is coming. The storage and management of mass digital audio files necessarily requires a high-throughput, stable, environmentally friendly and secure system support. Meanwhile, comprehensive digitalization and intellectualization are a great trend, so that higher requirements are also put forward for a digital copyright protection system, and the whole process from online to offline can be protected. The invention provides a music content copyright protection method and a music content copyright protection system based on a block chain technology, which are combined with the three technologies of a block chain, a digital audio watermarking technology and a distributed file system, can provide full link protection with lower cost, high efficiency and stability for digital audio copyright to a certain extent, effectively solve the problem of difficult forensics and reduce the copyright protection cost.
Fig. 1 is a block diagram illustrating a block chain-based music content copyright protection method according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the present invention provides a music content copyright protection method based on a block chain, including:
s1, acquiring user information, an audio file A and audio information;
s2, carrying out watermark detection on the audio file A, and if the audio file A is detected to contain the digital watermark, reminding a user not to carry out subsequent processing; if the audio file A is not detected to contain the watermark information, embedding the watermark information into the audio file A to obtain an audio file B;
s3, uploading the audio file B with the watermark and the corresponding audio information to an interplanetary file system IPFS to form a copyright protection event statement containing a storage address and an uploading time stamp, and simultaneously storing the storage information containing the storage address, the audio file with the watermark, the audio information and the uploading time stamp to a local database;

In the embodiment of the present invention, in order to solve the security problem of the File storage System and solve the problems of low bandwidth and low data storage capacity of the block chain network, an Inter-platform File System (IPFS) Inter-satellite distributed File System is used. The whole operation flow comprises the steps of obtaining information uploaded by a user and a corresponding audio file; through a watermark detection system, if the audio file A is detected to contain the digital watermark, reminding a user of not performing subsequent processing; if the audio file A is not detected to contain the watermark information, embedding the user information into the audio file to obtain a watermark file; uploading the audio file and the audio information with the watermark to an IPFS distributed file system of the interstellar file to obtain a Hash address of file storage, and recording the audio information in a database, storing information such as an uploading timestamp and the Hash address of the file storage; uploading the copyright protection operation event information of the user to an Ethenhouse block chain network, recording the Hash address declared by the database, and disclosing the copyright information of all the music works; the user can obtain the event information on the Ethern network, the audio file and the audio information stored on the IPFS by using the Hash value of the published works, so that evidence can be obtained on the platform to determine the ownership of the musical works if the published files have a pirate propagation phenomenon.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of watermarking, that is, a specific process of generating a watermark by user information and embedding the watermark into an audio file, including:
s21, generating a watermark image A primarily according to user information;
in this embodiment, the user information needs to be converted into a binary image, and then the binary image needs to be normalized to ensure that the size of the image is 32 × 32, because as the size of the image with the watermark added and the number of channels increase, the included information energy increases, which may significantly affect the perceptual transparency of the audio, and the extraction rate of the added and extracted watermark.

It is defined as:
si+1=μsi(1-si) (1.1)
wherein mu is a branch parameter, the value is more than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 4, and when 0<Si<When the watermark is 1, Logistic mapping works in a chaotic state, namely a chaotic state, so that key information distribution can be dispersed to a certain degree, stability of the watermark is improved, and safety of an algorithm is improved.
That is, the invention firstly carries out dimension reduction operation on the two-dimensional image, obtains the watermark sequence after dimension reduction as N, and adopts mu, S0As parameter, performing Logistic mapping on watermark sequence N to obtain sequence R, and then performing Logistic mapping on watermarkAnd carrying out binarization processing on the sequence N and the sequence R to obtain an encrypted watermark image B.
S23, processing the original audio file by using a discrete wavelet technology and obtaining a synchronous signal of the audio file;
in a specific embodiment, the synchronization signal is mainly generated by using the time domain characteristics of discrete wavelet transform, and the matching watermarks are embedded into the audio together to achieve the function of determining the position. Therefore, the operation and time complexity of subsequent retrieval, addition and extraction of the watermark can be reduced, and the workload is reduced.
And S24, embedding the synchronous signal and the watermark image B into the audio file together to obtain the audio file with the watermark.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram of a flow of distributed storage and publication of copyright protection event statements in a blockchain-based music content copyright protection method.
In the invention, multimedia files such as audio files, audio information and the like are uploaded to an interplanetary file system IPFS, file routes corresponding to file storage are obtained, and Hash addresses of the file storage are obtained from the file routes.
IPFS is an end-to-end distributed hypermedia distribution protocol, integrates the excellent concepts of distributed systems such as DHTs, BitTorrent, Git and self-certified file system SFS, and aims to connect computer devices with the same file system. When a file is transmitted to a node of the IPFS, the file is converted into a hash character string, and meanwhile, a large file is cut into a plurality of small blocks to be scattered in a network for storage. Meanwhile, each node in the network can calculate a hash value according to the content of the node, and the hash value is directly related to the content of the node. Thus, if two identical audio files are transmitted into the IPFS network, a copyright conflict occurs, which can be resolved by the timestamp in the subsequent ether house block chain.
After the audio file and the audio information are stored in the distributed system, the address of file storage is obtained, and storage information such as the audio file, the audio information, the uploading timestamp, the Hash address of file storage and the like is recorded in a database.
S4, uploading the copyright protection event statement to an Ethernet network, obtaining the declared Hash address, and recording the address and other information by a database; the Hash address stored in the IPFS, the author personal information, the corresponding timestamp and other information which are stored locally are uploaded to the EtherFang block chain network, and in the process, the declared Hash address is stored in a local database.
Etherum is a block chain distributed ledger of open source code with intelligent consensus functionality. A basic environment can be provided for distributed computing and decentralized economic activities. Developers are able to build and deploy decentralized applications, products and services on an ethernet fab. The intelligent contracts are self-defined program logic embedded in the blocks, namely when a scene meets a certain condition, the program logic in the blocks is triggered and automatically executes contract appointment instructions (such as asset clearing, indemnification, delivery and the like). Therefore, developers can build a product with unique business logic and social trust based on the reliability of the EtherFang global network.
The method comprises the steps of obtaining information uploaded by a user and a corresponding audio file; through a watermark detection system, if the file A is detected to contain the digital watermark, reminding a user of not performing subsequent processing; if the watermark information is not detected to be contained in the file A, the user information is embedded into the audio file by using a self-synchronizing audio watermark algorithm based on wavelet transformation to obtain a watermark file, so that the attack of the audio file on a time domain, such as translation and cutting, can be better resisted, the watermark information can also ensure that the evidence of the audio file is more convenient to obtain in the transmission process, and the copyright rights and interests in the audio file transmission process are protected.
In the embodiment, audio and audio information with watermarks is uploaded to an IPFS distributed file system of an interstellar file, a Hash address of file storage is obtained, and information such as corresponding audio information, an uploading timestamp and the Hash address of the file storage is recorded in a database; uploading the copyright protection operation event information of the user to an Ethenhouse block chain network, recording the Hash address declared by the database, and disclosing the copyright information of all the music works; the user can obtain the event information on the Etherhouse network and the multimedia file stored on the IPFS by using the Hash value of the published works, so that evidence can be obtained on the platform to determine the ownership of the musical works if the published files have a pirate propagation phenomenon. By combining the block chain technology and the interplanetary distributed file system IPFS, the characteristics that the content and the address of the IPFS correspond to each other one by one and the multimedia file is stored are utilized, the characteristics that the block chain technology cannot be tampered and the audio file can be traced are utilized, a high-throughput, stable and environment-friendly copyright file protection management system can be provided for the audio when a user loads the audio file, as long as the address does not change, the safety of the audio work can be guaranteed, the problems of difficult storage and difficult evidence obtaining are effectively solved, and the right maintenance cost is reduced.
As shown in fig. 5, an embodiment further provides a music content copyright protection system based on a block chain, including a client and a server, where the server includes:
the watermark adding module is used for adding a watermark to the audio file of the user;
the distributed file storage module is used for storing the audio file added with the watermark and the audio information into a distributed storage system together and forming a copyright protection event statement;
the database module is used for storing storage information containing storage addresses and publishing information containing publishing addresses;
and the block chain publishing module is used for publishing the copyright protection event statement to the block chain network.
The client comprises:
the user module is used for registering user information;
the audio submitting module is used for submitting the audio file and the audio information to the server side for audio file storage and storage information publishing;
the information display module is used for displaying the copyright information of the audio file;
and the query module is used for obtaining the copyright protection event statement according to the publishing address by the user, obtaining the storage address according to the copyright protection event statement and obtaining the audio file and the audio information which are stored in the distributed storage system in China according to the storage address.
In the server side, a decentralized encryption storage system suitable for digital audio large media file storage, encryption and tracing is constructed. And furthermore, the time stamp of the event can be recorded on the block chain, so that the attribution evidence of the audio file is guaranteed to be legal.
In the embodiment of the invention, in order to solve the security problem of the file storage system and the problems of low bandwidth and small data storage capacity of a block chain network, the file system is constructed on the IPFS interplanetary distributed file system.
Compared with the traditional storage file protection provided by a central server, each author or copyright producer can create own node in the IPFS network, upload corresponding watermark audio files and audio information and obtain corresponding encrypted addresses and private keys, so that a user can manage the copyright information on the node.
When the copyright is registered in the embodiment of the invention, each user needs to fill in a corresponding audio information form after submitting the audio file A, the corresponding audio information form mainly comprises the audio name of the song and the picture of the cover of the record, and meanwhile, the system can search the user information of an uploader in the database, and generate a picture of the user information to be hidden in the audio file A to obtain the watermark audio file B. And then packaging and uploading the audio name, the record cover picture and the audio file B to the IPFS together to obtain the Hash address of the IPFS file, and uploading the declaration information to the Ethenhouse block chain. Therefore, along with the music spreading process, the music copyright information always exists in the watermark of the audio file B, effective offline protection can be provided within a certain range, and the infringement event is further prevented. Meanwhile, the audio file B is in the IPFS, and protection on the block chain is declared, so that the infringement evidence obtaining cost is further reduced, the problem of difficult storage is effectively solved, and the right maintaining cost is reduced.
And calling a watermark adding module for the audio file uploaded by the user, detecting whether the audio file contains digital watermark information, if so, not providing corresponding subsequent copyright registration service, and canceling the right of the user to use the system, so as to protect the rights and interests of each creator.
In the embodiment of the invention, a self-synchronizing audio watermarking algorithm based on wavelet transform is used, firstly, an audio signal is equally divided, data is preprocessed and encrypted, and then a connecting sequence of a synchronizing signal and a watermark is embedded in each section of audio. Among them, the Haar wavelet basis is mainly used for transformation, and after the transformation, the low-frequency coefficient and the high-frequency coefficient of the audio signal are respectively obtained. The watermark is mainly hidden in the low-frequency coefficient of the audio signal, and finally all the signals obtained by decomposition are transformed by IDWT and then reconstructed to obtain the complete audio signal containing the watermark.
In order to resist attacks in a time domain, such as translation, clipping and the like, a synchronization signal is necessary to be introduced for resisting, and a self-synchronization audio watermarking algorithm based on wavelet transformation is mainly matched by the synchronization signal so as to locate the position of an embedded watermark. The dual characteristics of time frequency and frequency of DWT are applied in the algorithm, and the synchronous signal is embedded into a relatively stable frequency domain coefficient, so that the robustness of the invention is higher compared with a time domain algorithm. Meanwhile, the existence of the synchronous signal greatly reduces the calculation amount of synchronous signal search.
In the embodiment, after the audio file and the audio information are successfully uploaded to the IPFS, the storage address in the IPFS of the musical composition can be acquired. At the same time, IPFS, as opposed to the conventional P2P network, addresses the content instead of the domain name, so that the node owning the data block can be automatically found in the nodes of the whole network only by the hash value of the file or data block, and the data is pulled from the node. This means that we can guarantee the security of the audio work as long as the address does not change.
In the embodiment, the storage Hash address of the IPFS and the corresponding uploading timestamp file are declared on the EtherFang network by means of the property that the block chain cannot be tampered, so that the address of the audio file is not lost, and the address can be used as a powerful copyright evidence when the copyright of the music works is disputed.
In addition, each author can be used as a common node to initiate an access request to the public music works so as to inquire information such as copyright of the works.
The above-mentioned embodiments are intended to illustrate the technical solutions and advantages of the present invention, and it should be understood that the above-mentioned embodiments are only the most preferred embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the present invention, and any modifications, additions, equivalents, etc. made within the scope of the principles of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
