Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of household gas cookers, in particular to a fire cover adapted to a combustion stove.
Background
The primary air coefficient of the existing atmospheric stove burner is generally 0.4-0.7, the premixed air cannot reach the air amount required by complete combustion, and various factors are added, so that certain secondary air supplement is required, and in order to reduce the emission of CO, the secondary air supplement is required to be as sufficient as possible. At present, the mode that the cooking utensils combustor supplyed the air is diversified, generally has the side mode of admitting air and admitting air down, and the side air inlet mode is opened the side air intake at the lateral part of gas mixing chamber promptly, and the outside air carries out the secondary air through this side air intake and supplyes, and the air intake is opened down at the base seat promptly to the mode of admitting air down, and the air of cooking utensils below carries out the secondary air through this air intake down and supplyes. Although the side air intake mode has the advantages of small intake resistance and large intake air amount, the existing side air intake combustor still has the problems as follows: due to the injection effect of combustion hot air flow, secondary air is sucked by the inner fire cover and the outer fire cover through the air mixing chamber side air inlet, the heat load of an inner ring is small, the coefficient of primary air is higher than that of an outer ring, the sucked secondary air is always excessive, the secondary air sucked by a middle ring fire hole of the outer fire cover is insufficient, the secondary air is reasonably distributed, meanwhile, the inner ring and the outer ring are fully combusted, if a secondary air supplementing channel is too large, the sucked secondary air is large, the heat taken away by smoke exhaust is increased, and the heat efficiency is low; the secondary air supplement channel is too small, and incomplete fuel gas and over-standard smoke emission are inevitably caused by insufficient secondary air supplement amount. In order to realize the good performance of the gas stove on efficiency and smoke emission under different use environments of users, the gas stove can supplement proper amount of secondary air to have great influence on combustion conditions. Further improvements are needed.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: this a fire lid for gas-cooker, its characterized in that: the fire cover comprises an annular body, a gas mixing chamber is formed between an annular top wall of the body and an inner annular wall and an outer annular wall which respectively vertically or obliquely extend downwards from the inner edge and the outer edge of the annular top wall, an air replenishing chamber which is relatively isolated is arranged in the gas mixing chamber, the air replenishing chamber is at least provided with an air inlet hole which is in fluid communication with the outside air, and at least provided with a first main fire hole which is communicated with the gas mixing chamber.
The air replenishing chamber can be one or a plurality of air replenishing chambers, and at least two opposite isolated air replenishing chambers are arranged in the air mixing chamber along the circumferential direction of the air mixing chamber.
The air inlet hole can be formed in any wall surface of the air supplementing chamber, and only a connecting channel with the outside air is needed, preferably, the top wall of the air supplementing chamber can be mutually independent from the annular top wall of the fire cover, or the top wall of the air supplementing chamber can be one part of the annular top wall of the fire cover body, and the top wall is provided with the air inlet hole which is in fluid communication with the air supplementing chamber. The design mode can effectively increase the air inlet area of the air inlet hole of the air supplement chamber.
Further, the side walls of the air replenishment chamber have four: the second side wall and the third side wall are connected with the outer ring wall and the first side wall, and the first main fire hole is formed in the fourth side wall.
In order to enable a user to independently control the central fire and the peripheral fire formed by the fire cover of the burner, a vertical annular partition plate is arranged in the gas mixing chamber to divide the gas mixing chamber into the first gas mixing chamber positioned on the inner side and the second gas mixing chamber positioned on the outer side, and the air supplementing chamber is positioned in the second gas mixing chamber. Wherein the first gas mixing chamber corresponds to the first outer fire, and the second gas mixing chamber corresponds to the first central fire.
The first side wall is a part of the annular partition plate for less overall connection structure.
The annular top wall extends upwards to form a circle of convex ring corresponding to the position of the annular partition plate, and the part of the convex ring corresponding to the first side wall is provided with an air outlet hole communicated with the outside and the air supplementing chamber.
In order to supplement secondary air to the inner fire hole of the inner ring wall more quickly, the inner ring wall is provided with inner fire holes communicated with the first air mixing chamber at intervals along the circumferential direction, and the air outlet hole faces the inner fire holes.
Preferably, the inner fire holes are gradually inclined upwards from outside to inside.
In order to stabilize the flame inner fire hole, a first groove is circumferentially formed in the inner ring wall below the inner fire hole, and the inner fire hole penetrates through the first groove.
Similarly, for the flame stabilizing main fire hole, second main fire holes communicated with the second gas mixing chamber are formed in the outer ring wall at intervals along the circumferential direction, a second groove is formed in the outer ring wall below the second main fire holes along the circumferential direction, and the second main fire holes penetrate through the second groove.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that the fire cover capable of supplementing secondary air per se is provided, the secondary air can not be supplemented through the air mixing chamber of the burner, particularly the secondary air can be supplemented aiming at the inner ring, wherein the air mixing chamber of the fire cover is internally provided with the relatively isolated air supplementing chamber which is at least provided with an air inlet hole in fluid communication with the outside air and at least provided with a first main fire hole communicated with the air mixing chamber, the secondary air enters the air mixing chamber through the air inlet hole and can be buffered to prevent the over-high air outlet speed of the first main fire hole to cause flame separation, and meanwhile, the first main fire hole of the air supplementing chamber can emit fire, so that the fire emitting pressure of the main fire hole in the outer ring wall can be relieved; meanwhile, the thickness of the outer ring wall corresponding to the main fire hole in the outer ring wall can be reduced, so that the depth of the main fire hole in the outer ring wall can be correspondingly reduced, the stable flow of the main fire hole in the outer ring wall can be ensured, the flame of the first fire outlet hole is stable, and the material and the manufacturing cost are saved and are correspondingly reduced.
