Detailed Description
The present invention is further illustrated by way of example and not by way of limitation in the scope of the following examples in connection with the accompanying drawings.
In the present embodiment, a burner with an oil fume circulation system and a commercial gas cooker including the same are disclosed, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, a commercial gas cooker 10 includes: a cooktop 20, a sidewall 30 at one side of the cooktop 20, and the above-described burner. The burner includes a flue gas outlet (not shown), a burner 21 and a secondary air blower 34, the secondary air blower 34 is used for sending secondary air to the central portion of the burner 21, the secondary air blower 34 has an air inlet 341 and an air outlet, the air inlet is used for communicating with the flue gas outlet through a circulation pipeline, and the air outlet is communicated with the central portion of the burner 21. The side wall 30 is provided with a side suction opening 31 on its surface facing the cooking top 20, the side suction opening 31 communicating with the flue gas discharge opening. The secondary air blower 34 is located inside the cooking top 20, and both ends of the circulation pipe are respectively communicated with the side suction port 31 and the air inlet 341.
In the embodiment, part of the oil smoke can be circularly guided into the central part of the furnace end through the smoke outlet, the circulating pipeline and the secondary fan to participate in combustion together with secondary air, so that the emission of harmful substances in the oil smoke and the oil smoke is reduced.
As will be understood with reference to fig. 3 and 4, the burner further includes an auxiliary duct 383, both ends of which are respectively communicated with the air outlet and the central portion of the burner 21. The combustor is also internally provided with a drainage channel 36 which is communicated with an auxiliary pipeline 383 through a three-way joint 37, a first port 371 of the three-way joint is jointed with the drainage channel 36, a second port 372 of the three-way joint is jointed with the auxiliary pipeline 383, and a third port 373 and the first port 371 of the three-way joint are on the same straight line.
Wherein, since the auxiliary duct 383 is communicated with the drain passage 36 (i.e., the circulation duct is communicated with the drain duct), even if the soot is burned to form particles, the soot can be discharged from the drain passage 36 without being accumulated in the burner. In addition, the auxiliary duct 36 is accessed from the side through the three-way joint 37, so that the particles formed by the combustion of the soot can directly flow out from the first port of the three-way joint down to the third port without blocking the second port.
The commercial range 10 further includes a primary air fan 33, and the primary air fan 33 is provided inside the cooking top 20 and serves to supply combustion air to the burner 21.
In the present embodiment, the secondary fan is a turbo fan.
As will be understood with reference to fig. 1, a pot support 22 for placing a frying pot or the like is further provided on the cooking top 20, and the pot support 22 surrounds a position where flame is generated in the burner. In the present embodiment, the cooking top 20 is provided with two burners 21 in a pair, but the number of burners 21 is not limited thereto, and those skilled in the art may select the number of burners 21 as needed. A soup pot 23 is arranged between the two furnace ends 21. As shown in fig. 3, a soot suction space 32 is formed in the side wall 30, and the soot suction space 32 communicates with the side suction port 31. The circulation duct includes a first duct 381 and a second duct 382 communicated with each other, the first duct 381 is disposed in the soot suction space 32, and the second duct 382 is communicated with the air inlet and disposed inside the cooking top 20. The smoke inlet of the first pipe 381 extends to a position close to the side suction opening 31 (preferably, the height of one end of the flue is the same as that of the side suction opening 31), one end of the auxiliary pipe 383 is communicated with the second pipe 382 through the secondary fan 34, and the other end is communicated to the central part of the burner 21, and is close to the flame center, so that the oil smoke can be circularly guided into the burner to participate in combustion together with the secondary air.
The central part of the burner is provided with a drainage channel 36, and the smoke outlet of the flue is communicated with the drainage channel 36. Since the flue is connected to the drainage channel 36, even if particles are generated after the oil smoke is combusted, the particles can be discharged from the drainage channel 36 and can not be accumulated in the combustor.
In the present embodiment, the second pipe 382 is a stainless steel bellows. The stainless steel corrugated pipe can be randomly bent and is easy to arrange and connect.
As shown in fig. 2, the commercial gas range further includes a main fan 35 for creating a negative pressure to guide the soot discharged from the soot discharge port into the side suction port.
In addition, in the present embodiment, as will be understood with reference to fig. 1, the side suction port 31 is a plurality of waist holes in a row, and the width of a single waist hole is less than 10 mm.
In other alternative embodiments, the commercial gas range 10 may further include an exhaust mechanism (not shown) such as a range hood disposed on top of the cooktop 20. Wherein, the air outlet end of the main blower 35 is communicated with the air outlet end of the air exhaust mechanism, part of the air in the lampblack suction space 32 is still normally discharged through the main blower 35, and the other part of the air enters the furnace end 21 through the circulating pipeline to be combusted and consumed. In other alternative embodiments, some of the gas may also be vented directly to atmosphere normally without passing through a special venting mechanism.
The manner of use of the commercial gas range 10 is briefly described below.
When in use, as will be understood by referring to fig. 6, a pot is placed on the pot support 22 in fig. 1, the main fan 35, the primary fan 33 and the secondary fan 34 in fig. 3 and 4 operate simultaneously, the primary fan 33 provides combustion air, so that the flame in the burner 21 is normally combusted, and the generated oil smoke is sucked by the high power of the main fan 35, wherein a part of the oil smoke (circulating oil smoke) enters the side suction port 31 in fig. 1, and under the action of the secondary fan 34 (the secondary fan provides a mixture of secondary air and oil smoke to the center of the burner), a part of the oil smoke (circulating oil smoke) entering the oil smoke suction space 32 enters the circulating pipeline, and enters the water drainage channel 36 through the circulating pipeline, the secondary fan 34 and the auxiliary pipeline 383, reaches the center of the flame, and is combusted and consumed.
According to the commercial gas stove 10, the circulating pipeline for communicating the side suction port 31 with the combustor is arranged, part of oil smoke is circularly guided into the burner of the combustor to participate in combustion together with secondary air, and the emission of harmful substances in oil smoke is reduced.
